This is a "peace ship" on a mission to outer worlds..it bears universal insigna.
Shortly..we will be offering assistance on several different levels.
It is relevant for us to disclose our intentions because by now you are already co-operating.
We wish no disrespect to your government(s) but they have many problems which are simply out of their control despite honest efforts.
It is time for the new"phasing" which should rectify the imbalance felt.
This could be seen as a "mercy"dash to rescue an ailing friend.
All the quadrants of light are represented in this action.
WE have left behind any past differences we have had in an attempt and all our efforts towards unity and equality for the Brotherhood.
How could we stand by and see our Brothers secombe to the inevitable.
Through a concentrated effort it should be possible to largely see an end to this conflict and choas on your Earth.
WE have not worked so co-operatively, in the past . but this time there is simply too much at stake if we do not suceed.
Rather like your situation
You have the ability to overturn the whole order of being..
Rest assured it will be our mission accomplished.
