The Pleiadians We greet you our beloved ones, we are the Pleiadians. It is our wish to communicate with you on a deeper level about telepathic communication and teleportation, because these are gifts that are about to be integrated and even executed in your world reality from the inner planes.
These gifts and abilities are brought forth from the re-balance and the equilibrium state of being which you have increasingly amplified thanks to the integration of your Christ Consciousness and presently also thanks to the ongoing process of the I AM Presence descending.
This all is the result of your Christ consciousness moving into a deeper level of understanding and of the execution of this all in your reality.
The I AM Presence re-blending is a necessary part of your deeper integration of Self that will assist in your teleportation gifts as the heart and the One have to be in balance, where the balance comes forth from your integration and re-blending process of your I AM.
This is, beloved ones, because you are becoming and expanding more of You, the You in truth and balance which is expanding and growing at a rather fast pace in your Earthly linear times.
As you have come to notice, the linear time that you have known for so long is fading as we speak. Many of you find yourselves quite often in different Dimensions at the same now moment of your time which can bring much confusion for some.
Prepare for this to become even more frequent on a conscious level as you will find yourselves growing into the expansion of your True I AM Presence which is at the frequency vibration of an infinite Now moment that does not stand on its own in one time frame or time-line but simultaneously in many other spaces of times and Dimensions.
Because you are becoming more conscious of this all and are able to cope with this all in a better way than before, this all brings you the opportunities and possibilities to start conscious travels all around the world and even in deep space.
Encounters on such levels with other beings on the planet as well as in other Dimensions, such as ours, become your reality now as we start to vibrate all along on one vibration where this all is possible.
We call it the infinite now moment where all and everything reside in one consciousness state and level of understanding and where this interaction is possible in your reality.
Be the calm and stillness you can BE in your conscious state for it can become weird and unreal in your minds to be able and grasp this all.
We advise you to not go along with the consciousness of putting efforts to grasp all and everything what your mind translates as weird or unreal, for everything IS real in the heart.
More times and possibilities will be presented to you and by you to interact consciously with us, you have been in a long preparation for our interactions in a conscious way, that is now in the offing for you to reach.
Please do understand that time is a weird and unreal concept in your reality that always has put limitations and boundaries upon your planet and your reality, and now that you have become the consciousness and awareness that time does have set your boundaries to become your reality, it dissolves, it fades away and the unlimited comes forth, the abundance and freedom of your being in awareness and consciousness.
The transportations of yourself, which translates itself in the term ‘teleportation’, has become a frequency level for you to tap into and to become.
The only thing that is required to do is to reach for it in consciousness, through the purity of your heart.
When you become a pure consciousness in embodiment you can take your embodiment with you at any time and place, but that one lingers than in a perfect pure conscious state of being IN embodiment.
We address you in this now about this subject as it will become very important upon this plane as a new existence will rage up and bring this all forth.
Teleportation is the new consciousness awareness upon you all, you who are in the heart and can execute total detachment from all that is mind related and of the “old” which is the consciousness rate of this duality.
We do not speak of detachment being not compassionate about others or about separation, what we do speak of is the unity consciousness where one becomes and IS the All within and where the need for duality dramas and such reflections is being dissolved and no longer needed to be experienced as you will know that all is within anyway, no matter what reflection is upon you, the answer and source is found within.
We are becoming more and more you in the unity consciousness of your human awareness and HUEmanity is at the stage of conscious interactions with our Galactic signatures and being, this on a most deep level of your OWN being in the heart, but may as well be experienced in an outer form in your reality as a reflection of your own You.
We mirror you as we ARE you in a future time-line as you may call it, and now that those time-lines and Dimensions are actively re-blending as one, something you can feel and experience very vividly now, we will no longer represent you in the future but become one with you in your own reality of NOW which enables you to experience this more on a conscious and vivid way simultaneously.

For many of you the turn of the year (to use a linear context) may have seen you APPEAR to move into an energetic structure that has taken you aback and perhaps been a challenge to work with at times.
Unlike the linear year of 2013 the energetic structure of the NOW is much, much higher. As the human vehicle begins to move through the transition process (more info on www.whisperinguniverse.net) it becomes an easier process to work with the higher dimensional frequencies.
What can block this process is the human logical mind and its requirement to continually find a reference point for “where” you are in your life journey. For the human logical mind was TAUGHT to reference a linear context at all times.
This is not supported in the New Earth for “linear” is not TRUTH so there are NO reference points in the New Earth. I have blogged about this in previous blogs and it is a requirement of the New Earth that you move into flow in order to work at the higher dimensional levels of reality.
Many of you at this time may be wondering just when this process will end or when your outer waking life will begin to make sense and this again is a construct of the human logical mind.
YOU are not here to place your human life experience in chronological order and keep within boundaries, you have come here to experience life on this planet.
You have been kept caged albeit in a frequency so the bars of the cage cannot be seen but this does not negate the process that you have ENDURED.
Many of you at this time are FEELing lost for you have been TAUGHT to hand over your life experience to the old 3d earth in order for it to shape your experience.
As I have blogged frequently FREEDOM is only FREEDOM in TRUTH when you have ALL the choices and under the old 3d earth reality your choices were presented TO YOU.
The new higher dimensional frequencies do not sit well with the old 3d earth frequencies, you may feel a variety of symptoms at this moment, the need for sleep may be beyond anything you have so far experienced in this life time, for some of you it may not be unusual to sleep for 20 hours out of a 24 hour period or perhaps sleep through an entire “day”.
This is to help you break down linear and also to help you readjust to FLOW. For the 365 day, 24 hour cycles that you have been TAUGHT to place your human life experience within are not TRUTH.
Whilst you still reference these patterns you will rob yourself of the NOW moment and be giving your power away to the old 3d earth.
Many of you may trigger at my words, again going into defense of how to interact with a world that uses those very reference patterns and I would guide you to look at nature, nature does not need a reference point for anything, birds and animals have an inner guide just as you have an inner guide, they have never been TAUGHT linear unless they live in a household with a human and have adapted to their patterns.
In this case domestic animals may now be displaying various symptoms as they work to ankhor and to work with the higher dimensional energies.
The planet as a whole is now in the transition process and this will begin to shift and to move as ALL begin to shift and move in frequency.
Dense patterns which have kept you in containment will be worked with in a way that allows for them to break down and break up.
Many of these patterns are hidden in plain view, you will KNOW when they are being affected for you will be in deep anxiety and deep tension around them.
You may FEEL very on edge as if something is going to happen, you may FEEL huge irritation but be unable to place a reason for it and this may result in a very strange space indeed to be within.
Without FAITH and TRUST in the process you may be tempted to try to HOLD ON tightly to the very patterns that the New Earth is trying to help you dissolve.
Human BEings have been TAUGHT that they are creatures of habit and this is not TRUTH, it was a necessary teaching in order for you to accept the containment that was created within the old 3d earth paradigms.
The part of YOU that is beyond human and certainly the part that is now attempting to come into balance at a human conscious waking mind level craves FREEDOM for it KNOWs that what you have been TAUGHT is human life is but a PART of the human life experience.
Each person alive on this planet has their own internal guidance system, it is unique and this must be worked with and also ankhored, there is a tendency during the start of the transition process to try to stay within tight boundaries and to pull people to you who “share” the same views, this will only slow the process down, for YOUr movement through the transition process is unique and individual, you may walk alongside someone for a short while or walk with a group but ultimately this path is YOUrs and ONLY YOU can determine how far you walk along it and where you choose to route it through.
Many are ignoring this and are in deep chaos trying to remain within the old 3d earth paradigms of “groups”, “colleagues”, “family” etc.
This may manifest as a panic, a FEELing that YOUr life is somehow over and that YOU cannot relate to the world around you. In order to move fully into the New Earth you must first of all unplug yourself from the old 3d earth paradigms.
So deeply rooted into your cellular structure are these paradigms that the transition process starts off with what is akin to house clearing.
ALL must be removed in order for a new foundation to be put in place. You would not knock down an old house and leave the rubble and try to build the new house upon it and yet this is what many in human form are attempting to do.
TRUTH JUST IS, it cannot be viewed at human conscious waking mind level clearly at this moment for the residue of the old 3d earth lives on through a high proportion of the human race.
As this residue dissolves then TRUTH will be revealed to new levels. At the moment this may be causing huge confusion for there are old 3d earth teachings that seek to teach the New Earth will appear as a garden of eden and it seeks to teach that this will be instant.
It will be at the speed determined by YOUr SOUL for YOU are guiding the human you at all times. ALL JUST IS and YOU ARE.

Our many earthly associates are currently arresting those who have long stood as obstacles in the pathway of your global prosperity. These events are merely the beginning of other events that will bring you a most needed new governance. This new governance will be announced shortly. First there needs to be the release of funds, a global currency reset and the formal declaration of new regulations for the worldwide banking industry. These things, when coupled with the delivery of your prosperity funds, will signal the beginnings of a new system for safely handling your monies. The grand overseer, of course, is to be new governance. We have set up a special series of events that will soon lead to the demise of the present financial system that is run by a few big banks. These large banks in turn are actually the instruments of power for a few very powerful families. Our liaisons are in contact with various individuals that have access to financial resources and legal means that are now toppling this dark cabal.
What this implies for you is that a global struggle of very powerful men and women is altering the nature of how your numerous societies have been run for literally thousands of years. We possess in these alliances the means to transfer power. The last stand of this dark cabal is occurring in closed boardrooms and secret meetings that are going on across this globe. The last vestige of this struggle is a holding action by the dark cabal. Their embargo seeks to somehow prevent the manifesting of a true global currency reset tied in closely with a return to a new gold standard. This new financial system ends the stranglehold that was set up when the U.N. sponsored Dumbarton Oaks treaty was promulgated near the end of the Second World War. A new financial system that takes into account the new financial and monetary needs of your world is desperately required. This is what a grand coalition of the Light is now manifesting.
This new system sets the stage for new governance which will make a plethora of announcements that include a full disclosure of our existence and the galactic society of Agartha. We intend to use those announcements to establish the coming first contact and open up communications with Agartha and your Ascended Masters. This is a time for Spirit; a time for new ways. Hang on to your saddles for dear life for the next short while. - channeled by Ron Head
The Councils of Selves We continue. If you could see what is happening to so many others at this time, as we do, you would have a much clearer and more optimistic view of your circumstances than most of you do.
You see, clearly or not so clearly, your own progress. You know of what may be happening for friends and acquaintances, perhaps.
Even at that, your knowledge is limited to what you are told and your own interpretations of it.
We, however, see the entire tapestry of your collective. How could we not, since we, as we have been at pains to teach you, are deeply involved as participants in the entire process.
It is also important for you to begin to understand the fact that you are also completely involved. That is a large part of what you will begin to understand now with the lifting of the veil, the parting of the curtain.
We will paint for you now a quick picture, if you will, of a very important process which is currently going on for many. You have seen it mentioned here and in other places, but you may have given it less attention than it warrants.
In no way do we wish you to feel left out if the specific things we mention are not a part of your current experience. What we wish to do is alert you to watch your own inner selves and outer lives for like changes.
Some are receiving the activation of abilities which they did not know they would have.
Some are having meetings, in dream state or out, with beings other than those they thought possible. Some have sat in a moment of wonder upon realizing that certain things have ceased to ‘push their buttons’, as you say.
And some are able to understand that they are experiencing a merging with higher aspects of self. And there are many, many more things that we do not mention.
There are almost seven billion of you there, each one unique in make-up and purpose. We do not have that much space here.
So let us point out that, what you most need, to ready yourselves for what is to come next, is what you, and we, are bringing about for you now.
Some will not choose to receive it. But those who follow these types of message will be either kicking-and-screaming or sliding-and-laughing receivers.
You have so chosen and you will NOT be left behind. Now, it is time to surrender.
OH, you do not like that word. And we understand why that is. What we are asking you to do, however, is to let us have the reins for a bit and to hang on to your saddles for dear life for the next short while.
Consider it a carnival ride. Or, as your humorists would say, “Hold my beer and watch this!” This, dear ones, is going to be a fun year if you treat it that way.
Of course there are things to be straightened out which may not appear very pretty at the time, but keep your focus and all will be well.

Aligning with YOUr natural cycles and rhythms in the New Earth Author: Karen Doonan
Everything in the universe has a NATURAL rhythm and cycle, from the plants, to the trees to the animals, all is in HARMONY.
Many of you may be more than aware of the NATURAL MUSIC OF CREATION, that is the symphony that ALL create within, around and through and which is interwoven with the very fabric of the universe which is the frequency of the LOVE that IS in TRUTH.
If you take a look at life on planet earth you will see CREATED cycles and rhythms, from the rounding up of numbers in everyday life to the creation of months, years etc, all is DESIGNED to take you OUT of the natural flow and rhythm of the universe.
At this moment upon and within planet earth the New Earth frequencies are at work breaking down the old 3d earth lower dimensional frequencies, this may appear in various different manifestations within your human life experience. For many of you the need for sleep is uppermost and this is for processing of the various LIGHT CODES and to help you adjust to life in a multi dimensional space.
It is also to help you adjust to YOUr natural rhythms and cycles. It is perhaps easier to look at the natural cycles and rhythms that occur and that are honoured within the human race, albeit they are rarely fully honoured completely. There is a natural sleep cycle that YOUr human vehicle works with, however you have been trained to ignore this and to work to have “8 hours” sleep before then beginning your working day.
During the day you are pushed to keep going, filling up your day and then retiring at night to have your “8 hours of sleep”. Each individual human vehicle is UNIQUE therefore the average of “8 hours” sleep is not TRUTH, some of you may be well beyond 8 hours, some of you may actually at this moment love to enjoy 8 hours sleep! ALL is in flux for a reason.
The more out of sync you are with your NATURAL cycles and rhythms then the more unease you will be experiencing as this process unfolds.
I will be addressing the whole NATURAL rhythm and cycle on the main Crystalline Sanctuary website where I will place indepth information that is beyond the scope of this blog.
EVERYTHING is not as it appears to the naked human eye, these cycles and rhythms are individual but also collective, as ALL ARE ONE, ALL are connected so ALL interact with ALL.
The human logical mind has been TAUGHT to accept the CREATED cycles and rhythms of the old 3d earth paradigms. These have worked over aeons to create a very distorted patterning which has disrupted the connections to the SOUL and connections to ALL.
It is not TRUTH for example to stick to a rigid 24 hour pattern, as this is a created construct. For many of you at this moment the ability to let go is being hampered by the “need” of the old 3d earth to keep you to these rigid patterns.
In fact for many of you moving in the old 3d earth at this moment may be akin to walking through treacle, the more you interact with the old 3d earth the more confusion then arises which feeds anxiety and frustration.
There comes a point in the transition process where you must make a CONSCIOUS choice as to which world to walk in, it is akin to having a foot on the shore and the other in a boat that is moving away from you.
For many of you this choice may now be upon you, to those of you faced with this choice I would guide you into the HEART space for the old 3d earth will try to teach you that you will be lost aboard that boat with no navigation and no help.
This is NOT TRUTH, having had to dissolve and walk the path that many of you now find yourself upon I am living proof if you will that there IS life beyond the old 3d earth.
Far from having no direction the NATURAL flow of direction and purpose illuminates when you dissolve the CREATED cycles that are hiding these natural pathways.
I can work within the old 3d earth if I have to, I can arrange to meet people at certain times and certain places using THEIR reference points when I need to.
Many of you are in confusion of how to interact with a world that seems so real and so solid not realising that YOU have a choice.
When you wish or have to interact (to keep appointments for example) you can, being aware of the distortions means you can CHOOSE to remain in balance and not interact with them, you are working then multi dimensionally, that is experiencing more than one reality in one moment.
I CHOOSE to remain out with the old 3d earth paradigms and I choose to live in the natural flow of the universe but I can go back into and work within the old 3d earth paradigms when I need to, however in order to do this you need to be consciously aware of the trigger points that may arise in others when you do this.
This is not about persuading all around you to be something that you think they must be, this is about aligning self with SELF.
This is YOUr choice at all times. If you are reading this blog and defending yourself to SELF with the phrase “thats ok for her but I HAVE TO” then you are running a teaching that is blinding you to choice.
There is no “HAVE TO” that is a construct created by the lower dimensonal frequencies in order to trigger fear and anxiety within you. In TRUTH you do not realise how much you can create and BE until you take steps to try to manifest it.
The UNIVERSE OF 3 is a SUPPORTIVE structure and is working with your SOUL at all times to SHOW TRUTH. Many of you trying to dissolve the linear concept are allowing the teachings of “time” to distort your natural flow.
There is a natural cycle of ebb and flow like the tides that run through, around and within the human vehicle. Becoming more consciously aware of these rhythms and cycles will allow you to work WITH the universe and not against it.
There is a moment where FULL FLOW is more appropriate than holding back for example. This is NOT measured in days, weeks and months, this is measured from WITHIN by FEELing.
You will begin to come into balance and harmony by letting go and becoming more consciously aware of the patterns the UNIVERSE is trying to show you.
I would guide you to disconnect from the calendars and tools that seek to re-inforce the CREATED distorted patterns. If you think you cannot live without your diary or some form of reference to where you need to be then you have a lot of work to do!
Lets take a scenario where you are driving in your car and you think that you are lost. Many of you may have had this lesson from the universe already.
This works with SAT NAV, for those of you who rely solely on SAT NAV I would guide you to play with switching it off and following your inner knowing, do this even once and you will see how well you CAN navigate.
There is natural inbuilt sat nav and it sits at SOUL level. I have found myself many times travelling from one place to another and taking a “wrong” turning, sometimes when using a SAT NAV the actual device decides to update or switch itself off.
This has happened so many times that I get the hint from the universe and now rely solely on how I FEEL. When you step out of fear (oh my god I am lost and have no idea where I am etc) and move into TRUST you will find that you get to your destination, perhaps a different route but one that gets you there.
Often in human life we are allowing ourselves to be programmed into ONE WAY. There are millions of ways to reach any one destination. On a recent journey I was travelling with a friend, having explained to her what happens to me when I am out and about she laughed and told me that I was imagining it.
So we set off to Glasgow, except we didnt arrive in Glasgow, we arrived in Edinburgh. When we reached Perth (half way point) I told her that I FELT we were not going straight to Glasgow but had at that point no idea where the route would take us.
My friend sitting in the passenger seat asked me where all the road signs had disappeared to when we arrived at the FORTH ROAD BRIDGE leading to Edinburgh.
She was in complete shock stating to me that she saw no signs at all for Glasgow and I smiled and told her this is what happens to me when I need to be somewhere else.
We did eventually arrive in Glasgow via a route we would not have “normally” taken and having various interactions and connections that we would not have been able to make had we taken the “original” route.
”Driving” is just one example and relates at all times to your human vehicle. If you have found yourself making detours or having problems with your car or journeys then the universe is asking you to view how you DRIVE YOUR HUMAN VEHICLE.
Are you on autopilot? do you rely too much on an external sat nav device? Do you take any notice of the scenery around you? do you tend to use ONE ROUTE only and never deviate from it?
The rhythms and cycles are to be found in EXPERIENCING life not observing it and the old 3d earth will have you OBSERVE at all times and try to teach you to detach from the experience.
Many of you at this time have your focus on a destination without realising that the journey to the destination is found by aligning with the NATURAL cycles/rhythms that YOUr SOUL is trying to show you.
Letting go of what you have been TAUGHT and remembering how to TRUST and have FAITH in SELF will see you travel this journey in BALANCE and HARMONY.

Re-blogged from Soul Talk on Jan.22, 2014 During this ascension process we often experience overwhelming physical, mental and emotional symptoms. Over the years we have learned and by now know that, all is temporary.
The symptoms are coming and going as we are releasing old energies from our bodies and replacing them with high vibrational energies.
Nevertheless when we feel empty within, that is one of the most confusing state for us to be in. We feel as if nothing matters any longer. We don’t feel connected to basically anything.
Everything that’s been exiting in our lives and we have felt passionate about it, is seemingly gone. We view our previous experiences in a very different light as we feel far and distant from it all.
Many people simply label it as depression and because in their mind they have a name for the feeling, that’s enough reason for them to dismiss the experience, after all depression is a common and well known thing/word.
But in truth, when we feel empty within, we are going through significant restructuring and transformation on the emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
If we choose to pay attention to our emotions, thoughts and beliefs during the time of emptiness then we are consciously participating in our transformation period.
We can understand and follow our process of letting go of old feelings, old way of thinking and old, overrated notions.
And that is the effect of the infinite incoming high vibe energies. When ever we are releasing our low vibrational experiences from the past, we are open to fill that temporarily ‘empty space’ within us with universal energies instantly.
We are simply exchanging energies and by recognising that, it can help with the process. A few days ago I was talking with a friend of mine. She is a new mum with a 3 months old baby.
She is also a star seed who gave birth to a high vibrational child, filled with golden light energy.
Recently she went through a deep emotional transformation what was necessary for her in order to shift closer to the vibration of her baby.
She needed to release old, worrisome emotions from within, because those energies were interfering with her transforming frequency.
As all star seeds are, my friend is a high vibrational being, nevertheless she is just like all of us, had been effected by low vibrational emotional experiences throughout her life on Earth.
But she has started a new experience with a golden child, therefore it was essential to let go of old energies and shift to a new level.
By releasing old emotions, she made it possible for herself and the baby to have an incredible new experience that is not effected by or based on any old emotions/energies.
She gained clarity during our talk, and as always, a clear understanding of the process is helpful in times of emotional confusion.
When we are feeling empty, we can choose to stay within that deep emotional nothingness or we can shift our focus and change the experience.
The fact is, when we are in that haze of nothingness and feeling detached from everything, we actually have the opportunity to begin sensing the new that comes with the restructuring.
The new higher truth, the new higher emotions are already present during our transformation period and by focusing on them, we can alter the state of confusion thereby changing the experience.
This ascension process is challenging and pushing our illusionary limits constantly, however we also have the possibility to make it easier for ourselves by consciously choosing the focus of our attention. Love,

The EYE of the STORM and finding balance in TRUTH Author: Karen Doonan
The energies of the New Earth are now expanding and growing, for many of you this may see a strange landscape begin to unfold around you, through you and within you for the outer waking reality of the human race will APPEAR to look the same.
So when you wake in the morning your house will look the same, your car will look the same etc, what HAS changed is your frequency and vibration and many of you may be in turmoil with this.
For you will FEEL a change but there may be no apparent reason for how you FEEL. This confuses the human logical mind that then attempts to try to place a “reason” on how you FEEL or may try to prompt you into “action”.
This again may FEEL very unsettling for the old 3d earth TAUGHT action at all times. This is perhaps more challenging for those of you who are in human male form.
The human male upon and within planet earth being taught over and over that “his role” is to “do”. The frustration and anxiety that then sets in when there is “nothing to do” can be immense and must be detached from.
Being in FLOW is allowing the FEELing to flow as you will find it begins to change as you move through your “day”. It is also to be remembered that YOU disconnect from human consciousness upon sleeping but you RE-CONNECT with it upon waking.
So for many of you the few moments as you awake may be the most disorientating for the human consciousness pool that you are re-connecting to is NOT the same frequency as the one that you disconnected from.
Work continues from moment to moment at ALL times upon and within planet earth and the frequency of Mother Earth and the human race is therefore changing moment to moment.
It is the SURGE and INTENSITY of these frequency changes that are driving the “storm” of change and may take you aback.
Personally when I wake up I take a few moments to try to find balance and to centre before doing anything else. To leap out of bed (for those of you who can still leap!) without a thought will blindside you especially over the coming few linear days.
YOU have control of your frequency at all times and this must be remembered at all times. The EYE of the storm is where it is most calm, all can be rushing around you but the calmness is in the CENTRE of the STORM, in respect of your human vehicle and human life experience the EYE of the STORM is the HEART space.
Whether this is you taking some time to spend alone and simply centering and placing a golden heart in your HEART space and holding intention to allow this gold heart to travel through your human vehicle, to taking focus to your breathing.
The BREATH is a key to the human vehicle, at times of stress the ability to breathe fully is often compromised with the breath being shallow and rapid.
DEEP breaths will help you to centre.
Sleep patterns may become very erratic over the coming linear days, it is to be remembered that during the transition process the human vehicle is changing from a carbon based structure to a CRYSTALLINE based structure and the needs therefore change.
Sleep may become akin to a meditation, you may be more consciously awake during your sleep, that is you may be aware your body is resting but you are conscious.
The human vehicle is still having rest and if you have to lie down and simply breathe deeply then so be it. If you choose to go into chaos with this then you will begin to create MORE chaos.
There are teachings within the old 3d earth paradigms in relation to sleep but these are highly distorted. Your human vehicle KNOWS what it needs, the challenge is always to step out of the way and honour the needs of the human vehicle without allowing the human logical mind to interfere.
The need for foodstuffs and water/liquid may also alter over the coming few days, you may feel very dehydrated, again drawing your attention to the CRYSTALLINE structure you are now transitioning into, this needs MORE hydration at certain times of intense energetic movement, be guided by how you FEEL and do not assume you need a certain liquid.
Personally I have begun to drink ever increasing amounts of pure fruit juice, this changes to be coconut water at times but the need for actual water has at this moment diminished.
Having said that at one point I was drinking up to 3 litres of water on top of fruit juice a day. It is vital to be in sync with that which your human vehicle asks for.
It is not a good idea at this time to anchor into Mother Earth, this may make little logical sense but the old 3d earth reality is now fully dissolving frequency wise, you do not wish to be anchoring into something that is in the process of dissolving.
There may be much disinformation around “grounding” during this time so please be guided by how you FEEL at all times. Be aware that anchoring yourself INTO something means that you are aligning fully with it and you will anchor it within the cellular structure of your human vehicle, you have a CHOICE at ALL times.
It is vital that you remain conscious of the choices that you are making as they are driving your human life experience at all times.
The ability to manifest is heightened within this STORM of change but ONLY TRUTH is supported, therefore things may appear to manifest then dissolve once more, to work with this simply FEEL each part of your manifestation and then re-adjust the parts that are not TRUTH, the old 3d earth will try to teach you at all times it is not possible to manifest that which is within the HEART space.
This is distortion for it may simply be one part of the manifestation is not in line with your SOUL, you would not stop building a house and demolish it if you had simply ordered the wrong size of windows for example, you would re-order the correct windows and carry on building your house.
The old 3d earth will AT ALL TIMES try to convince you that this is the end of the world, at some levels of course it is, it is the END OF OLD 3d EARTH REALITY, something that the 3d earth will try to convince you will be the end of your human life experience.
YOU did not incarnate onto this planet at this time in order to continue to bend to the threats of a CREATION that has no place in the UNIVERSE of 3, you came here to SHOW YOUrSELF at human conscious waking mind level who YOU ARE in TRUTH and the UNIVERSE of 3 and ALL support this at ALL times.

To be allowed into polite society you must believe certain Lies your Banker Occupied Government deems to be as adequate signs of your submission to their authority to control your thoughts.
The underlying Lie is that if you believe their lies No Harm will come to you and your family.
A famous example of lies the government told us was the assassination of President Kennedy. CBS newsman Dan Rather described the Zapruder film to his radio audience. He lied and said the film depicted the force of the bullet throwing the President’s head forward proving Oswald from behind JFK. We know that was a lie. The Zapruder film actually showed Kennedy being shot from the front.
I want to contrast the lies we were told about November 22, 1963 with the Underlying Lie that if you believe their lies they will not harm you and your family.
President Kennedy’s death allowed the Bankers to get America into the Vietnam War. A lot of Americans died there. But the Bankers used the war to spread drug addiction. Bankers make a lot of money laundering a trillion dollars a year in illegal drugs and weapons. 100,000 people a year worldwide die from drug overdoses. More than 80,000 Mexicans have been killed in their drug war. Many innocent Americans have died in the streets from our drug gang wars.
JFK also opposed Israel’s acquisition of nuclear weapons.
When Mordecai Vanunu was released from prison for telling the world that Israel had nuclear weapons, he said that Israel’s David Ben Gurion had President Kennedy killed because the President had insisted upon inspecting the Israeli nuclear facility at Dimona. 90 days after being denied access to Dimona, Jack Kennedy was assassinated.
In 1964 Israel and China exploded a nuclear bomb on Chinese territory. Years later Sam Cohen the inventor of the neutron bomb went to Israel. After he left, Israel had neutron bomb technology and China received it soon after.
Martin Luther King Jr wanted to go to Washington DC in the summer of 1968 to shut the town down until the war in Vietnam was ended. But the decision was made to stop all effective anti-war movements. The Bankers need and want wars. You cannot be allowed to have an anti-war movement that works.
On April 4, 1967 Martin Luther King made his now famous speech at the Riverside church against the Vietnam War and American imperialism. It was one year to the day later when he was assassinated in Memphis. William Pepper, who knew Dr. King, was asked by the Reverend Ralph Abernathy and the King family to represent James Earl Ray’s appeal. Pepper wrote the book, An Act of State, The Assassination of Martin Luther King Jr.
William Pepper discovered that there were two different assassination plots to kill Dr. King on April 4, 1968. One was from the 902nd Military Intelligence Group. And the second was from the mafia which had hired Loyd Jowers to kill Dr King. The 6 man army contingent consisted of two three man sniper teams. They had a second target, Vernon Jordan. On April 4th the snipers were waiting for Jordan to come into view when they heard a shot and saw King fall to the ground. Both teams thought that the other had taken a shot prematurely so both units left the area immediately. What they learned later, which was proven by Mr Pepper in a wrongful death civil suit, was that Loyd Jowers had fired the fatal shot. Pepper has the testimony of other army snipers of previous plans to kill King, but those attempts lacked the effort and the seriousness of the April 4th effort. I believe that April 4th was selected by two different imperialist entities to kill Martin Luther King precisely because they wanted to instil fear into those who would dare to oppose military oppression at home and abroad. Their April 4, 1968 message was that the penalty is death for effectively resisting Banker Occupied Government wars.
Robert F Kennedy was shot in the back on June 5, 1968 according to the coroner’s report. Sirhan was seen by more than a dozen witnesses in front of the man who had just won the California primary. Not one witness saw him behind the candidate. Sirhan does not remember what happened that night because he was obviously drugged and/or hypnotized. He was always seen in the company of a woman in a polka dot dress who helped him navigate the hotel. Sirhan was not behind Robert Kennedy. The news media ought to have asked just how he could have shot RFK five times in the back. The news media did not dare break the cover up.
We were told many lies about the killing of JFK, RFK and MLK Jr. The Underlying Lie was that allowing the Banker Occupied Government to kill our leaders would not harm us and our family. However, we can see that the arms race in the Mideast and the Vietnam War did harm many of us. But not enough people were harmed to endanger the Bankers and threaten their control of the government and of the news.
There were two egregious lies told about 911 mixed in with many smaller ones. The Banker Occupied Government wanted us to go to war destroying nations all over the Mideast who opposed Israel’s genocidal war against the Palestinians. Israel claims all land in the Mideast from the Nile to the Euphrates. That there are 300 million Gentiles already living there was of no concern to the Banker Occupied Government.
On 911 World Trade Center Tower 7 collapsed even though it was never struck by an airplane. You really have to be under advanced Mind Control to believe the lies Banker Occupied Government tells about Tower 7 just sort of collapsing. Another egregious lie was the Pentagon attack. There were no photos of any Arabs boarding Flight 77 which was alleged to have struck the Pentagon. The Armed Forces Institute of Pathology found zero traces of Arab DNA at the site.
On September 10, 2001 Donald Rumsfeld announced that he could not trace $2.3 trillion. We now know that $8.5 trillion dollars has gone missing from Defence spending since 1996.
Catherine Austin Fitts, the former managing partner at Dillon Read, said she once found one block in San Diego that had ten HUD backed mortgages for buildings that never existed. When Susan Gaffney, HUD’s Comptroller, testified before the Senate in 2000, she said that a total of 78 billion dollars had to be written off for the two previous years from her agency alone. When asked by a Senator what she did to recover any of these billions of dollars, she said she adjusted the books and did nothing more. Both she and the Senators knew that Wall Street has the divine right to steal billions of dollars from taxpayers each week. And we do not have the right to either prosecute or to even write about it in the mainstream press. Susan Gaffney was appointed by President Clinton.
There was a price to be paid for allowing the Banker Occupied Government to kill our leaders and blow up buildings with Americans inside from Oklahoma City to Washington to New York.
Letting the Banker Occupied Government get away with the many lies of 911“cost the US trillions of dollars “ and the world more than a million lives in the Mideast.
The Underlying Lie that no harm will come to you and your family is wearing a little thin.
The Lie was always some form of the belief that if I say nothing then they will never harm me. “They” can kill people by dropping bombs on unarmed civilians, but they will never harm me. “They” can force poor people in the United States or Africa or Latin America to sell their public utilities to the Bilderbergers, but they will never harm me. “They” can kill my President or my favorite political candidate or even the most noted civil rights leader in the United States, but they will never harm me. “They” can salt the earth with Depleted Uranium, but they will not harm me.
But 2014 might be the year when the dollar crashes and Americans can no longer even pretend the Banker Occupied Government will leave them alone.
You and your family will be the target of the wrath of the Bankers. When the dollar crashes, they will cut the value of your pay checks and pensions in half. 10 million Americans will starve to death. Every city in America will cease to function. And things will go downhill from there.
2014 could be the year “Americans can no longer even pretend that their Banker Occupied Government loves them”. Make Believe will come to an abrupt end. Americans will have to either learn to live in the Real World or Die.

There is only the ONE! You all know that, even if many of you have trouble accessing that knowledge, that deep inner knowing. God, our Father, the Source of all that exists and in which all is contained, just IS. And the Source is infinite, limitless, without boundaries – there is no beyond, there is only within, which has neither beginning nor end, it just IS, ALWAYS, EVERYWHERE. It is inevitable, unavoidable, constantly supportive of all that exists in loving acceptance, never judging, just embracing and enfolding in the eternal field of LOVE.There is absolutely nothing you need do or can do to be worthy, let alone more worthy in the sight of God. He created you perfect and obviously you could not possibly improve on that, therefore stop reasoning, puzzling, wondering, doubting, and generally trying to make yourselves acceptable to God, because He created you like unto Himself, infinitely and eternally acceptable. All that He creates is like unto Himself because all is within Him. Just open your hearts to receive the abundance of Love in which you are at all times enveloped and release the doubts, worries, and anxieties that you allow to plague you, and then, once more, know that you are eternally divinely loved and cared for.It is time to awaken from the dream, the nightmare, the illusion that has brought you so much unnecessary pain and suffering. You chose to undergo the experience of separation by building an imaginary state that excluded God. It could only be imaginary, unreal, because without God, truly separated from Him, there is nothing – no consciousness, no awareness, no life, no Love – and that is beyond all the bounds of possibility. You are all permanently safe and secured in the loving arms of your Father, and that is what unchangeable means.Love is eternal, unchangeable. Life is an aspect of Love, as is consciousness, as is awareness, as is wakefulness, the state to which you are returning. You never left it, but you did close your eyes and pretend to leave, and you are about to open them and discover that you are still just where you were when you closed them, at Home in the arms of your Father. The bliss of knowing who You are, who You truly are is about to eliminate forever the endless pain and suffering in which the illusion has seemingly enshrouded you for so many eons. You have collectively chosen to awaken and discard the illusion, and that is what is to happen – your awakening from the illusion, from the unreality in which you have apparently been immersed for eons is imminent!The brilliance of what awaits you is ineffable. Your emergence into the bright Light of Reality cannot be delayed any longer. You need to wake up from the dream into the awe-inspiring wonder of Reality, your true and only Home, otherwise known by humanity as: Heaven, Paradise, the Garden of Eden, Nirvana, Shambhala, and myriad other names. And, It is within You, always. To awaken is to uncover your real identity as One with Source, in a state of infinitely flowing peace and harmony, where individual wills are united with the One Will and recognize themselves as essential undifferentiated aspects of that One Will. And that recognition brings joy, utter and absolute joy, a knowing that surpasses all you have ever known, a wisdom beyond conceivability, and a peace that exalts and discloses an infinite possibility of creative opportunities with which you can engage. Think of all the arts available to man that add beauty and wonder to your environment; they are as nothing compared to the possibilities awaiting you when you awaken.Limitation is of the illusion, a state in which difficulty and impracticality appear to impede and hinder nearly all your creative ventures no matter how inspiring and desirable they may appear to be. Many of you do obtain satisfaction, sometimes amazing satisfaction, from overcoming difficulties, issues, problems, conflicts, and reversals as you strive to achieve the goals that others have set you, or that you have set for yourselves. But suppose that the energy you used in doing so could instead be put wholeheartedly into your creative and artistic concepts – can you imagine how much more fulfilling that would be?Striving and struggling have themselves become creative ventures for you, dimming your awareness of, your faint and distant memories of Reality. You greatly honor those who succeed, especially where many others have tried and failed – and that is kind, compassionate, and generous – but it is also raising pain, suffering, and desolation to the point of being the purpose of the exercise during which they were experienced. And much more attention tends to be focused on the suffering and indomitability that these determined ones have demonstrated rather than on what they have actually achieved.To wage war successfully these “virtues” must be encouraged and honored, as they have been for eons. But war itself is and never can be a success, as your worldly history demonstrates very clearly, time and time again.The illusion encourages suffering and pretends to reward it. But in truth those who are honored are quickly forgotten unless they continue to strive towards further achievements; and their rewards are very frequently severe bodily damage that further limits and restricts them as they tread their human life paths. And, as forgotten heroes, they find themselves with much time to reflect on the roles that they have played, frequently discovering that they had not been fully true to themselves even though they had done their utmost to please those who commanded or directed them, and had done their best to support and protect those “on their team or their side.” Some rise above this realization and learn to serve humanity, but many are overwhelmed with bitterness and an intense sense that their lives have been an unrelieved series of calamitous failures. This, of course, is not the case. Every human life, no matter how unconscionable and evil it may appear to have been has, in the long run, brought about essential changes in your thinking and in your beliefs.All your human cultures, races, philosophies, religions, and other organizations – political, business, or social – hold divisive beliefs and values which they then uphold, encourage, persuade, and indeed attempt to enforce upon you, demanding that you embrace attitudes and behaviors that “supposedly” are for the ultimate good of all. They are not, purely because they are divisive. You are all only too well aware of the maxim “divide and conquer,” and yet, when it is used for that specific purpose, no one seems to notice . . . until it is too late. It is an insidious form of betrayal that has been used time and time again on a basically unsuspecting or unaware majority by an unelected elite whose constant and unchanging intent is to maintain or increase their power over humanity.No more. Collectively you have chosen to awaken from the illusion, and that is terrifying those who would control you, hence the ever-increasing attempts to introduce more new laws to further restrict the rights of the individual (“divide and conquer”) in the interests of maintaining the security of the nation from terrorist attacks which, unless forcefully prevented, are about to destroy it. And fear has been so enthusiastically encouraged by all forms of advertising that many do feel threatened, unsafe, and would support almost any measure that is proclaimed to protect them from these intensely perceived but unreal threats.You are all sovereign beings created in Love for an eternity of ecstatic joy, and those who would continue to support and maintain the illusion are doing their utmost to prevent you from becoming aware of your changeless divine heritage and destiny. Go within, ask for help and for Love from those who are watching over you constantly in the spiritual realms, and then open yourselves to receive it. Release all your doubts and anxieties, they are totally without basis or foundation, because you are all divine beings whose awakening is assured.
