Méline : Dearest Michael, can you elaborate more on the ways in which this current process of Ascension will be actualized in our reality, in this Now moment on this current frequency? Archangel Michael :

Presently Gaia is subdivided in various frequencies comprised of different vibrations representing the Dimensions. On the one hand there is the old matrix, representing the 3rdDimension but on the other hand there are a number of higher frequencies vibrating at the 4th, the 5thand even the 6thDimension, They all are present on Gaia in the Now.

That’s the reason so many of you feel themselves increasingly living on different Dimensions in a conscious way. In fact, all of you are multidimensional beings and you are experiencing and undergoing this feature progressively.

The Earth has an exact duplicate of Herself in a holographic substance, I am not referring to another world far away, rather I refer to a reflection of this Gaia, capable of maintaining the frequency of a 3D matrix.

As Gaia Herself is residing more and more in Her higher frequency, all the ones of you capable of maintaining and embodying this higher lightfrequency will be torn away out of this old 3D matrix and will evolve alongside Gaia in Her process of Ascension, all being One.

This will result in the fact that the 3D matrix will no longer be nurtured and will wither away and dissolve in this reality of Gaia.

You are now fully busy with this process. We cannot simply let this 3D reality suddenly collapse in a day as it were. How would this serve the whole of humanity if the wish has been expressed to get preferably, if not EVERYONE than at least as much souls as possible, aboard the Ascencion process?!

That’s why we will proceed step by step and believe you me when I, Michael, say that we are really close to a complete dissolution of this old 3D duality experience on Gaia. Give it the time it needs for the highest good of the Collective.

The old 3D matrix will continue to exist and evolve on the holographic Earth which is an exact duplicate, a twin of Gaia. It is there that those of you that are still stuck in duality will receive their opportunities to continue on evolving on their own pace without hindering or delaying the vibrations and the process of Ascension on this reality of Gaia where the higher frequencies are already existing and have taken over on an etheric level.

The difference is that those of you who already completed their Ascension process or are working on this now, will be confronted in lesser and lesser ways with the old dualistic frequencies of the 3rd Dimension because those frequencies can no longer be maintained in the higher vibrations and so will inevitably wither away out of their reality.

Gaia Herself will go through the Ascension process in its entirety and will thusly actualize a solar Ascension. The exact duplicate of Gaia, which I will call ‘Earth’, is a holographic reflection and a copy of Gaia, where duality can still exist.

With this distinction that life can be continued in all mixed energies of the 4thDimension as well as in the higher and lower frequencies.

Those of you existing in a higher frequency, embodying more Light, will dwell on Gaia and will also be able to exist on this holographic copie, so also on ‘Earth’ in the reality of the souls dwelling there because those souls still create that themselves.

That’s the way they have always known it and they continue to create this up to the point that they themselves reach the higher frequency levels.

In a nutshell : there will be 2 exactly the same copies of the souls who will exist as well on the frequency of Gaia and also on the 3rddimensional ‘Earth’.

The difference is that the consciousness of those involved in their process of Ascension, will reside solely in the embodiment of the 5th, the 6thor even on higher frequencies, depending on their current degree of consicousness, but that their exact holographic copy on ‘Earth’ will still exist there in a holographic substance to play its part.

It is just that the consciousness and the Spirit will no longer linger in that holographic embodiment aspect and they will embody the higher aspects and the lightbody experiencing the 5thdimension and the higher frequencies.

So you can see yourself existing in the lower holographic ‘Earth’ all the while you yourself are not directly conscious of this. It is exactly the same as with this Earthly incarnation in which you find yourself now.

You have multidimensional and galactic aspects who exist simultaneously but of which you have no awareness or perhaps you are aware of them but you can not experience them yet in a conscious way. Why not?

Because you do not yet embody them completely and therefore your full consciousness doesn’t dwell there yet. The moment that you form the complete embodiment of your higher consciousness, you will become them as well and than all your lower aspects will lose their embodiment in consciousness.

That’s the moment when you no longer will experience them consciously. So basically there will be no split but rather a change in consciousness and this refers to Gaia and to every soul.

It can be interpreted as when the full consciousness is going to take on another form which can embody a higher frequency of light from which the old ‘covering’ is split in holographic aspects but where everything transforms simultaneously into a lighter form (including the human bodies).

Gaia transcends Her old embodiment and leaves the holographic exact copy behind, which is in fact the pure old 3D vibration, in its entirety of existence.

One can always choose to again manifest their consciousness in this lower copy, this lower frequency of yourself and thus travel to and fro in time and dimension. I leave this choice open to all of you.

When your own self-worth and value diminishes and declines what is also declining is your motivation, purpose, meaning and energy.

When your personal value is on a low, instead of functioning with enthusiastic and vital energy you begin functioning as if you were in on automatic pilot mode, your interests will lax and your positive and optimistic energy will become lessened.

If your self-worth and value diminishes too far, to a point sadness enters your mind and feeds your body with negative energy, what can easily occur is that you no longer care if you live.

It is well understood dear ones, your strongest of values and beliefs are guarded by your strongest of emotions, which can also be your most negative ones. In order to know what your deepest values are it is essential to comprehend what your negative emotions are and learn what they are protecting.

Unfortunately dear ones, you live in an era where you are greatly distracted and easily influenced to the point that you may find it unnecessary to focus on your negative emotions enough to learn what they are encouraging you to do and why.

It is important for you dear ones to determine if your feelings are either misguided or valid and you can only do this by questioning them, learning of them, and going to the core of their entry.

There are many texts you can delve into that have good intentions behind them, but choose wisely as many have obscured what emotions are by defining them through attitude and understanding.

You don’t need a book to tell you how you are feeling, you already know how you are feeling. And you do not need a book to tell you of your solution because you know it is best to learn of yourself by going within, taking the time to explore your inner self instead of seeking external sources.

By adding attitude to describe how you are feeling or why you are feeling a certain way, what your behaviour is demonstrating is merely a reflection of what you believe about your own emotions, your emotions are not who you are.

When you have a disagreement with a loved one, regardless if it’s with a spouse, child or a dear friend who is like family you may feel resentment regarding their behaviour, but in deep truth the resentment is not truly about them, the resentment is an emotion expressing your own inadequacies in that particular part of the relationship.

Changing your behaviour without demonstrating you can be compassionate will not help bridge any harm done from the disagreement, it will only cause a deeper separation - possibly to the point of the other dear soul feeing alienated where their own values and beliefs become scrutinized which in many cases has contributed to greater amounts of anger, hatred and other negative emotions to emerge instead of working on finding a workable solution that is peaceful, kind and demonstrating strong self-worth and self-love.

It is in your emotions dear ones that you learn of your strongest emotions. Your emotions have much to teach you in regards to your reactions to any number of events and situations that cross your path.

Some of the strongest emotions you have coursing through you during a challenging situation could easily be guilt, shame, nervousness, sadness, resentment and anger. When your self-worth and value has become less, sadness is what creeps in.

Whenever you choose to ignore your deepest values and beliefs, what many of you feel is guilt and shame - and these feelings are not with you to punish you, but to help motivate you to rise above these negative emotions and feelings and to become the self-loving and self-compassionate person you always have been.

You are not meant to be quivering in a corner, sad and uncertain, you are meant to shine with the divine light that you are filled with.

At the first moment you realize the control over your emotions had declined and you begin feeling unworthy, ask yourself, “How can I be true to my deepest values and beliefs as this very moment?”

We know how curious you are, you have an innate need to know how things work and as you learn what is important to you by understanding how to appreciate time, energy, effort, and of course sacrifice.

In order to understand your values you need to understand what drives you. You, yourself creates value, no one else can do this for you even if they try to push their own values and beliefs on you, and they are not yours unless you believe them to be true by investigating what you believe in and what your motivations are on this path.

When you look up to the setting sun, you will not see a poster or sign telling you this is what you must value.

Comprehend dear ones, the experiences found from your values and beliefs provide an enhanced sense of well-being and vital energy - you will feel strong, dynamic and alive and when you look at that beautiful sunset, or enjoy the smile from a baby or the look of warmth from your lover’s eyes you will experience genuine compassion for something or someone else other than yourself - the compassionate feelings you experience encourages your creative spark to flow and you find yourself committed to something you believe in.

When you take the time to invest in what motivates you, what you believe in, you also increase the meaning, purpose and most definitely your value and self-worth - your authentic self is able to emerge and connect on a deeper level with others as a beautiful result. And when you are happy, even your physical health is boosted.

We understand how difficult it can be maintaining strong core values as you are bombarded with so many distractions that make choices difficult to make.

And you may have times where you find yourself feeling stuck, unfulfilled and under-valued.

When this occurs dear ones, it is pertinent for you to grasp that the values you are living at that moment are not your own - you have turned to autopilot and forgot what it means to express yourself, to demonstrate your values and self-worth and you have allowed the environment of the situation in front of you to frustrate your core values.

Remember who you are, know what you know and be the dear soul that we know you are to be - re-discover your values and inspire yourself to expand your beliefs…give self-worth a healthy dose of love and compassion.

There have been many wise men and women that lived upon your earthly realm and many are still thriving that provide wise sayings that inspire and motivate many dear souls to persevere and to carry on during any adversity.

Within all the many distractions your day may face, make use of some of the encouraging affirmations, prayers, mantras or other inspirational sayings that will help re-enforce your own beliefs of who you are.

As you become clearer on who you are on the inside, you will become more appreciative of your core values and you will be able to learn from them and allow them to empower you.

Become the confident person we know you can be about what you consider to be of value and pursue your beliefs. Yes there will be people that will challenge them, not understand them or possibly criticize you for them, stand firm knowing what you know of yourself and of your beliefs.

Only you can bring change to them and you do this when it is time after careful exploration and reflection of what is important to you and why.

When you are able to create a life that is of value, your values will assist to fulfill many corners of your journey and in turn by your positive example you will help to encourage others.

It is to be noted that AA Michael is a twin energy and that to work with this energy in TRUTH you need to invoke BOTH AA Michael and his twin Lady Faith in order to work with this energy in a balanced space.

Lady FAITH walks with ALL at this time albeit many are ignoring her whispers.

I have blogged about the manifestation of memories, this is the way that the lower dimensional frequencies may arise within you in an attempt to hold on and to re-anchor themselves.

It may be at this moment you are being shown parts of your human life that you had all but forgotten. Some of these memories may be painful and leave you in much confusion as it may appear to the logical human mind that these memories are somehow “random”.

The old 3d earth reality will try to teach you to push these memories to one side, that as they are “past” they no longer hold any relevance and that to view them is too painful anyway.

This will work against you at this time for the memories are coming up for RELEASE. Many of you may feel almost powerless, “what should I do with these memories?” , “how do I release these memories?” etc.

All these questions and more may be flooding through your human logical mind at this moment. The release is relatively simple, ALL JUST IS, the human logical mind is LOOKING for complex for it has been TAUGHT complex.

There are no in depth and complicated rituals to follow in the release of these memories. There is INTENTION, for intention is everything when working with energy and there is LETTING GO.

The following is a short exercise that works to help you CUT the CONNECTION with these lower dimensional frequencies.

I have to state that the old 3d earth reality may attempt at all times to re-anchor and re-connect you back to these lower dimensional frequencies in multiple ways, so you need to become more conscious of the nudges from your SOUL.

Be more mindful of the language and phrases that you are using, for often the clues are in our words, YOUr SOUL can speak through you and will show you a “theme” or a “phrase” that is seeking to unlock that which is hidden and running inside of your human vehicle.

It is to be remembered that YOU have ALL the answers for YOU, for only YOU are YOU and experiencing life here on this planet as YOU.

Each time you have a memory that comes flooding in and that seeks to show itself to you then I would guide you to view this memory. ALLOW the memory to have a voice, you are not being asked to interact with the memory nor to align with it, you are being asked to ACCEPT and ACKNOWLEDGE the memory.

Then call on AA Michael and Lady Faith, ask AA Michael and Lady Faith to place the sword of TRUTH and LIGHT through the memory and into the connection you have with the memory. ALL that is TRUTH will remain and strengthen, all that is not will dissolve.

This exercise seeks to take you out of the logical human mind, for the human logical mind will try to persuade you to solve the puzzle, it is vital to remember there is NO PUZZLE, there JUST IS.

When AA Michael and Lady Faith place the sword of TRUTH and LIGHT into the memory you may feel a huge surge of energy, these are the energies being severed and disconnected from. It is THIS SIMPLE.

You may have tears come up for release or you suddenly may have to go to the loo. Both are ways that the human vehicle seeks to rid itself of a lower dimensional frequency. Each time a memory comes up for you then you can do this exercise.

This way you do not have to logically work out if the memory is a “good” or “bad” for in TRUTH it JUST IS, it is the filters that you have been TAUGHT to apply in relation to the scenario you are remembering that seek to anchor and keep the frequencies hidden by keeping you in the loop of trying to work out what is what when ALL JUST IS in TRUTH.

At this time upon planet earth there is much coming up for release. You may have to work with this exercise over and over and it may become like breathing. You do not have to stop what you are doing to do this exercise, intention is everything, this exercise is simple and takes moments but the effects are deep and expansive.

The New Earth energies are once more heightening in preparation for a massive expansion across and within planet earth.

This may show in your waking outer reality as an intense energy that at times may leave you dizzy, unable to “sleep” (as in the definition of sleep in the old 3d earth reality), feeling intense pressure in various parts of your human vehicle, chest pains, extremes of emotions, waves of tears, dryness of skin, extreme thirst, extreme tiredness.

These are but a few of what you may experience, there is NO servitude in holding on to these symptoms, many are using these symptoms as “proof” of the ascension process. All these symptoms seek to show you that you are out of balance and ask that you take steps to come back into balance.

For example extreme thirstiness and dryness of skin point towards dehydration and the human logical mind may try to teach “ok drink more water”, you may do this and still experience the symptoms, so I would guide you change the water for something else like fruit juice or another “type” of water.

This is trial and error until you align fully with the human vehicle. It is to be remembered that you are ALIGNING WITH the human vehicle, you are NOT attempting to align the human vehicle with you!

The energies over the next linear 48 hours in the outer waking human life experience are set to expand rapidly and swiftly. At this time you are asked to release in order to anchor the New Earth higher dimensional frequencies in preparation for the expansion of the entire human race in general.

Working WITH this process will see you able to detach from the old 3d earth reality that is now dissolving at various levels.

How quickly it dissolves at a PERSONAL level within YOUr human life experience is dependent on how much you can let go and be in flow.

For the life experience in the New Earth is a PERSONAL and UNIQUE one, it is NOT dependent on the interaction or reactions of those around you, this is not how this works, this is how the old 3d earth reality was constructed in order to contain and suppress.

You are moving into a time where your sentimentality is in the forefront; this is also related to your opening perception, rising consciousness.

As you are ascending you become more sentient, more compassionate.

These "more's" are just to explain what is happening to you easily, in fact what we call more and what you call more is the Essence itself.

The more you ascend, the lighter you become, the lighter you get the more transparent you become, the more transparent you become the more sentient you become.

The layers, mud, dust on you flies away.

Your healing process is a journey you are on to wholeness; even though you may feel invisibly trapped from time to time, your Soul both heals and as your soul heals you are expanding the area you have getting the light.

While taking in the light the radiance you are not used to dazzles you, sometimes hurts you. At times like this you feel like you are squeezed to a tight corner and lost in the depths.

Like an orientation do not get scared and pull your veils, you have lifted the veils somewhat, even if the that dazzling light you have forgotten makes it difficult for you to see you will create what you want to see anyway.

Let you heart expand even more, let whatever is stuck, accumulated from it flow and only light shall flow in to the void from this.

Let the light be pumped everywhere from there.

Only then, when you accept the You that You are and when you love that you will start to really make something. you will touch as a whole, you will talk as a whole, you will create completely.

This week slow down a little and ponder on these, feel it inside, see the bigger picture, be wherever it is that you want to be placed in.

The process of self-transformation is very individual and depends upon how much time each person chooses to spend on self-inquiry.

When life and its many challenges become clear that they are sent to test and strengthen us, we are free from their possible negative effect.

We have to learn to 'let-go' of the surface-drama and look deeper and see if it was a gift in disguise for us to become stronger within.

In time, one will see life totally through the soul's eyes and not the physical eyes of the personality self.

That is self-transformation. Inner-peace also enters one's life when obstacles that arise are seen as tools for self-transformation.

A heart that is free from only seeing and living in the physical world can soar to great heights and a newfound happiness will reside within.

Life takes on a more meaningful energy than just providing us with "good or bad" situations.

There is depth in everyday activities and this makes way for serenity to enter one's life.

The strength and resolve that is gained from living a life that has clear meaning is well worth the effort and the pains along the way.

What is permanently gained from this earth venture is the recognition of the true self that has come forward to guide and sustain the person throughout the rest of their life.

A new awareness of how sacred life is can never be taken away.

Once a person has experienced the vastness of self-transformation, the journey forward is paved with newfound vigor and reverence for all life and their own particular struggles and achievements.

The Original Architects, Creators of Our Species...

You have no idea how excited I am to be able to share this information with you.  I invite you to look at it with a sense of sharing a story, dream, myth, novel or memory.

This topic is something I have been looking at for years now, and the information has been coming in bits and pieces all this time, the latest piece arrived as I was preparing for my monthly class over at AWAKEN Academy: Ultradimensional Incarnation.

This class was an exploration into the ultradimensional aspect of our DNA, and how, by activating it, our psychic abilities increase.   Part of understanding the Ultradimensional aspect of our DNA requires  looking at where our DNA originated. While preparing for the various aspects explored in the class, looking at the origin of our species revealed one tiny bit of further information that is amazing.

 

For a few years now, I've been aware of a species I call the Original Architects. As I mentioned in the class, they are not THE original architects of universe, just the ones who started the ball rolling for our own species, the Human Race.  I could see that they created a humanoid species out of Gaia's DNA material. That the species they created was One with the planet. It was made of matter, Earthly matter.  Most individuals who are educated on "alternative" human history of origin, will know about the Annunaki.  I will talk about the Annunaki role later on in this article, but one thing to know is that they are not the Original Architects. The Annunaki came, much, much later.

The reason why the Original Architects would create a Gaian humanoid species is, from what I can see, anything from scientific curiosity, entertainment, their own expansion of dimensional experience by creating bodies they could incarnate into, or the creation of their own species (think of it as non-linear time of the chicken and the egg question).

The reason they created us, perhaps, will be revealed when we "hatch" :)

The first humanoid species they created was different to us in many ways. They were physically more "solid". They had a larger Gaian DNA percentage than we do now. Their form of communication was experiential and whole, not verbal and fractured. Their decision making and nature were linked intrinsically with the planet and every other species on it.  Their individual and collective mind worked a bit like those huge flocks of tiny birds that sometimes can be seen in the sky, moving like an intelligent cloud, fast, making fascinating shapes, never two birds flying into each other.

They created us to be flexible, our DNA wide open (a bit like open source programs on the internet). Then they withdrew their presence.  Others came and altered our DNA, our natures, our roles, and our "reason to exist".  Others added their own DNA to our mix, and placed programs and functions with it. The Annunaki come to mind, creating a slave species.

And this is the bit that arrived now: The Original Architects always knew that other species would come and "play" with their creation. That enormously different species would add their DNA to the mix. That high vibrational species would be called to incarnate here. And all this was part of the plan. A type of intergalactic and interdimensional open source cross pollination.

It feels very much like they are of "one mind with us". Like not only are they observing from somewhere or sometime, but they contain all our experience, our thoughts, and more.  Yet, they are not attached. They don't seem to be attached to us like we might think a parent would to their own child.

The strongest energy I get when I feel their sense of us, is surprise, or delight, that something worked beyond their wildest expectations. Or even that we can sense them and know they exist and what they did.

This article probably poses more questions than it answers. And that's because it is simply a tiny bit of information which you can play with. As an exercise, I would invite you to "pretend it is true" and follow this data back to them. See what happens. See if you get more data. Even if it is "pretend".

The Beloved One: “In following through on your thoughts this morning, I am ‘enticed’ to pursue your ideas with a deeper explanation of what the limitlessness of the Creator means. You humans at times entertain some kind of an idea about how everything visible came into being from the invisible realm. At least, all normal minded mortals would have some thoughts about this mystery, and perhaps discuss their ideas with others. There are some who would delve a little deeper into the mysteries of life, and there are those who would make a study about God’s limitlessness and have their own personal views, which, if acceptable to others might in time become accepted as truth. Many a book has been written in this manner, which might serve as a steppingstone to others.
“However, it is truly valuable, and indeed recommended that humans personally experience the limitlessness of God. Therefore, the Creator desires to be intimately involved with all thinking creatures that are capable of having their own thoughts and form their own opinion. To that end, especially on this planet, and without exception, all children capable of independent thoughts are gifted with a Spirit-Spark from God when they make their first moral decision. This Spark, called a Thought Adjuster, is also limitless and specifically aids the young person throughout life to gradually uplift his or her thoughts to a higher level of thinking. The limitlessness of their Indweller can provide everyone with the unending freedom of becoming perfect like God, and becoming co-creators in their own right after they have finished their ascension journey towards perfection. This is, provided of course, that you humans have been willing to follow the leadings and prompts of your Indwellers.
“Limitlessness is somewhat comparable with endlessness, which is so very difficult to understand, as this needs to be experienced. Since the Indweller is limitless, and has always been limitless, you humans get this greatest of Gifts handed to you on a proverbial platter. You humans have free will, which is another Gift from God, so you are not forced to accept eternal life to take part in God’s infinity. You can now dimly comprehend what marvelous futures await you. This earth-life is the all-important foundation on which you will build your eternal life.
“Therefore, choose with care what it is you desire to do during this precious lifetime. There is enough information ‘out there’ – a proverbial smorgasbord – with which to enrich your mind, and help evolve your souls together with your respective Thought Adjuster. Partaking of God’s limitlessness is the choice all mortals have. Choose wisely if you desire to eventually fuse with your Gift from God within. Think about how that would feel; being clothed in a small measure with God’s Majesty after you too have become unconditionally loving. There are many mysteries to be solved during your travels through eternity. Never will there be a dull moment, as everything operates by and through the love currency in the universes of space and time as a reflection of God’s limitlessness.”

This week, three women raise issues of universal interest. From the USA comes a question about the effects of alcohol. Amid society's seemingly contradictory information and practices, confusion is understandable. The Masters sort it out.

Another kind of confusion exists for a married woman in Singapore who is greatly attracted to a metaphysical instructor on Facebook. In our quest for the perfect life, how many times have we all longed for something that seems to promise that perfection? The Masters' words should help her remove her rose-colored glasses and see more clearly.

Again from the USA, a fan's enthusiasm for the Masters and subsequent questions about religion prompt an outburst of amusement. As given to humor as we are (or even more so), these ascended spirits love to laugh with us (never at us) while making their points. Here, they gently suggest that the absence of retribution at Home does not sanction the absence of responsibility on Earth.

Alcohol usage

QUESTION: Masters, please discuss the effects of drinking alcohol on humans in regards to vibration and the law of attraction, if any. I have a lot of confusion about this. Spiritual entities, physical and non-physical, have told me not to drink alcohol, but I am never told why. Muslims are not allowed to drink alcohol. Medical studies repeatedly prove that moderate alcohol use has many positive benefits on the health and wellbeing of the human body. Spiritual humans through the centuries have been known to drink alcohol. Jesus recommended it as a symbol of his blood. I find it an enjoyable libation. I have been told and read that alcohol attracts “bad spirits” which attach and wreak havoc when one drinks. It is said that a single ounce of alcohol can cause dark energy for up to three days, allowing negative beings to attack. Please tell me the truth about this. ~Christina, US
ANSWER: Alcohol is a chemical that affects everyone in slightly different ways. There is much knowledge about the physical influences, but there are also the vibrational effects, which can interfere with spirit communication – which is not of great importance to those who are not metaphysical students.
Alcohol consumption has been scientifically proven to have deleterious effects on the brain, heart, liver, and pancreas, making a person more prone to cancer and illness by weakening the immune system. Small amounts may also be healthy for the stimulation of the heart and body.
Belief systems that include sections on consumption of alcohol, both pro and con, have nothing to do with spiritual awareness but are ritualistic. There are some that include other forms of mind-altering substances as well. Each soul is responsible for selecting the beliefs by which to live human life.
Many enjoy the feelings and taste of alcoholic beverages, and a small amount that does not change your personality is no cause for alarm. Some people use alcohol to free their inhibitions when they have no self-confidence or self-worth. These are the ones who leave themselves open to the attraction of negativity.
Vibrationally, a state of intoxication reduces the ability to sense the energy of one’s soul – or any positive energy, for that matter. Negative energy is a very strong energy for the physical body, so when drunk, in order to feel anything, one reaches for negative beings. If you are unable to reason and think clearly, a discarnate negative soul wandering around Earth will ask if it can help you out, and therefore you end up giving it permission to attach to you and exist on any positive energy it can find. It remains around until a better food source comes along or you find a way to get rid of it.
There is no set formula for safe and dangerous when it comes to alcohol. If you choose to drink, be aware and careful not to open yourself to invasion. Alcohol does affect the vibrations used to communicate with ascended spirits and Masters; it makes it more difficult for the human body to be attuned to fifth-dimension energy. If you are not communicating at the moment, enjoy a libation.

A “safe” liaison

QUESTION: Masters, I recently met a spiritual friend on Facebook who is running a meditation center. We shared lots of spiritual experiences. He always tells me that he feels we have known each other and he is so attracted to me…  I love chatting with him, always looking forward to his messages. Now I’m falling in love with him. Both of us are married. I’m so drawn to him. Is there any connection between us, why is there so much love and attraction for him. Why do we have to meet at this time…  I feel loved, happy and life is so exciting with him around in my life. ~SS, Singapore
ANSWER: Humans are always attracted and drawn to what they see as better than their current situation. Long-distance communication is very safe for both sides. You can say whatever you want the other person to hear and not have to be concerned about being found out if your words aren’t completely true.
You have created an “ideal” partner in this man because you have “seen” only what he wanted you to see, and you have “heard” only what you are seeking. Your husband is right in front of you and you can pick out all the things that annoy you, so this other man looks superior.
During the time that you have been establishing a friendship, you have talked only about the things in which you share an interest. Since your husband is not open to all the metaphysical things you crave, this man shines in comparison. Day-to-day life is totally different from a dream world created with partial facts.
This man appeared at this time for you to see and feel what spiritual unconditional love can be. This man spends his time in unconditional love when he is in, and teaching, meditation. He shares his knowledge with all equally. He sees in you a student who is yearning to experience higher vibrations.
You have spent lives together before, but, like this one, each was for the purpose of stimulating growth. Every soul creates its own reality and direction. Examine what you wish the rest of your life to be; look at the people in your life and see who helps with your plan and who does not.

Creating examples and belief systems

Question: Masters, Wow, I totally believe everything you have said. It just feels right, but like I had to be reminded. Plus it all makes sense! I was raised Catholic. So did Jesus really exist?? What about the Ten Commandments? Was that just a movie? If there is no judgment, just lessons to learn, then who cares if you break a commandment! woo hoo! The bible is all made up stuff?? ~Patty, USA
ANSWER: Did you just give yourself a “Get out of jail free” card? LOL! Belief systems are what you use to determine behavior in any situation. Society has its input, parents theirs, and religions another set. If you disobeyed your parents’ rules you knew that some kind of punishment would follow. Disobeying society’s rules, such as traffic regulations, puts you at risk for paying fines or serving jail time. These types of rules were all spelled out very distinctly for you.
Religious organizations also create patterns of behavior for their participants. When most of the laws were put together for religions, the majority of the people did not know how to read or write, so stories or parables were made up to demonstrate the principles desired. With each new level of more educated people, elaborations were constructed. Movies were found to be a way to teach even very small children what their beliefs were expected to be.
With spiritual awareness comes the knowledge that you have total freedom of choice to select the beliefs by which you are going to live. Certain souls have come to Earth to help all souls understand this principle and to help show the way to using the power of their soul. The man you call Jesus was one of these “way-showers.” Many stories were written about him that were not what actually happened. These were constructed by religious leaders who wanted everyone to adopt their particular beliefs and not think and decide for themselves.
There is no judgment at Home. No punishment, retribution, or Hell. But as long as you are still in a physical body, you have to be aware of the repercussions of your actions while still on Earth. Choose your beliefs from what resonates with you and how you wish to live your life.

Sisters M & M from Finland ask the Masters: What are the thin, completely black human like creatures, with no hair, ears or face? They look like long shadows, some of them have very long limbs. My sister and I have been seeing these "Shadow Humans" every now and then, especially my sister. They always feel very friendly and curious, yet they are kind of shy and disappear pretty quickly. We see them indoors and outdoors.

Answer: These are loving spirits who like the positivity with which you two cover yourselves. Most of the time these type appearances are seen as circular shaped energy balls called orbs. Because of the sensitivity of you two, they are giving you a more human look. They are a little shy because they do not wish to frighten you or others and it is also a little difficult to materialize for prolonged period of time. As they say in the alien movies: they come in peace.

  Ana from Portugal asks the Masters: I've gone to spiritual groups, some more compatible than others to my being, but after a while something blocks me from pursuing that willingness of knowing myself. And either I stop going or doing the exercises when is about me, no problem in helping others though. It seems that I’m hiding something from myself. Is there a way to unveil so that I can deal with it, can it be that bad?

Answer: You are allowing fear to run your life. From childhood there have been those who have shaped the way you now think by telling you about all these “limitations” you possess. You don’t make good decisions, you can’t succeed, you are not smart enough, you are a bad person, and on and on. You have accepted them and have blocked yourself from thinking beyond these boundaries. It is time to re-write your beliefs and thinking. Whenever you feel yourself halted in learning more about you, ask the question why do I feel this way. This will bring up one of these restrictions and you can decide to keep it or change it.

  K R from India asks the Masters: Can you please explain what you mean by "creative potential' of a human being? Can you also please give specific advice on how to activate one's creative potential. Does meditation on the Third Eye or the Pineal gland help? Or meditation on Loving Kindness? If so, which is better? Are there any other factors or methods that help to open the flood gates of ones' creativity?

Answer: Creative potential is the ability to be all that you want to be, to do all that you want to do. It is the ability to manifest your life’s reality. It is done with loving intention and lots of practice. It is the use of the unconditional love which is the soul’s essence.

  Ana from Portugal asks the Masters: I believe in synchronicity, so if I have interest in someone as able to promote his interest in me? Would not that person supposed to spontaneously take an interest in me, and in this case the universe itself to adjust to that effect? Or I realize to learn from the lesson and move away?

Answer: You want to control the futures of the planet. When you start writing plays you can direct where everyone goes and what they think but until then ALL souls have the freedom to choose what they want. Your choices for another can be accepted by them but equally possible is them being rejected by that person. Would you like someone controlling your actions according to their whims?     Marisa from Brazil asks the Masters: I was married 20 years after my separation I have not found anyone else .... I'm feeling very alone, shall I still find a love in my life? shall'm so stale?

Answer: There is always a love in your life if you accept it – you! Having lessons of worthiness, self-love, and being able to always give but not receive, you will not open to your own feelings. This time in your life was set aside to examine your own energy and choices. You can only think of yourself as half a pair. Think of yourself as a whole beauty soul surrounded by billions of other souls all residing in unconditional love. 

  Michael from the UK asks the Masters: on 25th august 1985 I have a vivid memory that I had a transmigration on that date. I realize that I have been in contact with you but could you privately confirm to me that this really happened because I know that I have to start getting myself together soon to complete a task but I need a physical acknowledgement that this is correct from you.

Answer: Oh, ye of little faith. Part of the process is accepting your own feelings and using the intuition of higher energy. While the doubts are still there you are slipping back into ego based energy when you will not proceed without validation. Do you have to ask yourself “do I know how to walk?” before venturing out of the house? You feel comfortable doing it so you just do.

  Jonathan from USA asks the Masters: How can I spread my spiritual beliefs through my country I know to begin with the people around me but don't have the courage to start. I am afraid that my message of inner peace and loving kindness will become corrupted just like all other religions.

Answer: When you realize you do not wish to share your beliefs with another for fear or ridicule you will know that you do not fully accept who you are. Until you can claim who and what you are you are just a pretender. Don’t worry it is just the first step to acceptance. If you live your message you will be broadcasting it to those around you and they will come to inquire about your loving peacefulness.

  Fernanda from Brasil asks the Masters: I met someone in 2010 that I believed to be my soul mate (had the same name, about the same date of birth and other affinity), although we live in different states. We've been involved for three years, but he lied about many things and hurt me. Sometimes I talk to him and he says he has changed and he loves me. There is connection between us? After so much pain I have found a new way and become more spiritual, but I want to clarify this issue.

Answer: This lesson is about clarity do you see what is in front of you or do you see a creation you wish to be there? He has used you for his own amusement. He never intended to be honest with you and he won’t change. Coincidence of names, birth dates and likes have nothing to do with someone being a soul mate. Accept the feelings you now have about his game and move on.     Artur from Portugal asks the Masters: how long I will continue with my physical pains that prevent me from following a more cheerful and fun life. I am very tired with this situation. I have done everything in my power to overcome all this. What is really going on with me?

Answer: You feel that you deserve the life you have because you are not worthy of a better one. All your life you have been trying to live up to someone else’s expectation for you. You have the ability to create and manifest the reality you desire. Using your freedom of choice rid life of one emotional block after another. The physical is controlled by the emotional.

  Ivone from Brasil asks the Masters: I have 50 years. Loved and was loved for four months, he died in a car accident. We had plans for a life together. Our sons are treating as brothers. Everything was perfect. Death took my love and all our dreams. What should I learn? How will I follow? He is my soul mate? Let's live our love in the spiritual realm?

Answer: You two had made a contract to meet and then he would leave so that you might have the lessons of loss, abandonment, feeling unfulfilled, and taking back your power. He was a soul mate and has been involved in a number of your other lives. It is time for you to take inventory of your life. Do you love yourself? Do you feel the power of unconditional love inside? Find out why the fears you have remain, work on them to release their power over you.

  Michael from Germany asks the Masters: I feel it is time to end my life. I have freedom of choice to do that. Does my Higher Self have any intention of giving me some new experiences that will help me with my personal goals? If not, then I truly have written my last symphony, till soon.

Answer: What an egotistical thought process you have going there. You came to Earth to take all these negative feelings you are swimming in and turn them into beauty positive experiences. Things don’t go the way you want them to and you immediately blame the world and want to give up. Take a look at your personal goals; do you really want them to play out? Where would you look next if they did? As you say, you have total freedom of choice, but stop being selfish to this lifetime.

  Gabriel from Brazil asks the Masters: I'm having a very fast awakening about me and how things work. According this kind of knowledge comes to me, more I realize wrong things that we cause to the world. And we know that everything we cause today, tomorrow we going to face these things we did yesterday. So my question is, what to expect when this age ends and the next one come in? Because I am a little bit worried about this.

Answer: As you awaken you should be releasing the ego judgment which requires you to rank and grade the actions of society. The world is a negative place so that souls might have an arena to make the choice to live positively. If you see yourself as always being connected to the duality of Earth then your fears might be founded. But, if you see yourself as returning home to unconditional love after you complete this lifetime than it does not have to take time away from communing with spirits.
