Is ObamaCare Constitutional?

During the Bush administration, many within the dominant culture expressed concern about the constitutionality of detaining several hundred alleged enemy combatants in Guantanamo.
Whenever legal restrictions on abortion are proposed, many express doubt about the constitutionality of interjecting government between patients and their doctors.

The question is not one question but a few.

Alleged North Carolina Jihadists to be Tried with Secret Evidence

The Associated Press reports today that the supposed North Carolina terrorism suspects may be tried with secret evidence. The case may involve “classified material that will raise national security issues if given to their defense attorneys,” federal prosecutors told the AP. The men charged in the case are to appear in federal court on Tuesday.
