Hey guys, just thought I'd share with you about this:
Usually I'd eat one or two meals a day since I work from home and don't work out very much nowadays. But during the end of August specifically, my appetite has been crazy. It's like I'm eating for two. About 4-5 meals a day now and I don't know why. I'm feeling emotionally okay, not much to worry about.
Heard something about gaining weight and grounding, but I just feel I'm eating for two. I'm gay and not pregnant. hahahaha
Anyone getting 'grounding' or having wildly swinging appetites?

I do not eat much anymore. My girlfriend always asks what is wrong with me. Sometimes i am very hungry and eat a lot. Most of the time i hardly eat anything and am very very full.

The appetite pangs have lessened down now, maybe due to my intention

well for me.. im the 1 meal a day kinda person. (so not healthy) and thats stayed pretty much the same.. yet for someone who eats not to badly i can not seem to loose weight.. =( its depressing.. so even if its being grounded.. lmao.i think i could loose 50 pounds and still be easily grounded hahah

I'm in my 40s as well, so I'm in PT's Outawack Team, lol!
My appetite has always changed with my hormonal changes so...not much difference here.
