Gary is being extradited to the US to stand trial for hacking into
secret NASA and Government Files uncovering the fact that ufos exist
and we have been back engineering ufos since the forties with what
has now become our own space fleet. This technology has been with
held from the public by a public funded organization NASA which is
fraud. These technologies can be used for healing, fueless energy,
moving necessary food and supplies quickly and cost effective to
areas in need, would create a quantum leap in evolution as well as
restore the planetary environment. Releasing these technologies would
also jump start the economy and provide massive employment
opportunities. It would end the fiery explosions of sending
astronauts into space on dangerous rocket technology as well and make
the aviation industry safe with antigravity the hard landings and
many airline disasters would be avoided. If Gary is found guilty of
uncovering a massive cover-up and entering top secret locations to
find we have been lied too and our donations and taxpayers money was
fraudulently used then all involved in the cover-up and fraud must
also be found guilty. There is only one way they can successfully
prosecute Gary and that is to continue to suppress the evidence and
the truth which again will add to more fraud and deception. If the
200 witnesses showed up on Gary's behalf with all their top secret
clearances and testified it looks like the game would be over. Gary
would go free and it would be a golden opportunity to finally end the
cover-up in the full eyes of the national press. I say lets send the
200 Civilian and Military Government Witnesses from the disclosure

Maintaining the veil of secrecy regarding the extraterrestrial presence has cost the United States untold fortunes, but more importantly has undermined our faith in government and has led to abuses of secrecy and power. How many hundreds of billions of dollars have fallen off the CBO radar screen in black projects with no federal legislative oversight? As you go through the Federal Budget line by line, what will you do when you reach these items? Some previous Presidents may have found themselves at the same crossroads, willing in theory to pursue a path of disclosure, but were unwilling to tackle the layers of intelligence obstacles put in their way. While it is true that this case has been prosecuted exceptionally brutally by the powers involved, hacking into databases is still a crime. Gary McKinnon has fought his case here in the UK, and lost. He is to be extradited.
However, once extradited to the US, that does not mean he will automatically be put behind bars. In effect, the entire trial would have to start anew for a legal US mandate of arrest to exist. By now the case is too public to simply make him disappear, so it looks like a trial will go ahead.
This is not a bad thing for those who seek a platform to finally bring certain things to the public. In essence, if it can be proven that what McKinnon found was in fact genuine and not manufactured by the man himself, it would put NASA in a very awkward position. Proving this will be difficult.
For those 200 who are waiting in the wings, I suggest they themselves get into contact with Mr. McKinnon's counsel and register as witnesses to his defense as soon as a federal case has been made against him. They will lose their careers and livelihoods if they do, because anonymous testimony will not have the same impact.
In short, Mr. McKinnon has committed a crime. He will be tried and most likely convicted for breaking into secure government systems. The only variable at the moment is how long he will spend behind bars, and if this case will be seized by those whistleblowers who are keen to provide new evidence.
For those in the UK, write to your representative in the House of Commons to address this issue.
This is a golden opportunity, but at least one man will be broken in the process. Such is life, I'm afraid.

Update on Mr McKinnon.
Today, Mr McKinnon, who has been diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome, has won the right to challenge his extradiction in court. It is claimed by his counsel that being separated from his family will cause his condition to deteriorate, which may lead to severe psychological instability and the possibility of self harm.
The Lord Justice has followed this reasoning and demanded that the case for his extradiction to the US be reviewed and redone. This, in short, has bought Mr McKinnon some valuable time as the entire legal proceedings surrounding his trial in the US has to be redone. It is now unlikely he will be extradited any time soon.
