My dear sweet angels of Light, of illuminated excellence that you are. By now you are feeling the energies in a most accelerated fashion. They are becoming such a part of you as you are of them.

As you expand, you take in more of your essence and accept it to the “nth” degree and in doing so, you spread it out and encompass a larger part of you and mingle with a larger part of everyone, my dear travelers of the Light.

I come before you to enhance your experience with this new light infiltration, with this new Light Essence of you. By now you are not feeling such a delineation between you and the light, between you and others, between you and the many aspects of yourself.

They are one and the same with you as you are one and the same with others. And for that matter, dear ones, you are growing into that acceptance and concept of your totality as messengers and holders and heralders of the New Light, which is one and the same with the New You.

No more must you attempt to figure out what is happening within and around you, for you are becoming it, becoming the New Reality and you hold it dear to your hearts as I hold you dear to mine.

For you have crossed the limits of yesteryear and are welcoming the limitless Now and we see you opening up and feeling your way through this new milieu of Light and transcendent energies.

You are the forerunners in this. You are the makers of this new era, and from you will follow many miracles and new experiences for others.

For the minute you accept your role as new trail blazers of this New Light, you will encompass more and more depths of it and there is no end to the possibilities, and thus as you expand this awareness, so will others have the courage and means to do the same.

So I ask of you dear ones, please keep opening up to your possibilities and your gifts as you explore the expansion that you are enjoying now, with no limits and no preconceived ideas.

The more you let go and open to the possibilities of this New Light, the more you will progress along the path of deep awareness and experience of your rich inner worlds of Divinity.

The more you surrender to it, the more you will experience the sweet music of grace and purity within you. Allow the crescendos of Love and Joy to soar within you.

Take them to new heights and perspectives. Allow it to be your experience always in the Now and build upon that to continue building your world of expanded vision and purpose.

As you continue to soar within this new milieu within, so must you ground more, always using your heart as your compass.

As you can see, your heart is without limits now as far as what it can experience in the realm of Love and Joy. Experiment and take it to new levels, dear ones.

I am reveling in your new experiences.

You have taken a brave step forward and we of the Company of Heaven commend you for your courage and perseverance, for your willingness to transcend the limits of your physical bodies to experience more expansiveness in your Light Bodies without hesitation or fear of where it is leading you.

And with this, the more it will take you into unchartered lands of possibilities and new awareness. I am within you and around you as you experiment with your new abilities and heart-rendering new awareness.

Going within now leads you many places, and many new vistas appear to you. You are making the rules and establishing new parameters in what is being offered to you as you explore your many avenues of new awareness within you.

You are your World now, you are its maker, you are its inspiration as you tap deeper into your Divine Essence and come out with rich experiences within your beautiful energies of Love, your all-encompassing Love etching its way deeper into all the pores of your Being and spilling out to others.

So continue to soar, dear ones; continue to tap the untapped resources within you and delight yourself in its pure graceful quality, unique to you, and so ready to show its essence and to be accepted by your loving heart.

As I speak to you from my heart, you capture the essence of it, and use it to enhance your own essence, to build the crescendo of your own heart to its pinnacle.

And this is just the beginning, dear ones; you will capture more of your essence as you accept and own it as the Truth and as you do, all your capabilities will begin to emerge more and more as you allow them.

And for now, if you feel like you have been inhabiting a dry desert within you as you begin to fill the void of your new transition, the more you feed it with love and acceptance the more lush the scenery will become, so much so that you will revel in complete joy and wonder at what you are discovering within you, as you allow the New Light to transform you deeper and more true to your underlying Divine Essence.

And so my dear ones, I leave you for now to continue to build your True Essence and discover your unique abilities. Just let go and Be in the moment, as we have been urging you to do, and within that moment will open up pockets of discoveries unequaled ever in your experience.

Enjoy this new ride, dear ones. I am always with you, as is the Company of Heaven, and we see your luminescence ever growing brighter.

This is part of a transcript from a Chat with Adama that my client gave me permission to share. There are 2 energy transmissions that originally came through for my client but you can receive a similar transmission. When you see * then just say "Yes, thank you."

Question: I have been in this disastrous and abusive marriage since 30 years. I now wish to experience love, peace, harmony, trust, respect, to be cared for.. I am done with pain, problems, and I don't want to hurt anymore.

Response: Adama is lifting his arms up and taking the hurt and pain and sadness and fear from you. Let it go... just like the river flows, let the pain go*.

I am now feeling the presence of your Twin Flame... who is currently in Heaven. He would like to send his MOST PERFECT love to you. Would you open your arms and receive it into your heart?* I am seeing your twin flame's love flowing into your heart and down into your solar plexus to empower you to make changes.

Adama says that you are more than capable of making changes in your life. You are a divine being and your dreams will come true. He says to start with a small change, any small change, and make that change. Then, make another small change, and another until suddenly you find your life is radically different.

Question: So what should I do to experience love, what changes should I make?

Response: To experience love, Adama suggests that you spend time every day receiving love from the Divine. You know how a child holds his arms up to his mother, to be held and loved and nurtured?

That is what you are to do, hold your arms up like a child, up to the Heavens, up to the Cosmos and the Divine Mother will send her love down to you. You will feel the love flowing into your belly and filling you up, charging you up.

Adama suggests that a change you consider making is simply this: to speak when you would have previously not spoken. Speak gently and kindly, but speak honestly and do not allow fear to keep you silent.

Second, he suggests that you start to make requests to the people around you. Simply say "I request that you -----" For example, "I request that you treat me with respect." This you don't have to say out loud, you can speak it to his heart. His heart has much honor and will hear your request.

Third, Adama suggests that you pay attention to your personal vibration. You can change your vibration from fear to strength of heart.

So, for example, if you want to be treated with respect, you must vibrate self respect. Do you respect yourself? Ask your aura to vibrate Self Respect.

Any time you feel disrespected, turn your attention away from the person disrespecting you and look at your own energy; ask your energy to shift into self respect, take a few deep breaths and allow it to shift. It will shift. Then, turn your attention back to that person and give them your respect.

Don't return disrespect with more disrespect. You can do this with ANY change you want to make. If you want to be trusted, then you must vibrate with trust. Trust yourself and trust other people. Ask your vibration to harmonize with trust. If you want to experience love, then you must vibrate love. And so on.

The single most powerful thing you can do is to pay attention to your personal vibration, every day. Is it putting out fear? Then change it to trust. Is it putting out loneliness? Then change it to fullness of Divine Love.

Do this every day and you will find that it will need to be changed less and less. As your vibration sends out the frequencies of what you DO want to experience, life will change around you, without your effort. You won't have to TRY to change your life, it will just happen.

Question: I feel I’m not making progress spiritually and I really want to ascend in this life.

Response: Adama puts his hand on your hand, looks into your eyes and says very clearly and gently: “You ARE Ascended! Even now you are Ascended.

There is nothing you have to do to make yourself ascend, because you, your soul, and all that you are, are already an Ascended Being! Your consciousness of this particular incarnation has forgotten how to live as an Ascended Being, that is all.

“If you choose to remember how to live as an Ascended Being, now in this life, it is not because you HAVE to do that to Ascend, but because you want to do that to more fully enjoy life on Earth.

“You are already ascended. Fear not.”

Adama asked me to remind all of you that you do not need a channel to receive his messages, or any other “Ascended Master”.

Your heart is directly connected to your Higher Self, your Ascended Self, and if you speak with your heart and listen with your heart you can receive messages directly from the Ascended Masters.

YOU are a Divine Being and you do not need to depend on someone else to get the help and guidance you need. Channels are like translators, they help you to hear and understand the messages. But any one can become a channel, everyone already is one.

Synching with UNIVERSAL FLOW in the New Earth Author: Karen Doonan

As you move into the New Earth higher energetic frequencies you begin to sync with these energies and to come back into flow.

For many of you this may be manifest in your outer waking life as something your human logical mind perceives as “erratic” patterns, whether this be for sleep or for eating or for general interaction with the waking world.

It depends how far out of balance you are in TRUTH just how erratic these patterns may appear for you, if you have been used to very rigid patterns within the old 3d earth paradigms then you may at this time be in much chaos and confusion when your human vehicle appears to be in a time zone all of itself, it may be confusing to have a full nights sleep and then get up to then feel more tired and nap some more.

Much like going to a different country and adjusting to a new time zone the New Earth is in a new dimensional space, just because the world around you appears to look the same does not mean that it IS the same as many are now finding out energetically.

Again I would highlight the need to FEEL during the transition process. The New Earth energies will now expand and deepen, they are not going to settle down for some time for the “boost” of these New Earth energies is the driving force of change within, around and through your human vehicle.

The more you can let go and BE the easier the transition, however the need to be in FLOW is vital. If you are not in flow then you may try to push ahead when the universe is asking you simply to BE and to adjust and you may try to stop the flow when the universe is providing you with the extra energy to manifest in the outer waking world.

So distorted is the old 3d earth reality that the “natural flow” of energy has been absent for eons. As I have blogged very young children are in natural flow, the ability to nap when they are tired during the day and then continue with their day is a skill that is TAUGHT out of you.

How many of you feel ok at going for a lie down in the middle of the day? how many of you feel the need to justify this to even yourself?

If you are tired then rest, if you are hungry then eat, for this is natural flow.

The use of watches/clocks may be redundant during this process for natural flow sees a “day” unfold at its own pace, many of you may be finding that some periods of the day seem to last for ages and other periods go very quickly, again this is adjustment to a NATURAL flow.

It is vital to disconnect from the teachings that seek to TEACH order and patterns within the old 3d earth for ALL is distortion and it is deliberate distortion in order to interrupt the natural flow of energies.

For those of you who are still trying to fit in with those around you and “maintain” some sort of “normal” life I would ask why? the New Earth is nothing like the old 3d earth paradigms and is not simply a rebooted, upgraded version of it.

By changing your frequency you change your outer waking reality. How soon the changes appear in the outer waking reality is dependent upon the frequencies that are dissolved and the depth of the New Earth energies that are anchored in place.

At this time the planet earth is also moving and shifting in frequency, at times of heightened energies (moon phases for example) there is “extra” energy available.

Again I would guide that this is a personal process and one that you can halt and alter at ANY time that you wish. It is not TRUTH to state that nothing is happening upon and within this planet in general due to the personal nature of the ascension process.

Whilst it may be a TRUTH for YOU it is not for many others upon and within this planet. Remember YOUr life experience is unique and personal to YOU, it is not the same for everyone, it cannot be, as each human vehicle is unique.

The universe is not chaotic by nature, it is by DESIGN and FLOW, it may appear to be chaotic due to the distortion that has been placed within the old 3d earth reality which is now breaking down and dissolving.

All that is keeping it in place are the frequencies that are running within human vehicles that have not been dissolved by the energies that have incarnated into said human vehicles.

This is a concept that the human logical mind will try to reject, it will often reject something that is not seen by the naked human eye, this again is a deliberate teaching TAUGHT in order to further contain and suppress the human energy signature.

ALL is frequency and ALL JUST IS.

The ability to “predict” the future will begin to dissolve also for as you move OUT of the karmic dimensional timelines you move into creation in TRUTH.

Within the karmic dimensional timelines were patterns, these patterns could be read and tuned into very easily, in a karmic dimensional timeline you have/had (depending on whether you are still in a karmic loop) a context and framework to live within, certain events and certainly people and scenarios were locked out of your karmic reality as a karmic dimensional timeline is a bandwidth of frequencies that you live within.

In the New Earth reality there is only TRUTH, therefore you can create at will and what you create is YOUr choice from a range of frequencies that support ONLY TRUTH.

This subject can APPEAR to be complex and I would guide for you to process this through the HEART space, I have addressed this more fully on the websites.

Ascension is the process of moving out of karmic dimensional timelines and into TRUTH. It is not remaining within the bandwidth that was created within the human vehicle prior to birth onto and within the planet earth.

This is also why your human vehicle goes through the process of transition as well as the energy that YOU ARE in TRUTH. Many are filtering this out and trying to alter and influence the outcomes of a karmic dimensional loop, this is NOT TRUTH and is not supported by the New Earth.

FREEDOM is complete freedom, it may appear you have freedom in the old 3d earth paradigms but this “freedom” is based on karmic loops, karma is NOT a natural process, it is a CREATED reality in which you are given frequency choices within a certain bandwidth.

This is completely different to living in TRUTH and creating from ANY frequency that you desire. It is be noted that the old 3d earth will try to teach karma as a natural process in order to try to prevent you from dissolving the karmic frequency loops, it NEEDS your anxiety and fear that is created within these loops in order to survive.

Journal Entry 01.28.2014 - On Channeling and Perception It’s nearly the end of January already.

This month has been a strange one.

The first two weeks I hardly felt like communicating anything; could barely put words together to frame what I was in the process of experiencing.

Now I feel different, but words still are barely expressive enough to convey the various sensations, aha’s and realizations that are coming through. I can also say that I do not have a belief system that is carved in stone; my understandings are ever evolving and developing.

My perceptions will be and can be entirely different even than someone who has received similar information as I have, simply because each one of us "sees" things differently. And what someone sees, another person might totally overlook.

As we open up to allowing and accepting our higher self to direct our life, we will inevitably approach that same life very differently than we did before, simply because our eyes are now open to seeing from a higher, broader perspective. And what I present is mine and no other's and will vary in effect.

I’m always fascinated by some of the comments that I receive when an especially powerful message is received, such as the one yesterday from the Light Collective. Let’s face it, when you put all the channeled pieces together, you are going to have some glaring inconsistencies. Such is the nature of the “beast” of channeling.

I mentioned to one of my Facebook “friends” that channeling is, by nature, like playing with a ball of lightning. It is powerful, unpredictable and highly dependent on the state and frequency level that the scribe is holding while the message is being conveyed.

As I have mentioned before, the messages that come through me are not like those that come through other scribes or mediums. I am not a voice channel. Whenever I am writing down a message, the download is received and processed through my own mind, so it is also colored by whatever I am experiencing in the moment.

I can get extremely high during a session, losing any concept of the passage of time and seldom feel hungry or thirsty until the message is finished. Anyone who spends time deep involved in any creative activity knows how I feel.

The messages are often wordless, as I don’t actually know what is going to be conveyed but start typing. Sometimes I will “know” a couple of words in advance, sometimes I just type. It is not exactly free flow but close.

I feel that the downloads somehow braid into my consciousness and then utilize my grasp of vocabulary to express as best I can what I am sensing needs to come forth. I’m not always successful.

Yes, it is difficult to put into 3D words the concepts that are being impressed on my consciousness during these sessions. Words are limited in their ability to convey what is being given in non-verbal content as energy and downloads.

I just have to trust the process and know that I will be unable to convey everything that my "friends" wish to share with all of us due to physical constraints and my own "stuff", but I persist because I feel compelled to do so.

I totally understand that some individuals in reading the material that I present and then reading someone else’s which is contradictory might get confused. However, I would like to gently suggest to those confused ones that they need to get out of their lower minds and into their heart space.

The egoic and logical mind will NEVER understand what is perfect understood by the heart through the avenues of intuition and knowingness.

This fount of inner wisdom emanates and filters down from the highest levels of your beingness and is not subject to the rules and categorizations that are so beloved by the rational mind.

No; within the higher dimensions it is perfectly natural for paradox to rule. You simply disregard the “rules” that we have come to abide by in 3D and allow for many interpretations and perceptions to be presented.

It is also natural that one person will approach the delivery of a message in a totally different manner than another. I seldom go into meditation before sitting down to write a message, but I have the inherent ability to be able to communicate to my guides and higher self at all times of the day and night.

I’m not always in the highest level possible as I need to function in an everyday world, but it is sometimes easier to get there than it might be for others.

It is a gift and ability that I have carried within all my life; I’m simply able to utilize it now for the benefit of my creative endeavors and being able to share with others.

So when I come forth with a message, I do not have an agenda in mind. I do not mean to confuse people as I am hoping that those who do read the messages will have developed the necessary trust in their own inner wisdom in order to be able to discern what resonates with them and what they need to leave.

Making criticism or accusations towards an author is not a healthy way to establish your own ability towards self-determination and reclaiming your power.

By continuing to place the blame on others, you are continuing to project your own issues and unrefined darkness within on those who are simply acting as mirrors.

We need to each be responsible for ourselves, first focusing on our own process. Within the old “rules” of the 3D world, this kind of behavior was deemed to be selfish, yet it is a necessary step and most often times one that has to be taken alone, without family or spouse, since there is a period when the focus on clearing and balancing is going to be extremely intense.

This is not an endeavor that all persons might wish to take upon themselves as there are certain sacrifices that must be made, but for those of us who have chosen to concentrate on our spiritual advancement in this lifetime; it is our choice and our commitment to do so.

This decision emanates from our higher self. It is a choice that is taken moment by moment, as we are constantly tested in order that we improve ourselves by viewing the tests and challenges as opportunities for further growth.

I am beginning to realize that by concentrating on changing myself, the only person that I CAN change, I transform my world. My frequency signature and the energies that move through me extend far out beyond the edges of my physical vessel and affect my environment and how I interact with others, whether people, animals or my environment.

I can hardly express how much I have changed in just the past year since I’ve done this work of sharing my process, channeling the messages and “meeting” new friends on the Internet, learning and experiencing new energies and incorporating more of my higher self into my lower bodies.

It is a process and it will never end as I am never satisfied with lingering too long on a plateau, but have also learned to pace myself. Too much light and you can burn out the sensitive mechanisms of your body. Exercise, rest, Epsom salt baths, fresh food, pure water and fresh air are essential ingredients to spiritual development.

Not everyone is going to understand or agree with the messages that are presented, whether by me or other scribes and mediums. That is the way of the world, which so often outright rejects those who exist outside the “norm”.

Yes, channeling is not exactly mainline, but it will become more so as more people awake to their innate telepathic abilities. Then we will be able to communicate through feeling and symbols rather than words and no lies or deception will be possible.
