How do you Know if you are an Indigo Light Worker?

Hi All,

How can you tell if you are an Indigo?

A good way to "test" yourself is to answer the following:


1. Are you always searching for your greater purpose in life but feel like the world isn't set up for your kind?

2. Do you sometimes feel wise beyond your years?

3. Do you have trouble conforming to the ways of society?

4. Do you feel out of place in today's world?

5. Do you perceive the world very differently than most people around you?

6. Do you have strong intuition about certain things that most others do not?

7. Do you often feel misunderstood when you try to talk to people about what's real?

8. Are you a truth seeker?

Do you feel like you were born to accomplish a special mission in life?

9. Do you feel isolated and alone in your beliefs?

10. Misunderstood by family?

11. Do you feel anti-social unless you are with people of like mind?

12. Are you emotionally sensitive?

13. Did you have a difficult childhood?

14. Do you often feel disempowered by too much authority?



If you can answer yes to many of these questions, then you are most likely an Indigo.

I've been told before that she is an indigo child, Shes always been able to see aura's . When she was small she used to say to "Mummy, you are very orange today", and I had no idea what she meant when I was wearing blue lol

Yes to all!

There has always been more to myself than i'm sure i've been totally aware of. My difficulty is, i can't meditate! I try but my mind keeps taking control of the situation and distracting my purpose.
I use the Solfeggio frequencies and a few Isochronic Tones and they do do wonders. I have always had amazing dreams, my artwork confuses but enlightens me, my thoughts are all over the place, i seem to 'feel' closer to flaura & fauna than everyone around me and i have so much emotional love with many twists. Yet, i still can't grasp my purpose.

If there may be any words/ websites/ intakes you (or anyone reading this) could suggest, i would be ever so appreciative. Even though i already am very appreciative of your contributions.

Just go to the link mentioned above and you can understand quite a bit. There are too many sites telling you contradicting stuff on the web and a lot of them making a buck or two out of this confusion.

and dont worry too much about your mission.. it will reveal itself when the time comes.. the reason why you're here right now is part of the process in knowing your mission.

Yes, I have always wondered what on earth I put here to do, as I have never felt that I belonged anywhere..

2. Do you sometimes feel wise beyond your years?
What is the Definition of Wisdom:the ability to make sensible judgements and decisions, especially on the basis of one's knowledge and experience; prudence and common sense. 3 learning; knowledge. 4 the weight of informed opinion • the current wisdom on capital punishment. 5 old use wise sayings.
To admit that I am wiser than others would be perceived as egotistical, so in that respect no I would not say I was wiser but I say that as I get older my experiences in life have made me wiser than I was at 17 but to some degree I did always FEEL different..

3. Do you have trouble conforming to the ways of society?
Yes, I have always felt out of place in all the stages of my being in my life, always felt different and Isolated in my thoughts, (apart from a selected few who put their necks on the line with regards to the UFO fringe and Spiritualism).

4. Do you feel out of place in today's world?
Yes inside but technology seems natural but that could be my age, 37

5. Do you perceive the world very differently than most people around you?
YES!!!! I see drones of society everywhere and I want to get off the roller coaster now please, I've had enough and it's making me feel queasy

6. Do you have strong intuition about certain things that most others do not?
I have a strong intuition about whether someone is telling the truth or lying or not, I just ... know, I always have, although letting them know that I know if sometimes a lesson in restraint and tact...

7. Do you often feel misunderstood when you try to talk to people about what's real?
In a nut shell...(d'ya get it..nut shell) YES!!!, apparently, my friends and family are concerned that i have mental health issues and should seek help... Although my partner only has to look in my eyes to konw that I am NOT mad but he struggles to come to terms with what I am talking about and likes proof, which , let's face it most of society does...

8. Are you a truth seeker?
I have always abhorred deception but what is the truth really???? Is it not what just "feels" right within your soul, that gut instinct that we all have but sometimes don't always listen to???

Do you feel like you were born to accomplish a special mission in life?
Well I could say yes immediately, just to go with the flow of masses but on reflection, I feel as if I have never found what I was supposed to do ( as yet) and the only time that I feel as if I have is when I am researching/reading about what most of society classes as "weird stuff" so what does that say??

9. Do you feel isolated and alone in your beliefs?
Well i think that is a foregone conclusion there... this is NOT acceptably normal reading material is it!!!

10. Misunderstood by family?
Not by my mother no but almost everyone else yes, including my children..... the sad and lonely truth

11. Do you feel anti-social unless you are with people of like mind?
At the moment yes in a BIG way (different planets is the word that springs to mind!!), quite a lot over the last 20 yrs but in the previous 3 years only to a degree because I try to surround myself with like minded people to do with other aspects of my life. My partner and I were given a 2nd chance at love and have 3 kids each from previous relationships and we drive an LPG'd Classic Volkswagen and are members of a club that meet regularly throughout the year camping and playing and having fun being outdoors but now I am more isolated that I have ever been in all my life and sometimes it hurts..

12. Are you emotionally sensitive?
Way too much so, will cry at the drop of a hat but up until recently struggled with expressing anger????

13. Did you have a difficult childhood?
Yes but a lot of that was because I made it difficult by being and thinking differently than others but yes, I had certain intimate childhood issues that effected me for many years, actually until earlier this year when I thought it was time I sorted it out with counselling... but after only a few sessions I realised that the only one that could sort out these issues was.... ME!!!! at that point I believe I "woke up"

14. Do you often feel dis empowered by too much authority?
I feel my life is currently and has always been controlled by others, emotionally and fiscally and it places many restraints on me and my family and to a degree our happiness and freedom to just .... be and enjoy LIFE!!!


So, based on my replies would I be classed as a freak ( and should be medicated or locked up for the my own safety) or am I just willing to question the Status Quo and to who, where, what, why and when???

Woah. I really looked into those questions and asked them.. I'd say that only one didn't quite fit in me, but the others.. It just filled me with warmth somehow. I'm still young yes, but for a long time I have thought about these things really. Now I'm actually getting a grip. It felt really like those questions touched me.

yes to almost every question... However because i did answer yes to the majority of these questions also* puts me in other category's less favorable ie) Manic depressive by one DR, PTSD by another ... and i am sure , although not tested yet for it Dsylexia or maybe ADHD....
