is there a way to download the 37 tracks at the top of this page so i can spread them around a little easier and listen to them away from my computer

I found some awsome guided meditations on ascensionhelp.com
these were the best ones i found so far. i recomend the cosmic flush meditation cause its easy andy relaxing.

hey! just joined... I've been trying to meditate once or twice daily for the past several weeks. Up until recently it has simply been a practice of quieting my mind and looking at nothing in particular except the inside of my eyelids. Recently, however, it's as though my imagination is being slowly activated, as the past few days I have seen flickering images of things while meditating. I'm sure if I continue these will mesh into more "visible" things. Exciting!

Hi Ninie, I agree with you, to really get to the literal heart of the matter, silent meditation is best. I use audio meditations to help lift my energy vibration when I think I could benefit from it, But it's undisturbed conscious mind/body meditation that I find gets me more aware of who I AM. I do love Johnathon Goldman's work though. For audio meditations they are pretty powerful. I've recieved some energy work from the solfeggio's, but nothing that is heightening any abilities. That I'm aware of anyway.

Simone, you asked which xolfeggio or iso tones would be best for you. Listen to them and you will know if you follow your intuitive feeling. I, for example, do not listen to them. Just doesn't make me feel comfortable. The only one I do listen to, because it can get me really relaxed, are the Holy Harmony Frequencies (you can find these on the video page). I believe it is important to focus on meditation and your inner self; when you do that, all you will need to know will come to you. Your energy will call for it. Don't get stressed by examples of people that do use such tones and start to feel or see things. Just find your own way.

I'll be downloading as many as I can onto the player. There will be a shortened version of Holy Harmony, you may want to try that. I really like it myself. I'm also going to add the Sedona Solfeggios as well so check them out. I haven't tried them yet.
