AWARENESS OF ENERGETIC ESSENCE “Greetings Dear Ones. We are the High Council of Orion.
Once again it gives us great joy to connect with each and every one of you to share the messages from where we are to assist you and guide you on your pathway to a new reality, a new time, a new experience of your incarnation.
Today's message is about connecting to your energetic essence. More simply put it really is about connecting to your essence.
As many of you know, and as your scientists have been proving in many, many ways, the essence of All That Is is that same energetic signature.
You can reduce down everything within your experience of the world to the same energy. Your experience of your world is about vibrational differences that gives you the contrast to experience yourself as a physical being, the trees, the plants, the other humans, the planet itself, the weather systems, whatever it might be.
It's all vibrational resonance showing up in different ways to give you a variety of experiences, but underneath all of it, or deeper than all of it, wider than all of it, is this same energy of Essence.
We invite you today to begin to open your mind to the idea and live into the reality that the energy is the same throughout all of creation. All of it!
There is no difference. As you have your quiet times, as you meditate, as you move into greater places of connection and looking for that Source Energy within you, we ask you to, at this moment in time, feel and open yourself to the idea and the experience that the energy is all the same at its core.
As you entertain this idea in your meditations, as you entertain this idea in your explorations, in your questioning of your life and the universe, it opens up your field to be able to begin to experience that essence energy.
As you do the vibratory rate at which you are experiencing your life begins to shift. What does this mean? The denser vibrations begin to be more impacted by your conscious awareness of your essence energy.
We have more to teach and share about this later on, but for now we want you to understand and begin to consciously connect with your essence energy.
There doesn't need to be a “way” to do it.
There doesn't need to be at “teaching” around this. Just the idea that you open your mind and your energetic field to begin to live into an awareness first, and then, over time, an increased connection with the reality that essence energy is the same regardless of where you are and regardless of what's happening.
With that you can begin to live into the future energetic truth of living into Oneness, living into working with energies through a flow, through the Oneness where you've transcended a lot of thought, a lot of action; you transcended the need to effort through things.
For instead of seeing the density as an energetic reality you have connected with the essence energy that is everything, which is free flowing.
You begin to live outside of the constructs of the denser reality in which you live, in which you exist, and in which your Soul chose you to have there and be there.
At the same time you can begin to learn to transcend and work with this essence energy as you acknowledge it, as you feel it, as you experience it, as you begin to see the veil of the different levels of density begin to fall away.
We will leave you with this idea for now to explore the concept of your awareness around essence energy that is everything. It is that different vibrational rate within the essence energy that allows you to experience your world the way you do on this plane, however, as you begin to connect with it in more of its purer form, in the form that it naturally moves with freedom, you can begin to experience that within your life and in your reality.

Great and momentous alignments are still on your horizon. – channeled by Ron Head
Michael and the Councils of Higher Selves We will speak today on a topic which we believe will bring new hope to many.
Many of you have been immersed for several days now in what must appear to you like utter chaos. It will have seemed to you as if not only your worlds, but the entire world has been turned on its ear. Let us discuss this phenomenon.
You will remember much discussion in the past regarding the influx of new energies and their effect upon you. We have talked of the raising of your own energy frequency and how it would bring up things from within to be cleared and released.
All of those trusted channels with whom we communicate have spoken of this often. It is the case now that the tipping point has been reached and surpassed for many of you.
A great load of baggage that you needed to be rid of has come to the surface and you may now let it go for good. Do not go to ‘Baggage Claim’. Just throw away your ticket and leave it where it lays.
Now, assuming that you do that, what happens next? Well, that shiny new self that you have been trying so hard to construct will begin to surface now.
Let that self come out to play. It may not feel exactly comfortable to you at fist. No change ever does. You may actually be surprised at some things you might say or do.
But some changes do not take long to become accustomed to because they are so very welcome. This is one of those.
Be prepared to claim more of the good, loving, and happy things in yourself for yourself. Be prepared to like you. This does not mean that all will be peaceful around you forever more.
We will tell you now that great and momentous alignments are still on your horizon. These reflect the conditions of your collective consciousness and will bring greater change yet.
This will still be a tumultuous year.
But it will be a period you will be very happy to have gone through when all is said and done. Many speak of all the things that they want to happen.
Many speak of those things as if they can happen overnight. Even so, it should be obvious that were that to happen, you would be in for an impossibly wild ride.
You should feel grateful that things will not be quite so dramatic as that. We tell you again that nothing is happening without your input, even though you do not have the conscious memory of it.
So you can be reassured that you are managing these changes in the best possible way. Despite all the clamor for instant change, things will be done in a bit more orderly a fashion.
But they will be done, and the evidence of that is becoming more and more visible, both to those who await it eagerly and to those who dread it.
Now, speaking again of energies, let us mention before we end this that there is an energy afoot now that is growing, it is unstoppable, and it will wreak great and lasting change upon your planet, and indeed this entire universe.
It is an energy that has been awaited for twenty of your centuries. It has taken that long to mature in its effect, but it is here now. It is in you now.
Do not seek it outside of yourselves. How often have we said that? But it is here.
We are working with it. You are beginning to wield it. Some have called it soft power.
That is as good a name for it as can be, although it has many others. Unconditional love is another.
When we continue we shall speak at length about what that means and how you might best utilize it. For now, take a brief respite after such a demanding few days.
You have done well and we love you and support you in all things. Good day.

Good evening. I AM Saint Germain My dear ones.
Were you able to delight in the healing of mass consciousness that was done in synchronized movement through all time zones?
We were causing a major deliverance of creativity and conscious choices for all to make use of. When you get the motivation to do something that answers today's massive need for altering the momentum, do it.
Hear the inner call and get to work. We can only do what you are able to co-create.
We cannot act alone. You are our movers and shakers.
Now you are able to turn the tide. Wake up and give yourselves the leadership.
The nature of your opinions of yourselves must change. You CAN do all that needs to be done.
Take this day's major change into your days and weeks to come, and allow the I AM within you to lead the charge. Blessed be.

How receptive are you to the messages of spirit? Are you able to feel and benefit from a constant energetic flow, or do you find it difficult to feel any kind of greater energy? Humanity is starting to open up to spirit, but most of us still have some work to do before we can really feel and benefit from the energy we’re being given.
Spirit is constantly with us, and it’s simply the extent to which we keep ourselves from it that determines our difficulty in feeling it.
We might not always feel the divine like we want to, and for those of us who make it a point to be conduits for spirit, this can cause frustration. The question of what we can do when we don’t feel the flow will arise, and personally, I’ve confronted this question plenty of times.
I make it a point to write as much as possible, but sometimes, I just don’t feel the greater connection that enables me to write. It can be difficult to feel spirit’s presence when we face so much pain and difficulty, but I think it’s important to remember that misconnections are only temporary.
We can never permanently forget the divine, because it’s an infallible part of us – a part that we couldn’t possibly separate from. In truth, we don’t have to worry about somehow detaching from spirit at this stage of the game, and even when we don’t feel a greater connection, we can be assured that the divine is with us.
Our mission is to raise consciousness, and we have to take care of ourselves if we want to feel the connection that enables us to do so. We have to make sure our temples are pure and healthy so we can act as potent spiritual conduits, and we have to be willing to move beyond the ego and into a place of higher discipline.
Taking care of ourselves is an important discipline, and I’m learning that we have to feel good inside to thrive – physically, spiritually, and creatively. If you want to do anything significantly positive, you have to make sure you’re living the life you want to live.
Happiness is essential to thriving, and if we aren’t in a good place, we won’t be able to contribute much to humanity’s evolution. We’ll find that treating the body right helps us feel much better, which in turn increases the flow of energy we receive and the potency of the effects we make on the earth and the people around us.
Above all, I think we need to remember that we have nothing to worry or stress about, even if we don’t always feel spirit. We’re accelerating humanity’s evolution by awakening others and holding a higher vibration, whether we realize it or not, and we’re encouraged to understand our immense value to the awakening taking place. If we don’t, who will?
If we don’t give ourselves credit for the things we’ve done so far, we won’t be able to move forward with works that awaken and inspire others. I think we’re intended to understand the importance of our presence as light bearers and ascension assistors, because doing so increases the enthusiasm with which we serve the planet.
I can’t express enough that we’re meant to see ourselves and the world around us in a positive light, and refraining from negativity when we don’t feel the love will help us soar when we do.
We have too much to do here to buckle when things don’t go our way, and we no longer have to surrender our attempts to feel spirit if we don’t feel it automatically. Sometimes, we might not feel it at all, but this doesn’t mean we shouldn’t keep trying.
In truth, there’s no challenge too great for us to take on, and this includes reconnecting with spirit when it’d be easier not to.
Spirit provides us with an endless flow of energy that we can feel and remember if we make an effort to move beyond pain, fear, and doubt, and only when we transcend those qualities will we see beyond the ego and into the fullness of the open heart space.
Our work on this planet entails continuously shifting into the heart from the confines of the mind, and no matter how hard it fights, the lower energy that thrives from our unawareness will never stop us from embracing love in all of its purity and awesomeness.
No matter what, all of humanity will eventually move into the fullness of the heart space, and our individual efforts to do so will accelerate the collective awakening.
Any initial difficulty in moving out of the mind will eventually be transcended, and as long as we make an effort, we’ll always tap into spirit and reap the benefits it has to offer. Are you ready to surrender the ego and move unflinchingly into the heart space, recognizing that any difficulty in doing so is only temporary?
Personally, I aim to expand my perception of the energy we’re being given. We’re ultimately vessels for a higher expression, and nothing will stop us from letting this expression flow as we joyously reconnect with the legions of willing spiritual assistors stationed in the higher realms.

Everyone is affected by the weather and by now, everyone on the planet knows that what is going on with the weather is NOT normal. Today I found out a little more. What is happening to weather is symbolic of a war being directed at each one of us, the planet and the Galaxy to prevent Ascension from going forward. Some of you who participate in lucid dreams are fully aware of what is currently happening in space. There is literally an interplanetary war being fought above our heads. So what can we do to assist our galactic brethren who are fighting this war on our behalf? Bear with me a moment as I explain...Okay, I’ve laid down my short sword, removed my armour and haven’t piloted a warplane in this lifetime, so how can I participate? How can any of us participate in the effort? By being beacons of Light, here and now, on the surface, that’s how!And what does that consist of, you may ask. Well, for one thing, participating as I did this morning, on an hour-long phone call sponsored by Walking Terra Christa, with Lord Ashtar communicating through Meleiressee. These phone calls are held monthly on the second Saturday and are free, but you do need to register in order to receive the access codes. Access can be done either through Skype or via phone. The call for March just took place this morning and the tape from it should be posted on the website soon.Lord Ashtar is calling for more participation, world-wide, by lightworkers intent on assisting the Galactic Federation of Light in bringing planetary weather back into more “normal” patterns. He is requesting our assistance, as Ground Crew, in order to assist the Galactic forces who are currently fighting an interplanetary war with combative forces. As we bring balance to our world, we assist the galactic forces, as well.Why is this important work? Most of us are familiar with the intensity of the weather patterns as recently experienced by much of the global population especially this past winter in the United States, but elsewhere as well, in floods and fires in Australia, typhoons and tropical storms in SE Asia and the Pacific, tremendous rain, winds and snows in the British Isles and Northern Europe and so on. It is as if the weather has been amped up. And Lord Ashtar is telling us, through these communications, that is exactly the case.Our weather is currently being manipulated by electro-magnetic frequencies, through machines, with the purpose of affecting human and animal life on the planet. As the weather gets more intense, the effects on the environment and human populations increase, resulting in destruction, loss of life and disruption of daily life. People get flooded or burned out of house and home, towns destroyed by storm and flood, people displaced, businesses closed down and people experience an increase in anxiety, fear and stress. This scenario perfectly suits the opposition as they live on fear. These disruptions also take place in the form of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.So what can we do? For one thing, you can participate in these monthly calls, for it is the desire of Lord Ashtar and the Ashtar Command to create a world-wide grid of lightworkers consciously working in their local environments to anchor the light grid. This is done through our physical presence here, with the light and force field being anchored through our physical bodies. In being willing to participate we assist our families, friends and neighbors at a local level and ultimately our planet as a whole being.As I signed off the call, I realized that this is an opportunity for all (who are interested) to participate even on a daily basis. By doing so, we are assisting our galactic brothers and sisters who are currently occupied with fighting a battle in space with the combative energies. We can’t be there with them, but we can assist here, on the planet, in keeping the energies on GAIA in a more balanced mode. This process shows just how interconnected we are and can be, at a fully conscious level.This can be done on a daily basis by tuning into the energies of the local area, by learning to discern when things feel a bit off as they have for me this past week. As you tune in to your own personal frequency, you will be able to discern when something is being altered, if only slightly, within your own environment. These changes might manifest as a sudden intense headache, a feeling of nausea and/or dizziness or other symptoms. The symptoms are caused by your body being affected by the onslaught of electro-magnetic energies emanating from human-created sources, namely scalar weapons, HAARP and other unnamed black op weaponry used to modify the weather. They do exist and have done for quite some time. They are being used to pull lightworkers out of alignment and to continue to keep the remainder of the population in fear.We all need to realize that it’s not all fluff, light and love right now. There is still some work to do before the New Earth physically manifests for all of us. Just look around in your own life and what is going on in the world. People are under attack by the electro-magnetic energies and so are you, especially if you do not have some kind of energetic shield to protect your light body. And as your light quotient increases, the attacks will, too. This is not meant to make you fearful, but to give some awareness that the forces that oppose ascension are very engaged in a battle to keep the planet and the human collective from going forward. They will do anything to prevent or delay ascension, even as their time to do so shortens.Frustration, confusion, fear and anxiety are still rampant, which has some people clinging to the old ways and others pining for something new to enter their lives, but remaining passive when you’re awake is not going to help others or yourself. Participation is called for; your Soul wants your attention right now and I’m ringing those chimes to get your attention… for your Soul. We are in this together. We signed up with the same intent and goal in mind, to free the world from darkness. It is happening and now it is time for those of us who are awake to step up and say, “I’m here! What can I do?”Neat thing about this light work, you don’t have to be anywhere special to do it. When you feel something is off in your environment call upon Lord Ashtar and the Ashtar Command and the Galactic Federation of Light to assist in bringing the energies of your location into balance once again. Imagine yourself pushing the energies that are out of balance 100 miles up to the edge of the Merkabah Body of the planet; that’s where Ashtar Command can take the energies, remove them from the energetic body of the planet, reformulate and transmute them and use them wherever they are needed on GAIA.You can also request personal assistance, from the Arcturian Healing Masters to build and/or strengthen your protective energetic shield. And they can work with you, day or night, to assist you in any healing that you may require. Mel and Mike of Walking Terra Christa recommend that we use the Unified Whole Command to activate our requests as by doing so we connect with the highest essence of our own Multidimensional Selves. By acknowledging that you can assist, you are acknowledging that you don’t need to be saved by anyone but that you’re quite willing to work WITH the Ashtar Command and Galactic Federation of Light to help our entire world, solar system and beyond. By bringing the Solar system into balance, we help our world ascend with more grace and ease and thus hasten the time when our galactic brethren can join with us on the surface. The wonderful thing about this is that the Galactics are asking for OUR help and participation. By doing so, we are acting as equals. And they are acknowledging the fact that they see us as being equal to the task, as well.By being willing to be accountable and by participating in this or any other light work we are also empowering ourselves by acknowledging that we are, indeed, powerful multidimensional beings… and when you think about it, if you resonate with this work, another “you” or part of your monadic being (143 other “you”) is probably really out there fighting the battle on behalf of the forces of Light. So, in effect, you’re helping “You” as well as the collective.Lord Ashtar advised the participants that the space war is currently at a standstill or stalemate, so any assistance we can give our forces here will give them an edge on the combative energies. Ashtar declined to specifically name the combative forces, just stating that there are many levels of energies being fought.Our personal fields react when we receive the lower energies, which magnify any preexisting weaknesses in your bodies. The body can go into a shock mode. You might feel joint aches, depression, excessive anxiety, or just feeling out of sorts, like I have this past week. My body was under some extra stress. One of my co-workers noted last week that there was a change in my aura! I did stay home a couple of days and feel better… and have improved even more by knowing there is something that I can do to empower myself and to cooperate with those of my Light Family who are working at different levels or dimensions, for the same purpose, to free our world.Another important consideration regarding the bringing in of the New Earth energies is that each person has a contribution to make. It is up to each of us to determine for ourselves just what form that contribution will take, so not all people are going to resonate to the work that I have touched on above. We all have our own individual pathways to follow, in the moment, and step by step. Only YOU can determine what you want to do and when you are going to step forward. Since I am a blue-flame warrior of Archangel Michael’s in higher dimensions, well, this is right up my alley, so to speak and a way to incorporate (bring into the physical body) more of my Angelic self here. Now where did I put that etheric sword?Whatever we decide to do, in working with the Ashtar Command, the galactic light forces, our own GAIA and her elementals, we assist GAIA with the acceleration of her ascension process and our own, as well. And we shorten the time when we will truly walk beside our galactic and Inner Earth brethren. Together, we are creating a New World for all life. Are not these amazing times in which to be here now!One more thing, Lord Ashtar noted that the Equinox is going to be especially powerful, equal in potential for a huge shift in planetary consciousness to that of the energies of 12.12.12.
