If You Had It To Do Over
One woman announced, “I intend to live forever! So far so good….” But the length of our lives is not the real issue; it’s the quality and meaning that matter. Not the years in a life, but the life in the years.
When asked what he wanted to be remembered for when his life was over, Leo Buscaglia replied, “I want to be remembered as somebody who lived life fully and with passion. I’ve been asked to write my epitaph and I have always thought that the perfect one for my tombstone would be, ‘Here lies Leo who died living.’”
I want to die living. And I want to be remembered as one who lived with purpose, joy and feeling. I want to spend my time learning what goes into a whole and happy life, then building that life the best I can.
Sociologist Tony Campolo told about a study in which fifty people over the age of 90 were asked to reflect upon their lives. “If you had it to do over again,” they were asked, “what would you do differently?” Though there were many answers, three responses dominated. Here they are:
“I would reflect more.” Do you ever feel that too much time is spent in “doing” and not enough spent thinking about what you are doing and why you are doing it? Reflection on your time and your priorities, your habits and behaviors, your attitudes and beliefs, in short, reflection on your life, will reveal to you what is truly important.
“I would risk more.” Have you missed important opportunities because you were afraid to take a chance? Taking more calculated risks may be the only way to make an important dream come alive.
“I would do more things that would live on after I died.” Are you immersed in something bigger and more enduring than your own existence? What will be your legacy?
Reflect more. Risk more. Leave a legacy. These are what our elders say they would do if ever given a second chance.
And, of course, the beauty is this: we don’t need a second chance at life to get it right. We can build a life around these values beginning today. And when it comes time for us to leave this existence, we can go with no regrets.

We create our realities from the inside-out. This means your predominant thoughts, feelings and beliefs (often referred to as “vibrations”) create your experiences in the outside world.Because of this, your beliefs about money create your reality with money. And most of those beliefs were formed in your past.
It’s crucial for you to understand your past precisely so that you can move beyond the limiting beliefs that are blocking you from wealth. From there, you create the possibility to form new beliefs that will free you from these blockages, and attract abundance into your life.
To give you a full picture of what’s going on, I’ll start at the beginning. When you were born, you were basically a blank slate. Think about it: newborn babies don’t have beliefs systems — they don’t think twice about skin color, religion, politics or money.
Yet you were born into a family that did have beliefs systems. Then you probably went to school, made friends, and generally surrounded yourself with people who expressed their ideas throughout your development. During these crucial years, you formed your own belief system: anyone who’s been alive for a significant amount of time has developed their own thoughts and feelings about how the world works.
Since money is such a significant part of life, your family probably had their own ingrained beliefs about money that you were exposed to early on. And it’s likely that their beliefs didn’t make you feel particularly empowered about money.
In general, money is a subject that most people feel a ton of fear about. Many of us constantly feel like we’re living in a state of lack, scarcity, powerlessness and anxiety when it comes to money. Maybe it’s because we grew up in a household infused with fear about money. But whatever the details of your family’s belief system were, it is pretty common to become infused with fear about money early on in life.
Now, before I go further, I want you to know that this isn’t actually a problem. Since you are here to evolve on your own path — to grow beyond the limiting beliefs of your past — you can reprogram your thoughts. And this process is easier than you think: it’s all about becoming conscious of your old thoughts, and intentionally creating a new belief system.
Below are four steps that will guide you to move beyond your past conditioning with money, so you can create a new, abundant belief system and reality.
Step 1: Examine the core fears your family had about money.
Here are some preliminary questions to ask yourself:
What did you witness in your household in regard to money?
What things did your parents say about money and wealth?
How did your parents feel about money?
By answering the three questions above, you’ll uncover some of the limiting beliefs and other “vibes” your family held about money. This simple exercise will expose your own baseline vibration when it comes to money, which is the key to moving into a new reality.
Step 2: Reflect on how you think, feel and act in a similar way as your family.
Now that you’ve discovered some of the fearful (or otherwise negative) beliefs you were exposed to, it’s time for you to examine how you’re currently living as if these beliefs are true.
For example, did you often hear your parents say things like, “Honey, we can’t afford that?” If so, do you find yourself saying similar things today? Was your family resentful of wealthy people, convincing you that money was bad? If so, think about how that attitude has made you feel about wealth and money today. Or perhaps your parents fought about money, instilling a fear that money causes problems in relationships. Is this dynamic something you fear today?
By uncovering how you’re playing out old beliefs in your life today, you will bring awareness to your current thoughts and feelings about money. Deepening and specifying this awareness is the next step to you changing your reality.
Step 3: Ask yourself if it’s possible that another reality exists.
This step is about actively choosing to believe in a new reality. The truth is, infinite possibilities exist. You don’t have to relate to money the same way your parents did. You can choose differently.
Now that you’re conscious of your conditioning, you’ll recognize these fears when they arise. This can feel uncomfortable at first, but trust me … it’s a good thing. Because when you catch yourself playing out old patterns, you can make a choice to act and think differently. You do this by asking yourself, “Is it possible that other options exist?”
For example, try asking yourself these more pointed questions:
Is it possible for me not to feel scarcity in this situation?
Is it possible for me to trust that I have enough money and believe I don’t need to feel anxious right now?
Is it possible that is this is limiting belief?
By tapping into the reality that other possibilities exist, your fears no longer have a hold over you. You — the witness — begin making choices. At this point, your fears start to loosen their grip.
Step 4: Reinforce your new belief system.
Once you get into the habit of opening up to new ways of thinking and feeling about money, your internal wealth vibration will start to shift. When that happens, your reality with money will shift automatically.
The more you practice a vibrant, wealthy, empowered vibration about money, the more this will become your reality. Voilà! Personal evolution at it’s finest.
You do not have to be defined by the beliefs you developed long ago; they are simply challenges for you to evolve beyond. By choosing to create a new beliefs about money, you’ll create a whole new reality with money. And that’s what you’re here to do.

7 Steps On How To Become Addicted To Success
Success Adviceby Elliot Kennefick -
how to become addicted to success
Many people read Rich Dad Poor Dad but they forget that they are their greatest asset.
Our minds and our hearts bring our greatest return on investment.
Successful people are investors, in their dreams and the dreams of others.
Here are 7 steps on how to become addicted to success:
1. Ask questions
Knowledge is potential power and questions are the healthiest way to grow your knowledge.
By asking questions we are able to understand how things work and those who understand how things work can make things work.
Ask lots of questions, ask big questions, and ask small questions.
Build your understanding.
“Success is something you attract by who you become” – Jim Rohn
2. Think like a gardener
Gardeners prepare the soil before they plant their seeds, when its time to reap the benefits of their harvest they are always glad that they did.
Gardeners also have crops on different cycles because not every crop has an equal return or grows at the same time of year.
Imagine the different crops to be revenue streams, networks, hobbies etc.
Gardeners are people who pay forward, they understand that in order to receive first they must give.
Be willing to provide value first.
Look for the weeds in your garden, pull them out and don’t let others ruin your garden.
3. Immersion learning
Immerse yourself in as much learning as you can. For example:
Learn by doing, get involved, find things out, connect with people in the know, join a group and on various points on the path, always learn with energy. While reading immerse yourself in the book.
Do things with a high level of awareness and concentration. Become a student of life. Be willing to invest time and money into your never-ending growth.
Take classes, read books, join groups, start groups, experiment, explore and make use of the results.
4. Make a decision and take massive action
‘What is something everyone can make no matter their circumstance? A Decision’ – Elliott Kennefick
Decisions change circumstances.
Decide what is your desired outcome, lose weight, more family time, make 100million, or all of the above.
Whatever it is decide to take ownership of your decision and don’t be afraid or embarrassed by others opinions of your decision.
Research how to make this a reality, this is where the questioning begins.
You want to buy an island? How much is an island? You want to lose weight? How can you lose weight while working 40 hour weeks? Who is already getting the results you want?
Plot out the steps to the achievement of your goal
Once you have decided let nothing stop you and take massive action to gain momentum.
Imagine a rocket blasting off, a massive eruption that leaves behind a crater. Let this be how you take action.
The bigger the vision (mass) the bigger the action (force) needed to move it, but once moving it becomes difficult to stop.
A decision should be followed by an action towards its achievement.
5. Track your progress
Become someone that is interested in data/stats (or hire someone who is) because that is how improvement or decline is measured.
Accounting is the heart rate monitor of all activities. It provides feedback which is something successful people feed off.
A diary on how your day is a way of accounting.
By keeping records in different areas of your life you can see patterns and go back in time to see how you were getting a particular result which will be helpful to repeat successes and avoid repeating failures.
“If you can measure it you can manage it” - Jim Rohn
6. Grow your network and remove weeds
‘Your network = Your net worth’
Feed your network.
Nurture your network.
Socialize with people that you respect, people that are moving forward.
Your network allows you to tap into opportunities and introductions that members of your network come across by connecting you with their network.
One person in your network can literally contribute to the transformation of your life for the better or the worst. 7 ateps Be mindful of your network.
7. Integrity
Be reliable! How?
If you say you’re going to do something do it, be who you say you are.
Look for win-win solutions because when you do then you become a pleasure to deal with and people will seek to win with you.
“You can’t make a good deal with a bad person” – Zig Ziglar
These are the principles to get addicted to success there are many more principles that will help you on your journey. Uncover them!
One of the hardest, and most important, lessons I’ve learned in my life is forgiveness, and I learned it after it was too late. My parents divorced when I was young and my father wasn’t around much Read
If you were to visit your 20-year-old self, what message would you have?
I often ask my life coaching clients this, and most of the time clients say, “It is going to be OK, stop worrying so much,” “Things work out in your favor,” or “Stop obsessing so much about what isn’t working and realize how good things really are.”
Our younger, more naive, more headstrong selves may have struggled at times, but overcoming them is part of living a beautiful life. Our 20s are a time of trial, error, mistakes and bad choices, but if we’re smart, we can learn valuable life lessons.
As we get older, we usually get wiser. Each year and decade provides more learning, which comes with a deeper understanding of both who we are and what we are capable of.
If you’re struggling with understanding the big picture and why you’re going through what you are, consider visiting your younger self and reveling in all of the glorious life lessons.
Here are 20 things I would say to my 20-something self:
1. Things aren’t always what they seem. It will get better in time.
2. Your friends were there for you before your significant other. Don’t take them for granted.
3. The flashes of inspiration you receive are part of your future plan and purpose. Don’t ignore them.
4. Everything is connected. It’s OK to let go. It will come back around if it’s supposed to.
5. When you let go of what’s not working, you make room for what does work.
6. You will never feel ready. But you’re more ready than you realize, or else the opportunity wouldn’t have presented itself.
7. Your body isn’t as ugly as you think it is. One day you’ll look back and realize how beautiful you are.
8. You are stronger and bigger than anything that can happen to you.
9. You own everything that happens to you. What you’re going through will be part of your life story and will one day help others.
10. When something feels off, it is. Trust yourself much sooner.
11. The experience is the reward. Enjoy it more instead of racing to the next thing.
12. Traveling and adventure are the best ways to learn. Go explore more.
13. Everything happens for you not to you.
14. Pay attention to how you feel. Your feelings will always show you the way.
15. It’s OK to not know the answers. You learn the way on the way.
16. Life is a constant balance of holding on and letting go.
17. The sooner you can let go of what no longer serves you, the happier you will be.
18. Your happiness is not a destination or place to get to — it’s a choice you make in each moment.
19. The more you value yourself, the less you will seek outside approval.
20. It’s not how much we have but how much we enjoy. That is true happiness.

Scientist Confirm: Aliens Created Our Species!
April 22nd, 2015 – After another comprehensive analysis with the assistance of other scientists, computer programmers, mathematicians, and other learned scholars aplenty, Professor Chang had wondered if the apparently “junk Human DNA” was potentially created by some kind of “extraterrestrial programmer” and perhaps THIS is the missing link for the human race!
Professor Chang then further stipulates that:
“Our hypothesis is that a higher extraterrestrial life form was engaged in creating new life and planting it on various planets. Earth is just one of them.”
Professor Chang further indicates that:
“What we see in our DNA is a program consisting of two versions, a big code and basic code.”
Mr. Chang then goes on to confirm that the “First fact is, the complete ‘program’ was positively not written on Earth; that is now a verified fact. The second fact is, that genes by themselves are not enough to explain evolution; there must be something more in ‘the game’.”
“Soon or later”, Professor Chang says “we have to come to grips with the unbelievable notion that every life on Earth carries genetic code for his extraterrestrial cousin and that evolution is not what we think it is.”
Human Genome Project Discovery Implications associated with “Human-looking Extraterrestrials”
The severe yet exciting implications of these scientific finds would FURTHER reinforce claims by other top leading scientists and observers of having contact with ‘off-world’ human looking extra-terrestrials!
The apparent ‘off-world’ human looking extra-terrestrials have been claimed to have provided some of the important genetic material for the human evolution, and that many of these extraterrestrials have allowed some of their personnel to incarnate as ‘star seeds’ on Earth in human families. These “star seeds“, “star children” or “star people” ~ either way it appears we really do come from the stars!
Human DNA encoded with extraterrestrial signals
In 2013, top scientists from Kazakhstan confirmed that that human DNA was encoded with an extraterrestrial signal by an ancient alien civilisations which visited Planet Earth before our existence!
The Scientists now call it “biological SETI” and the researchers claim that the mathematical code in human DNA cannot be explained by evolution so this only comes to one conclusion, that we are of an Alien origin ourselves as a Species!
In a round about way, we are all a kind of living, breathing vessels for some kind of alien message, which is more easily used to detect extra terrestrial life than via radio transmission….perhaps this is why a lot of us are starting to ‘waken’!
“Once fixed, the code might stay unchanged over cosmological timescales; in fact, it is the most durable construct known,” the researchers wrote in scientific journal Icarus. “Therefore it represents an exceptionally reliable storage for an intelligent signature.
“Once the genome is appropriately rewritten the new code with a signature will stay frozen in the cell and its progeny, which might then be delivered through space and time.”
The scientists also claim that human DNA is ordered so precisely that it reveals an “ensemble of arithmetical and ideographical patterns of symbolic language”.
Their important research has led the scientists to conclude that we were invented “outside the solar system, already several billion years ago”.
One mystery remains: If we were the creation of aliens, who created them……!?!?
Is it the Alien DNA within us that is starting to cause this ‘mass awakening’ throughout the world!?
It is clear and leading ‘open minded’ scientists are starting to confirm that we, the human race, ARE in fact of an Alien origin and this planet may not be where we originated from!
And this makes a lot of sense as a lot of us ‘Humans’ have this inner feeling that we are part of something far greater than what we ever could of possibly imagined and have become kind of obsessed with finding the truth, not just about the UFO’s in the sky, but perhaps with finding the truth about where we originate from within the Universe….
The Truth is coming people….and no Government can hide us from the truth anymore, no matter how hard they try!!
U.I.P
- Inspiring Story I was parked in front of the mall wiping off my car. I had just come from the car wash and was waiting for my wife to get out of work. Coming my way from across the parking lot was what society would consider a bum.
From the looks of him, he had no car, no home, no clean clothes, and no money. There are times when you feel generous but there are other times that you just don't want to be bothered. This was one of those "don't want to be bothered times."
"I hope he doesn't ask me for any money," I thought. He didn't. He came and sat on the curb in front of the bus stop but he didn't look like he could have enough money to even ride the bus. After a few minutes he spoke. "That's a very pretty car," he said. He was ragged but he had an air of dignity around him. His scraggly blond beard keep more than his face warm.
I said, "thanks," and continued wiping off my car.
He sat there quietly as I worked. The expected plea for money never came. As the silence between us widened something inside said, "ask him if he needs any help." I was sure that he would say "yes" but I held true to the inner voice. "Do you need any help?" I asked.
He answered in three simple but profound words that I shall never forget. We often look for wisdom in great men and women. We expect it from those of higher learning and accomplishments.
I expected nothing but an outstretched grimy hand. He spoke the three words that shook me.
"Don't we all?" he said.
I was feeling high and mighty, successful and important, above a bum in the street, until those three words hit me like a twelve gauge shotgun.
Don't we all?
I needed help. Maybe not for bus fare or a place to sleep, but I needed help. I reached in my wallet and gave him not only enough for bus fare, but enough to get a warm meal and shelter for the day. Those three little words still ring true. No matter how much you have, no matter how much you have accomplished, you need help too. No matter how little you have, no matter how loaded you are with problems, even without money or a place to sleep, you can give help.
Even if it's just a compliment, you can give that. You never know when you may see someone that appears to have it all. They are waiting on you to give them what they don't have. A different perspective on life, a glimpse at something beautiful, a respite from daily chaos, that only you through a torn world can see. Maybe the man was just a homeless stranger wandering the streets. Maybe he was more than that.
Maybe he was sent by a power that is great and wise, to minister to a soul too comfortable in themselves.
Maybe God looked down, called an Angel, dressed him like a bum, then said, "go minister to that man cleaning the car, that man needs help."
Don't we all?
