    Not to good, my left shoulder is killing me. Looks like the frozen shoulder i had in the right shoulder last year has now spread to the left shoulder, little sleep lots of pain, no movment in shoulder completly frozen up. Hope to get to see the doctor this week.

    Stil a lot of pain, scott has asked for help via his sister and Louise Hay. I have printed out the advice andf apply it daily from now on.

    Got the cortison jab on monday that helped a bit. Apart from that pain tablets and sleeping tablets.
