I'll be heading back home in a couple of days and I'm already with that sinking feeling in my stomach, thinking of the time to say goodbye to my family here...

It's always so hard for me...I can't help feeling like s***...

Every time is the same thing... everyone cries so much at the airport that I feel my heart physically hurts!

Has anyone got any "tips" on how to transform these goodbye moments in a more positive experience (if it's even possible!)?…
