Before we get to today’s Metatronic Numerology Frequency Report, I would like to share information on the work we will be doing in the month of February.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 5th, we begin a twenty-four day cycle of Cleansing, Realigning and Consciously Evolving the Double Helix Human Strand DNA.

This is going to be some intensive work. During these days we are going to focus onContinuously Living in a State of Divine Unconditional Love; a state of Consciouslyholding and maintaining control of our every thought, word, deed and action.

We are going to aspire to existing continuously in a state of maintaining our thoughts and emotions in balanced equilibrium, keeping our selves calm and serene, and holding a very high frequency within our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies; constantly emitting and radiating Divine Unconditional Love from every cell and fiber of our Full Self and Being.

We will begin by working at holding this level of Divine Unconditional Love for thirty minute periods for the days of the 5th and the 6th of February.

We are going to learn to be ever vigilant in the thoughts that cross through our minds, in the words that pass through our lips, in the actions that we take, and in the energy we emit and the frequency we hold and maintain.

This may sound an easy and simple task for experienced Lightworkers, but our aim is to take this work on Self to the next level; for in so doing we create a Template for the rest of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity to step upon, and we open wider the path of Love and Brighten the Light upon it for those who come newly into their Spiritual Awakening to feel and see their way.

Through the Guidance of the Q4, and with the assistance of dear friends, each of them powerful Lightworkers in their own right, I have recorded a meditation to be used in conjunction with this Cleansing, Realigning and Conscious Evolution of the Double Helix Human Strand DNA.

As with all work we do in Service to the Collective Consciousness of Humanity and the Divine ONE Heart and Mind, we begin with Self. Yet through the work and forward movement we do with, and for Self, we assist the Collective and every individual of Humanity in their Journey of Spiritual Awakening and Enlightenment.

We will be increasing the amount of time we work at holding this very High Frequency of Divine Unconditional Love incrementally every three days after the 6th of February.

The meditation to be used in conjunction with this work can be used as often as you desire; daily if you so choose. I suggest you use it at least every time we start a new incremental increase in the sections of days of this Sacred and Divine work.

***** Today is a 4 Frequency day with a 44 Sub-frequency influence, and a 33 Minor frequency influence. The I AM Keyword phrases for 4, 33, and 44 are:

4 - I AM Form and Service

33 - I AM Compassionate Consciousness in Universal Service

44 - I Am Structured Power & Metamorphosis

Remember the 33 Frequency is only a Minor frequency, so its influence on today is very subtle. It has been a Minor frequency influence since the 26th of January and today is the last day it will be in play in this manner for now.

A few more days this month we will see its influence grow a bit stronger when it will be a Sub-influence on occasion. It has been in play to very subtly assist in setting The Christ Consciousness deeper into the Collective’s Consciousness in preparation for the Cleansing, Realigning and Conscious Evolution of the Double Helix Strand of Human DNA work we will begin tomorrow.

Just to recap, the 33 Frequency holds the energy of Compassion of a higher frequency than that of the everyday human level.

This is Compassion created from the High Heart and is the same frequency of Compassion that Sananda, known to many by the name ofJesus the Christ, and other Ascended Masters carried and emitted while incarnate in human form.

The 33 Frequency is the initial energy of The Christ Consciousness, and lends its self in showing us how to hold Compassion for others without becoming attached to the dramas of their lives.

We must understand that if we are to be of the most assistance possible to the positive forward movement of the Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, we have to learn to allow others the right to experience the journey of awakening they are creating for themselves upon the path of human life without becoming attached to the dramas and low vibrational frequencies their negative emotions create; for if we don’t we are actually adding to exactly what it is we desire to help heal and release.

Today’s Main Frequencies

The 4 Frequency is about work. It is about creating limits, boundaries and a solid foundation upon which to build. It is represented by the Sacred Geometric forms of the Square and the Cube; equal in all ways and holding a unifying principle.

The 4 Frequency, through the Sacred Geometric forms of the Square and the Cube brings light into your body and your life in a balanced manner, and assists you in holding your world in equilibrium. It helps you to build your life upon a strong and solid foundation.

The 4 Frequency teaches the lesson of steady growth through patience, and shows the value of a strong work ethic; but above all it teaches us about our work in Service to Others and about doing our share of any necessary work, both in the physical world and in the Spiritual world.

The 44 Frequency of today actually supports the work of this initial Foundation building by speaking of the fact that our world IS built upon, and supported by a Sacred Structure that is strong and safe.

And with all that is transpiring in the mainstream world right now, we can all use the awareness of being supported in our Spiritual Journey.

The 44 Frequency is the frequency where the igniting of the Spark of the Group Collective Conscious Mind that lies dormant in the 2 Frequency occurs. Here within the 44 Frequency is where Ruling and Governmental Bodies work at their best; where those in positions of power learn to come together and to work toward what is best for everyone concerned. This Frequency is where we learn to come together and act in accordance for All… as ONE.

The 44 Frequency is also about Metamorphosis. The new path into the Multi-dimensional realms we, the Collective Consciousness of Humanity, are beginning down will change us and our perceptions of Reality.

This new path will change us is ways, that at this stage of our journey we cannot yet even begin to imagine; especially under the multi 7 Frequency we will be heavily influenced by for all of 2014.

At this point in projected space and time we are only beginning to think about, and comprehend what the concept of a Universe of Infinite Possibilities looks like and how it responds and operates.

Remember, Metamorphosis is beyond simple ordinary change. Change makes your reality different, but Metamorphosis births you into a completely different and New Reality. Metamorphosis is being born anew into a reality you never even knew existed before.

The 4 and 44 Frequencies working together lends assistance in a huge change, aMetamorphosis occurring in our reality, especially in areas that concern and involve many people; all of human consciousness and the whole planet are going to be affected by thisMetamorphosis in the coming year.

And all of this Metamorphosis will be created due to everyone involved suddenly deciding to take responsibility for their share of the work to be done, and put their egos aside and stop making decisions based on what is best for them individually, and instead begin making decisions based on what is best for everyone involved equally.

So today we set ourselves into place to begin the Reality Changing Work of the Metamorphosis of, not only Self, but of doing our share of the work In Service To Others to bring about the Metamorphosis of the Reality of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity; which will in turn create a Metamorphosis that will radiate out into the whole of our Universal System.

Bring your Self to this place of knowing that allows you to accept that You, I, each of us, is a Divine Co-Creator of Our Collective Reality and prepare yourself to step up and do your share of this Sacred and Divine Work for the ONE Heart and Mind.

I am the voice of Earth that speaks to you from the ground beneath your feet. I speak to you from the heart of Winter, which is a season of the year that brings much to you even though you do not always believe this.

In Winter, there is a withdrawal of the life force into the core. The season of Winter revolves around that core: the core of light inside you, the fire that burns deep within, the power of the spirit in you.

In Winter, the outer falls away; the branches are bare. Life withdraws into the trunk and into the roots, and there is silence and tranquility in nature.

But this silence, this emptiness and barrenness, is not without life and not without soul – feel it. When you walk through the forest or in the fields, life is there – invisible, but tangible.

Life withdraws into the core where it gathers force to sprout again in Spring.

This gathering of forces, in order to arrange them anew, takes place in a cycle that repeats itself again and again: Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter again. Such a cycle also occurs in your lives.

There are times when your soul’s energy on Earth manifests itself entirely; moments when the light from your heart connects with this reality and you completely express who you are.

Think of such a moment from the past. Ask yourself, “Which moment from the past meant for me a complete fulfillment of who I was?

In what, and where, and with whom did I allow myself to be seen fully? Where did my energy flow well and completely?” Feel this for a moment in yourself.

Within a full cycle, this is a time of reaching out, of radiating, of Summer. Then, the next phase of the cycle is the energy withdrawing, in order to rearrange and reflect on itself.

And then the cycle revolves again to a subsequent level of reaching out even further, so as to express even more fully the soul on Earth.

So you find yourself in a constant rhythm of reaching outward and coming inward; a return to the core in order to reach out, yet again, and to be yourself joyfully and to share yourself with the world.

Now, feel in yourself that core into which you withdraw. There is a place in your belly, just below your navel, where you can feel your humanness, here and now, deep within the core of your incarnated being.

I ask you to sink into this spot and from there to feel the primal strength that lives within you. Your heart belongs to your Angel-being – your higher self – while your abdomen is the place of the “beating heart” of your humanness.

Your objective in this life is to connect to that place in your abdomen. Only there do you incarnate on Earth and become fully human, because only from there does your Light truly make a deep connection with earthly reality.

Make contact with the flow of energy in your abdomen, by allowing your breath to sink into your abdomen and to feel the life inside it.

Feel how this energy flow is connected to your creative power, with the vitality of the body itself and also with your sexuality.

Sink deeply into the center of your abdomen and let go of the outer world for a moment.

Feel how forces are gathering there that enable you to begin a new chapter in your life on Earth, and that give you precisely the powers and talents you need now to manifest yourself more fully on Earth.

Speak to that power. Allow yourself to be embraced by that immense power in your abdomen and your humanness. Feel how you are deeply connected to me in that place with my core: the center of Earth. Feel how connected we are.

Now take a fear from your everyday life that you encounter frequently. Where and of what are you afraid? Name it for yourself: is it the fear of being rejected, or of being judged, or of being alone?

Feel then how that fear gravitates to you, especially around your shoulders and head, because fear attaches itself strongly to thinking. Fears are fed and grow larger through thinking.

Your thoughts are often panicky and lack confidence.

Feel for a moment how the fear is not really related to something in the outside world, but stems from within your own mind and comes out of your own being. Imagine now that you contain that fear as a cloud of dark energy, and with your hands you guide that energy cloud to that silent, still point in your abdomen; into the stream of power that flows quietly and confidently there within you.

See how your abdomen receives and greets your fear in a very neutral way. Feel the elemental forces of nature in your abdomen.

You are bigger than this fear – console it. Let the fear see how strong you are really, and how you are part of Eternal Life. You are now embodied here on Earth and you are of flesh and blood.

Your body is a sacred home that you animate with your own Light, and your essence is eternal, regardless of whatever form it takes.

Feel the serenity of your unparalleled strength, and then see and know that the fear remains on the periphery, not in your core.

Let the fear circle around you, while you pull back into your core, into the deepest inner knowing that belongs to you: “I am good; I am accepted here; I am beautiful as I am”.

I am Earth, and I recognize and greet you as the angel you are. Trust in my powers and trust in the instincts of your body. Now in this Winter season, take the time to withdraw and to create as much emptiness within as you can.

Remain in that silent space and feel what it is you want from your core; what wants to manifest on Earth, and feel you have the strength to rise above your fears.

When you become aware of your fears, it is a sign that you are ready to transcend them. If your fears become perceptible, consciousness is ready to receive them with compassion – the time is ripe.

Have no fear of your “fears”, and when fear arrives, call on your deepest power, your core. The fear makes it possible for your core to be felt, so be sympathetic toward the fear.

You live in a world of duality – near the darkest part the brightest light is always present.They call out to each other and together form a dance.

In your earthly life there is always the cycle of initially going inward and then reaching outward, and again going inward and then outward.

And every time you go inward, you burrow a bit deeper into the dark, so that even more of your Light can flow outward. Deep within you the light and dark are acting together in this dance. Honor this dance, for it is how the life energy functions on Earth.

It is an alternating between going inward and reaching outward, between light and shadow, so honor the shadow as part of life. Just as a tree loses its splendid foliage in order to turn completely inward, so you also do something similar in the seasons of your life.

By turning inward, you connect for a time with your pain, loss, and mourning. But it is also a beautiful movement in that the connection helps you to come closer to yourself, to enter more deeply into the core of who you are.

Accept this process, for darkness is the way by which you travel toward the Light. They are the two elements that are dancing together.

Do not abhor your darker parts, because they nudge you forward. They cause your Light to incarnate even deeper. Welcome the parts of you that have carried the darkness within you and are bringing it into your awareness.

If you have compassion for them, and accept them as part of your path, they will become your best friends through a deep sense of intimacy and connection. You are allowed to be human.

You are an incarnated Angel who experiences the extremes of light and dark so as to create “gold” by accepting both. By transforming your own shadow, you create the “gold” of understanding and of compassion and the “gold” of unity consciousness.

That is the reason you are here on Earth, and that is why I love you intensely and welcome you from the heart. Whenever and wherever possible, I will support you with my strength.

Feel this strength present in the ground beneath your feet, in the air around you, and in your body. I am here for you, so trust in our togetherness and know that I love you.

Tree of Life: Embody Your Tree of Light Channeler: Joyful Heart

Tree of Life: Embody Your Tree of Light

Blessed human being, please receive of me a remembrance of the template of your form. Recognize within yourself the Sacred Tree of Life, embodied into flesh that lives, moves and loves.

There are many of you who have studied your relationship to the Tree of Life. Some are aware, but do not have a particular image. All of you are now asked to embody the truth of the Tree Within You.

Reach your roots down into the Earth, receiving of it the nourishment of grounding, of abundant sustenance, of stalwart stability.

Allow your roots to spread wide throughout the soil, entertwining with those whose strength adds to yours to further ground you, to protect the Earth against erosion by the Storms.

Allow this sustenance to rise upward through you, into your heartcore, centering itself within your solid trunk. Allow this heartfire to activate the life within your being, drawing upward the power of the Earth below.

Feel this power spreading upward through you, reaching as branches from your shoulders.

These blessed branches stretch outward and upward, the core of your light-trunk standing tall through you to spread branches further higher still. Feel the strength and power of your reach.

Feel the whispering glimmer and rustling of the leaves adorning your branches, as they move gently in the winds of change.

Feel the powerful glow of the Sun, sending its lightforce down upon you. Feel as your leaves drink in this shower of sunlight, letting not a drop go wasted.

For this lightforce sent toward you is a gift specifically for you, that you must drink in through your leaves. As your leaves drink deeply with loving gratitude, they glow brightly with the color or colors of your aura.

They resonate with the beautiful music of your soul, and transmute the lightforce into powerful lifeforce that spreads down into and through your branches, to your light-trunk, down to your heartcore.

Feel the powerful, life-granting force of light flowing down into your heartcore, melding with the life-granting force of Earth as a Philosopher's Stone.

It empowers your heartcore with the most brilliant gold, which empowers your whole self. Your branches are strengthened, your roots are strengthened, your light-trunk is strengthened. You are at peace. You are whole. You are embodying the sacred purpose of humanity. Your twigs bloom blossoms of the color and shape that are sacred to your purpose.

Your blooms are fulfilled, and blessed fruits are borne from your sacred being. Allow these fruits to come to fruition, to serve as gifts to what you are here to nourish, including your own roots.

There are three ways that these fruits serve to nourish your roots to further your abundance. One is that they fall directly to them, and meld with the Earth to feed your roots.

Another is when they are partially partaken of, and the remainder falls to the earth. Finally, and most sacred, is when the fruit is eaten of fully by the one who has received of it.

In processing this gift, it then returns it to you in a transmuted form, as droppings to the Earth. This is a metaphor that can be seen in many ways. Receive it as would a tree.

Focus your lifeforce within your heartcore. Receive of the Earth. Receive of the Sun. Receive of the gifts of your own fruits.

Receive of those who come to partake in the beautiful gifts that you freely offer. Remain centered so that you bear forth only the fruits that you can wisely sustain.

Know there are other trees to bear the fruits that you cannot. You are the Tree of Love. Stand tall, spread forth your branches, and live forth your humble glory.

Nancy: St Germain, I have been wondering since you gave the information the other day that you did, why did you give me what you did, and why the timing of it? Now I am wondering, what more, if any, is there that you would like to share with me so that I can share it with the world? I feel there must be at least a part 2 to this message.

St Germain: Yes indeed, my dear one, there is much more that I could share with you, and today we will make a start on it. It is a matter of being in the flow, and exploring the avenues that are due to be traversed in the journey of the people on this planet. As for the timing, it is a matter of addressing anything that is flowing into the hearts and minds of all of Creation.

First I will tell you this piece of information. There is coming to the planet a wave of power that will come from the people that will open many doors that have been closed for millennia. It is a doorway that not only you have opened in the past several years, but many others have as well. It is a doorway through which the personages have come to this planet to instruct the ones who came here to empower and overtake the ones of the lower energies. There is an ongoing onslaught of events that are not only ‘under the table’, but are in tune with what is open to the public. As I speak, there are many who are putting together the steps that are designed to overpower the lower energies and to bring forth the truth of what has been hidden for so long.

One of these things I will speak of here. There has been a long-lasting attempt to overcome the ones who are serving the light, and who have made strides in that direction. I tell you all now that these original ones who have tried to overcome are now in bondage on another planet and are being treated with the light energy that they agreed to when they came into this whole endeavor. They did not at the beginning realize what they were dealing with, and as they dealt further into the depths of the fear energies, they were not able to relieve themselves of that which had not only encumbered the ones they sought to enslave, but it had also encumbered them to fall deeper into that which they agreed to.

This is what happens when one goes into the energies that they agree to. For it is the power of the energy of Love. When one falls more and more into the energy of fear, one seeks to become more and more of that energy, for one knows only the original energy of Love. This is what you all have shown us in your journeys in this mission that you all agreed to. You try and try by using tactics that you feel will accomplish your success, things that are pushing against what seems to be not what you want. You do so thinking that it is because of your power of Love, which has always been that way before taking this sojourn through duality. Now there are so many of you who are realizing that pushing only drives you deeper into the fear.

My dear ones, this is not to say that the energy of Love supports what they are doing, or that it supports the energy of fear. It is saying that when a being knows only the energy of Love, and then falls away from it in agreement with the Source, then it speaks itself in the original energy the only energy that has been experienced as yet, that of Love.  As the energy of what has been experienced grows and multiplies it becomes more of itself, that which it has experienced. Now that we have brought so many of those who chose the way of the lower energies to our midst on the other planet, the one where they will return to their original selves, they will be undergoing a cleanse that will bring them back to themselves. It will be a cleansing that is so complete that they will not only remember their original selves, but they will retain the knowledge of what they have done to serve the mission that they volunteered for.

This has been a most valuable episode for all of life. There has been much learned and expressed in this experience. This is why we have been here at this time to rescue the ones who gave of themselves to lower their energies in the way that contributed to the experience that has unfolded. Now they are taking a look at what is taking place within themselves, and they are learning from that. They are seeing the process that they underwent and that all of life experienced as well. They are seeing that those who are left on earth to finish off the deal will be working with us in stages that harmonize with what they are doing and what will accomplish the best way to come back to themselves. It is a time of so many being brought back to themselves. As it goes through the various stages we will be right there with them to guide and assist them every step of the way.

We are seeing that there are many who are finding so much inspiration in their journeys back to themselves and as they accomplish what they see to be the best they can do, it is phenomenal. They are taking strides that we had not seen could be done, even though we knew that they would surpass the timeliness that it took to get them here. We are seeing the utmost in power that they have to come up out of the muck and mire to find their cleanliness and to shine it forth to all with whom they come into contact. It is a grand journey that we all have undergone, and as we continue, we teach each other.

One more thing I wish to tell you today is that as we work with these ones on the other planet, we are finding that they are seeing what you can do to rise above what they tried to make you do, and they are giving you so much Love and energy of clearance. They watch with us and learn that what they did was on some level what they have called deplorable; it was what they agreed to do. It has added to what we all can go on with in our next journeys.

Also it can be used in a way that shows us what not to do, even when it seems at the time to support us. For instance, if one seeks to overpower another, the power is in answering the order with a return based in Love, rather than in fear. There is nothing that is more powerful than Love. When one responds in Love to anything that is based in fear, the fear is overcome. They are seeing that Love is the only thing that can be in truth as long as it is used in its purity of the power of Love. This is something to remember in these coming times. Anything that comes up in these times that does not feel like genuine Love will be met most successfully with the purity and strength of Love. When you push against anything it gains in the power of fear. When you meet it with ease and Love it melts before your eyes and becomes one with you. What results is pure Love in expression.

Dear ones, I will be back through this one in the coming times and I will share more with you. There will come a time, even in the next moment from now, when you will be doing the same thing with all of those with whom you come in contact that you feel would appreciate what you have to share with them. Till then send them Love and know that there will come a time when you will all meet at the table of the last supper of the old and change it into the new table of the celebration of the new beginnings. I love you all so splendidly and look forward to holding your hands and celebrating in your divine presence.

Progress is still being made to bring you release from the many conditions and restrictions that have been placed  upon you by the cabal. For the time being it suits our purpose to let certain restrictions remain, allowing us to work towards completely releasing you from their control. With our ability to see what is taking place we can keep one step ahead of the cabal and restrict the degree to which they can impose themselves upon you. For example in recent times many attempts have been made to start another world war. Each time we have blocked such attempts and will continue to do so. In fact we acted recently so as to stop the commencement of intended hostilities that would have led to another world war. Be assured that there is no way it would be allowed, and such commitment by us is a guarantee of eventual world peace.

 

Over a long period of time covering many years, we have been able to make you feel secure because of the presence of our ships. Now there are few people that are unaware of us and view us as a threat to humankind. It has been our intention to gradually gain your confidence and trust for a many, many years, and overcome the image that has been projected to show us a threat to you. There is as a result so many of you who welcome the idea of contact with us, and accept our assurance that we come in peace. Indeed, we come as your brothers and sisters who have been linked with you through the ages, by a common interest in bringing Mankind the truth. Hitherto the sources that you have trusted have manipulated it in their own interests, to keep you under their control. The saddest aspect is that you have been held back in your evolution and understanding of who you are.

 

Now the circumstances are different as you are being lifted up by the incoming energies, that are continually increasing in vibration. You are absorbing more Light and have an increasing ability to discern the truth. However, it also means that the gulf between you and those who refuse to contemplate it is growing wider. There is no need to be concerned about them, as all souls will eventually arrive at the truth in the ever ongoing journey that all souls make. Indeed, you are now urged to follow your own path, so as to be fully prepared for the enlightenment that is coming. As ever be discerning but also open to new information, as the revelations to come will open your eyes to much that has deliberately withheld from you.

 

The weather in many parts of the world is causing extremes to be experienced, and this is a prelude to more settled times. In the future, all people will experience more changes that will settle into a more moderate weather pattern without the extremes you are experiencing now. This all takes place because of the higher vibrations and eventually nothing will remain of the lower ones. There is much to look forward to and perhaps the most welcome aspect will be the cessation of war and warlike preparations. You will no doubt realise that a vast sum of money is invested in war, and the search for new and more terrifying weapons. Dear Ones do not worry, there will be a time coming when there will be an end to everything connected with wars. Defensive needs are another consideration and we have the Galactic Forces who will keep law and order.

 

The times you are currently experiencing will begin to calm down, and you may have noticed that there is a new impetus for countries to seek peace. It is a struggle as the dark Ones try to hold onto their power, but it will be to no avail as the vibrations continue to lift up. You will find that there will be a new mood amongst those who are in the armed forces, as the futility of war is realised. Mankind is changing his outlook and peace is being sought after millennia of destruction and loss of life. Buildings can be re-built but the loss of a souls life has such repercussions on all of those connected with it. It has taken Man a long, long time to come to this realisation, and the future looks bright as peace on Earth becomes the new goal.

 

Some ask why they are incarnate at such a time, feeling that they have no particular purpose. However, no soul is here without reason and whatever it may mean to the individual, all have something to learn or contribute. You are Beings capable of immense love and have a capacity for unconditional love of all souls. Once you have reached such a stage, you are truly a higher soul who understands the Oneness of all life, and that You Are All One.

 

I am SaLuSa from Sirius and pleased once again to be able to address you. You are now opening up to the Truth and capable of understanding it, and more importantly applying to your everyday experiences.  For some these end times are hectic and very trying, but it is the final clearing of karma accumulated over many lives. Be assured that you would not be is such a position unless you were capable of handling it. So accept your experiences with good heart, as they are your final tribulations in this dimension.
