We are now Fifth Dimensional. That means we have the potential of becoming the Collective Consciousness. That means we can tune in to and become any of the infinite parallel versions of our selves. These versions come from the infinite possibilities that all of our Souls, Over Souls and Families in the Galactic, Universal and Cosmic realms have already experienced. We can walk into the Parallel Reality of anything that we can imagine. We just have to learn how to do that.
The Cosmic Mystery School of the Omniverse is the place that is now available to find those teachings. Those who become members of the MASTER's GROUP will learn the skills that are only taught in Mystery Schools.
Walking into a candle or walking into a mirror is the same formula that we use to translate our bodies into anti-particle, etheric spiritual blue bodies. This is the future self parallel reality that one must step into before manifestation can begin.
When we walk into the candle or into a mirror, we are walking into the full spectrum of light or the entire rainbow prism. We actually disappear into the rainbow prism and then reappear as a blue body.
The rainbow prism is coming from intense electrical field like a MAGNETIC MIRROR which is a device used in thermo nuclear processes that in the mirror.
That nuclear process is actually contained within the intense dark field within the mirror.
That same mirror effect exists within the brain. We are supposed to be able to walk all the way through the mirror and see ourselves on the other side.
By practicing this walk through the mirror we are adjusting our brains. We are reversing the way our mind works. We are training our minds to see the other side of reality--the quantum field that we think of as invisible. But it is not invisible. We have just had our brains turned off so that we can't see the rest of reality.
We have forgotten how to manifest the reality that we desire through our mid brain. We are preparing for our grand manifesting by practicing with the mirror.
By using the mirror, we can learn to FEEL the anti-matter substance that is within it. We can feel how it makes our bodies translate. We can perceive how it allows us to see into a reality that we didn't know was there.
We can actually come face to face with anti matter.
OUR MANIFESTATIONS become Manifest in the Hertizian because that is what tangible reality is to us in this world.
Once we learn to see the back of the candle arising as the blue candle or blue sphere, and we perceive the anti matter within the mirror, we can manifest the same relationship in our photo negative mid brain through the activity of seeing the back of a card through the eyes of our parallel self who is on the other side of the mirror. We can look at the card and the back of the card will arise behind it just as the back or anti particle self of the candle rose behind the candle.
We must train the brain to facilitate antimatter. This is how we learn to see our parallel spiritual reality. This is what allows us to enter into the fifth dimension of our collective consciousness.
We have a big gap missing from reality because our mid brain hasn't been used correctly in our life time.
The mirror give us back the part of the mid brain that we are missing. We are learning how to reverse our DNA into the subharmonics that create the 12 DNA reality.
Working with the anti particle spiritual reality allows us to bring all of those forms into tangible realities in the hertzian visible manifest realm.
By walking into the mirror we turn on the extraordinary window in the brain that is the infra red psychic brain. This thermo nuclear processes that we go through when we walk into the mirror is described perfectly here as the same thing that goes on in the Sun's interior.

Metatronic Frequency Report: 1/15/14 - Second In-breath Phase Begins & Message from Spirit by Essence Ka tha’ras
Today is a 5 Frequency day with a 55 Sub-influence Frequency. We also have the influence of a 77 Minor and a 777 Passive Potential, along with a 7-11 frequency combination embedded into today.
Remember, today is the first In-breath day for the second In-breath phase of our Cosmic Meditation this month. I want to start with sharing something. The first time I sat on my porch writing about this frequency combination, back in September of 2013, Crow flew in with a message.
Amazingly enough, as I sat on my porch this time writing about this 5-55 combination Crow flew in again with a message relevant to the work of the Cosmic Meditation we are currently doing. I will share it in just a bit.

77 - I AM the Divinely Inspired Synthesis of Spiritual Intuition and Physical Intelligence

***** We are going to take a look at the more subtle frequencies in play here today first; the 77 and the 777 frequencies and the 7-11 frequency embed.
These frequencies are part of the frequency pattern for the year of 2014. So although they are affecting today’s overall energy they are really more about bringing into our awareness the baseline frequency for this year.
We have already had several days this year with these frequencies in play, and will continue to see them is subtle fashion quite often for the next several months, indeed all year long.
Right now their recurring appearance is for our benefit to help us assimilate into the 7-77-777 Frequency with a 7-11 embed that is 2014’s main overall frequencies.
The frequency of 77 is about Creative Thought and Expanding our Perspective and our Reality. It is the frequency where the melding of our spiritual intuitive abilities with, and into a cohesive form with our physical intellect begins and transpires.
Within this frequency the Spark of the Divine Rational Mind that has lain dormant in the 5 frequency has its first initial igniting.
The energy bandwidth of the 777 Frequency is where, through the use of Sacred Alchemical processes, we begin working within the Multi-dimensional realms of reality in a much more mentally expanded way, and learn to bring together, blend and merge, the Technological, the Biological and the Spiritual aspects of Self and all their dimensions.
This frequency and the information it contains, and what is capable of being created within it are amazing to say the least.
As we get deeper into this year we will be working with it more and more and going every deeper into it influence: So be ready!
***** The 7-11 Frequency combination is very powerful and lends assistance in going beyond the surface in looking at Self.
It can be a difficult energy for many; for if they are not comfortable with Self and their Spirituality and Spiritual beliefs, and are still not ready to be Responsible for their own Spiritual growth, this energy can be stressful and unpleasant.
This Frequency combination leaves no room for NOT taking seriously your Individual Responsibility for your own Spiritual Growth.
Just as a Saturn Return in you Natal Astrological Chart forces you to take a long hard look at Self and demands you examine your life and your belief system, so too does this Frequency combination push you beyond your comfort zone in what you consider your individual Responsibility for Self, especially as it pertains to your individual responsibility to being of assistance to the Awakening Journey of the Collective Consciousness of Humanity.
This 7-11 Frequency combination disallows the ability to any longer ignore the Truth of our Reality and your portion of the Responsibility for creating it.
Much of what we are seeing play out on the world stage associated with corruption being brought to light is because of this frequency combination’s effects. Believe me, we will see much, much more as this year progresses.

***** The 5 Frequency is about Change, Adventure and Action. Here within this frequency lies the energy of the Visionary, the one who can see the bigger picture.
Here lies the energy of the Constructive Use of Freedom and the Right Use of Free Will.
The energy of the 5 Frequency loves change and is always looking for the next great adventure into the unknown; an occurrence that once experienced will change your perspective of reality forever.
The 55 Frequency is the frequency bandwidth of the Individualized Awareness of the Higher Self. Here the spark of the Divine Heart that lies dormant in the 1 Frequency is ignited.
In this initial igniting, the awareness of the Higher Self is made evident to the individual and communication with the Higher Self becomes more lucid and coherent.
When the connection to the Higher Self is accomplished and a clear communications link is established, then the understanding of Divine Will begins to transpire.
Divine Will is spoken of by the Higher Self, for the Higher Self of each individual self sees the larger perspective of our reality from a much expanded view and is capable of placing the needs of the Collective Consciousness above the needs and desires of self.
On a personal level the energies of today are showing you, and saying to you, that yourHigher Self, your True Spiritual Nature, if you will, is calling you.
The message today is that it is time for Change in your life, time to connect to, and begin earnestly listening to that part of you that knows there is more to this reality than can be seen by the physical eyes; this is your Higher Self speaking to you. Your Higher Self is asking you to begin viewing your life through your Spiritual eyes; to begin listening to your inner voice and KNOW your reality is much more than you currently believe it to be.
If you are one who has a fear of change, today’s energy will support you in taking the first step to the changes in your life you would love to make, but have never had the courage to attempt.
Today’s frequency is all about being Adventurous and taking the next step in changing your life into something more in line with what your heart desires.
This is the day to take that leap of faith and step out and do what you have always wanted to do, but never have. Today, fully step into this Multi-level 5 energy. Be Adventurous and take the steps that will expand and Change your reality forever.
***** For those participating in the 22 day Cosmic Meditation of the Initial Healing of the Masculine Portion of the Collective Consciousness’ Psyche, today is the first In-breath day for the second In-breath phase of our Cosmic Meditation.
Also remember we are still passing through the debris tail of Comet ISON, so the push for the continued expansion of the Heart Chakra for the Collective Consciousness is still very strong.
Today we begin again, with the inward focus on bringing the energy of the 99 Frequency ofUniversal Love and Divine Grace into our Individual Energy Matryx Grids, allowing it to permeate every fractal particle of our Consciousness.
This In-breath phase will be even more intense than the first one was, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself wanting to secret away and spend more time than usually to yourself.
Allow yourself some extra quite time if possible, and know it is alright if you are not in a talkative mood for the next four days.

Cosmic Meditation Focus: 1/15/14 Our focus today is on creating and holding a space where all can open to the Voice of their Higher Self by Expanding their Heart Chakra Center and thus view an expanded perspective of our Collective Reality.
Today within our Personal, Collective and Multi-dimensional bodies we create and hold a space of Welcome and Safety for all those who are desirous of change, and want to take action to make that change, yet are still intimidated and fearful of doing so.

Focus on Gaia’s Heart Space in Glastonbury ~ experiences, updates and a personal channeled message for 2014 ~ By Méline Lafont
Well here we are in the new year and already much is expanding and changing in our own personal reality and on the planet.
Beautiful! I have decided to concentrate and to work more with the chakras of Earth, with the vortexes and the portals in the grid on our beloved Planet as this is the guidance I have received and been called to do in this Now. So off we go!
What I will be working on and with at this time will specifically be the Heart Chakra of Gaia in Glastonbury Tor. I’ve been called to go there twice now and it becomes clearer every time as to why this is so.
Gaia needs us right now to help this planetary shift move on in the most comfortable ways possible for Her and for Humanity, and as Saint Germain has said in his latest message through me, Ascension is moving forward and it is up to Humanity as to which way they will decide to take and which they will leave aside.
So that is why it is important to now focus on Her Heart space and on ours, to connect those even more with one another and with Hers, to allow the shift to continue in a space of Unity and freedom with ourselves and with our bodies along with it.
As you know the heart space IS the portal of Ascension, this applies to you and to Gaia. Unifying those portals and gateways of Ascension collectively and individually amplifies everything that is already unfolding in the Now and what is unfolding is that Gaia is detaching more and more from Her old Grid and being in the New grid of unity and Divine Love.
Actually Gaia is already “there” and she is taking each and everyone with her that match those vibrations. What I have felt and seen at the Tor is that a lot of darker energies have been transmuted and more purity, Love and Violet were seen in that Heart space through my third eye.
A joyful feeling and relief came over me very strongly as in the space of 1 month, I felt a huge difference already and that is a positive thing!
With a few of my close friends and my mom, we have been doing some ground – and energetic work on the Tor, each in their own way of being and we all felt so loaded of beautiful energies as if we were charged again and ready to continue.
What happened there was very different for all of us but it surely shifted something in ourselves and as well as for Gaia. For me personally, Light Language was instantly activated as I began to chant some tones while doing my meditation there.
Again I had no idea what to do and it was led by my Higher Self to just speak out some words and tones that came through.
So I did and my entire heart space just started to glow and expand so much! Beyond words, such beautiful feeling! I anchored the violet Flame, my essence, and saw Gaia’s Heart blossoming more into that Light.
She feels very much alive and active to me and there is a sense of freedom and relief in Her.
At one point I got the message to immediately go inside of the Tor, so I grabbed my crystals and went inside to sit there. The minute I placed one foot inside of the Tor all of a sudden it started to rain heavily and fierce winds roared very hard. I nudged and smiled.
Stonehenge on the other hand is not the same anymore and it even felt “dead” and drained to me till the last drop used or some kind of feeling.
Till this point I have no idea of what is going on there or why this is the case but I and my friends just felt nothing there anymore while before during the Solstice a little bit was still present.
I am definitely going to tune in more and see if I can get some clarity about that.
We went to Avebury as well where I could create a beautiful connection to the stones. I took my integrated energies of Stonehenge and the Tor with me and grounded those there while touching one of the stones.
A beautiful response came up where I could see that particular stone light up, I saw energies and light moving through the ground to all of the other stones as they are inner connected and they too started to light up one by one.
My feet started to burn and a beautiful exchange was given! We asked how long they had to serve as “stones” and the answer from them was that they will be in this existence until the end of time, when time does not exist anymore.
So I replied with the question if they have to stay n this form to serve the duality and matrix of the 3th and 4th Dimension, whereas they replied that they were not aware of what a matrix was as they do not live in a matrix of time. Makes sense to me.
There you got your answer! LOL
Anyway, this all brought me to the next insight and that is to organize a weekly meditation in the course of one month where we all put our focus and intent on love and on the violet flame on that particular vortex and Heart space of the Earth.
Glastonbury Tor and the land of Avalon that are under the reign of Lady Guinevere. Let us bring our energies and intentions of Love and purification there and connect with Her heart space, help to activate the Divine Feminine there along with our Higher Selves.
This video format that I will be sharing along with the dates and time frames for all around the world (in the next days), is channeled information and is a guided meditation that assists us with the visualization and focus of ourselves and Love in this beautiful connection with that beautiful Heart space and place of Gaia.
Every time we do a meditation to focus on that particular area, use this channeled guided meditation as it consists of Light language and a guided message/ focus.
If you have crystals, please do use them along in this meditation, preferable the amethyst or rose quartz. Let’s now focus on this area of the world if you wish to.

Here is a short message from my Higher Self about the year 2014, that I have shared in the Radio show “Raising Vibrations” with Paige Hall-Ferraro.
2014 is the year where all that you wish to change, to manifest and to create, will be addressed in more effective ways. Clarity, expansion, radiating and glowing Lightbodies will start to activate more within, bringing forth a whole new consciousness of being and of serving this Planetary Ascension.
More portals will be opened and will be in line with other portals forming a strong grid of crystallized Light. Lightworkers are invited to work more with those and initiate themselves through the portals and vortexes on Earth as well as in the space near the Earth. All is amplifying for sure and great gifts are upon us.
Those who are into their hearts will encounter deeper knowledge and understanding in themselves and opportunities will be brought to encounter other Star Galaxies and Nations of the Light, as their hearts will be in alignment with one another on inner levels, Beautiful prospects are there to be seen, embraced and accepted. Greetings beloved ones, we are the Nephilim and we come to guide and to support at a time where many of you are now moving in frequency and are able to anchor the LOVE that IS to new levels of your BEing.
We are here to help you anchor this and to further re-code the energy signatures of our children who have taken human form upon and within planet earth at this time.
We wish to work to help remove the last of the blind folds for our children, so that they may now SEE EACH OTHER in TRUTH and allow the shackles of the old 3d earth paradigms to fully dissolve from around, within and through them.
Aeons of energy work beloved ones, aeons of experience in order to reach this moment of clarity and we congratulate you on your journey for we understand the journey and now YOU understand the journey and now ALL IS REVEALED in TRUTH.
We place the coding of 333 within the HEART space, we place the SEAL of SOLOMON within the HEART space and we send out the WHITE DOVE OF PEACE to all upon and within planet earth.
The New Earth is now REBORN in TRUTH, it will sing as ALL sing and we ask for you to allow your note to join with the MUSIC OF THE SPHERES in order that you may now ANKHOR harmony with your human vehicle at a conscious waking mind level in TRUTH.
We walk the earth beloved ones, a species that has never left the planet and yet many are allowing SELF to be blinded to TRUTH as to the origins of the human race.
The human race will now be shown TRUTH to new levels and those who are here to work with us in TRUTH will now be moved fully into place.
The lower dimensional frequencies now no longer pulling at the other realities in which many reside, ALL realities will now begin to align and to unfold in TRUTH and we ask for you to process our words through your HEART space for the human logical mind may try to filter out our words and our guidance.
ALL now prepare for the New Earth in TRUTH upon and within this planet, that which has been hidden in plain view easily seen by those with eyes to see and ears to hear.
The changes that now unfold upon and within the human race CREATED from within the human race, a race that has seen much trauma and pain forced upon them will now walk in the LIGHT of TRUTH.
We ask for our children to ANKHOR the LOVE that IS to new levels, to allow the visions to unfold, to allow the knowledge that sits at SOUL level to be shared with the human race and to be ANKHORED at human waking mind level.
Those who are your gods will now be revealed in TRUTH and we walk with you into the New Earth so that you may now understand that we have ALWAYS walked with you in TRUTH.
Those who walk with us in dreamtime will now be placed in the created reality of their choosing, for all is choice beloved ones and those who walk in the form of our children will now LIVE TRUTH in order to SHOW TRUTH, for TRUTH JUST IS and YOU ARE.
We are the Nephilim, the creators of the human race in TRUTH who now claim back the human race in TRUTH, for freedom is the birthright of ALL sentient BEings in the UNIVERSE of 3 and beyond.
