STRANGE RAINBOW OVER TAOS NM, ANY IDEAS OF WHAT IT IS?

Anyone knows what this is? I was so exited when I saw this but also notice all the chemtralis on the other photo of another partial rainbow? I don't know what to think of this it's beautiful but can it be HAARP?
please I would like some feed back...

I agree there is a lot of broken hearts on this planet right now! and PT you are right the Holidays intensify this feelings since is a time when people really wished they were with loved ones at this time.
The only thing we can do is send love and light out there for those lost souls...

Heart rate happening here too. It is the same feeling when I am moving at a fast rate of speed. Think rollercoaster. Also, because I hate flying, it happens when i am ascending

Thanks to all of you who reply! I like Arcturian11's comment. Anyhow It was beautiful and yes PT I have had the anxiety going on for a few days now, today somehow I feel better. Take in considaration that at this times there is so much going on that we the empathics pick up on everything around us. My advice to you is use positive affirmations that seems to be working for me so far.

I rarely comment on items, but the symbology here is too important to ignore...There can be no rain, when a rainbow appears unplain. The upside down rainbow is a sign, to all who cast their eyes upon it, that what sadness you have will fade, and clear mindedness will prevail...

The upside-down rainbow looks like a circumzenithal arc...here are some other bows/arcs/haloes that are caused by ice crystals and rain/clouds/spraying etc. this photo from Finland in Nov. 2010

Hi Jim, thanks for the feed back at least someone else have seen something similar.
I thought it was beautiful but also considering all the spraying they have been doing I was concerned.
Did you notice any spraying happening the day you saw that rainbow over DC? maybe it happens when they spray?

I seen strange rainbow coming out of hazy sky about a month ago it was similar to these photos I told Zak girl (Brenda0 here on SoE about it the day I seen it here in SW Washington state it was not like any rainbow I had seen before there was no bow in it just a straight short showing of colors very strange but interesting phenomona of some sort.
