As someone who has been using this technology for over a year I can tell you that I have experienced some amazing results. It really does raise your vibrational frequency and speed up the ascension process. I printed the figure, do you just put the figure under your pillow? Do you visualize something or just relax and go to sleep?

Yeah just put it under you pillow and sleep under it. It might take a few days to feel a difference i heard it usually takes 2 nights.
