It is our delight to welcome you in our consciousness with an encouraging message enabling us to share a communication through this connection. With clarity in the current state of affairs unfolding on your world, we wish to bring you more information because of this clarity and also give you our point of view in these matters.
Due to the fact that many shifts are taking place presently in the collective of humanity and in your personal reality, a certain number of deeper and more obvious things will arise in your awareness and in your consciousness that, up until now, you were rather reluctant to cope with let alone take it for truth.
What we are referring to are the most natural abilities and the deeper insights which are nestling in your reality and which are making themselves known more powerfully.
For a long time those issues seemed to be a mere dream or an illusion and for you it was difficult to just consider that everything that has been shared through our messages and our means of connection would ever become manifest in this life, let alone in this reality!
It gradually dawns more and more in your current awareness that everything we talked about will definitely become your truth and your reality in the most subtle but nonetheless most powerful way. We advise you to welcome and accept these matters, to have an open mind about them and sweep all doubts aside whether they might just be fiction.
It has always been a difficult concept to grasp for the brain and for the human self to accept as your reality those super abilities and those seemingly unnatural developments of your own real Self. That's the reason why quite some time has elapsed in order to put this into practice and to grasp it through the human brain throughout this illusion, throughout this duality.
Step by step you arrive at the reflection that everything comes your way leading you to where you always worked so hard for to bring into manifestation and to prove to yourself what you are capable of in this reality and who your real Self truly is.
Now we have arrived at an auspicious time in which many of you will be able to make use of inner changes unfolding in the heart and in the pure lightcells of your incarnation in order to put the first actual steps in the development of, for instance, earthly travel through the gift of teleportation or the development of the gift of channeling of very high frequencies which will give rise to a revolution in this Earthly duality.
Activations in the brain are carried out extensively at present by our teams and by us because your brain has to be activated in order to manifest all of this within your reality.
There are shifts in your hearing abilities and there is a speeding up of your notion of time and of frequency, which is absolutely the case and this gives rise to an intense shift within your reality.
Everything is now in the process of speeding up considerably as to the pace and to the energies, in such a way that many hearts request an adaptation in this frequency shift to be able to exist in the current magnetic frequency because the heart will continue to serve as the engine of the body in which you dwell.
However, everything is shifting in such a way within your physical body that a totally different frequency will present itself and will be felt within you as well as around you by others.
This reality is litterally cracking in on itself and it is not quite clear for us how much longer this illusory reality can be maintained as it bursts of spirituality, awakenings, shifts and growth. This current reality will never be the same again, you will never be the same again.
You will no longer be able to recognize yourself in such a short notice because what you will evolve into will be beyond your power of imagination.
This all has to do with the fact that your evolution and your expansion will bring you to a completion in such a way that nothing, pertaining to this world of duality, will remain a part of yourself.
You are now in the phase of the home stretch and the last ties connected to your physical body will now be released and you will be able to soar higher and higher in this new reality.
We have now begun with the exploration of your abilities and the real development of them. Your innate abilities will far surpass your imaginations because you never considered them to be part of your reality.
The more you can accept them, the bigger your evolution and your manifestation of them will become. Your reality can now begin expanding and evolving, for you have taken your first steps in this new reality, all together hand in hand.
One person will find him/herself in a more refined world than another but there will be improvement to say the least and certainly no setback unless one does not feel nor create progress and growth and where the resonance on the current frequency vibration is the most comfortable for your being.
No matter what the case may be, everything is perfect for you and perfectly matched for your being. Nothing is too less or too much for you because everything has to be precisely as it must be. In full delight and with gratitude, we are the Arcturians.

The sphinx speaks love and light are many times words to describe the feeling you feel inside that allows you to feel more in control of your own reality.
Let us explain this to you. Many times humans feel not in control of their outside and sometimes inside reality. What gives them a sense of control is when they have a goal.
For many so called light workers, the control is within being love and light. “As long as I am love and light I can control my own reality.”
“If I can spread love and light I can feel more in control of my outside reality.” “We can all come together and spread our love and light to start creating a better reality.” “I feel love for every person, we are all one.”
These are all ways in which you can try to control a way of being, a way of seeing and a way of believing. Where would you be if someone suddenly came with the proof that love and light are only words, they are nothing more than words, they are not feelings, they are not emotions. Would your life fall apart?
Many are trying to control themselves in many ways, being respectful, loving, kind, think before you speak, think about others, take care of others, take care of yourself, become a being that shines the light through your actions.
What if this was proven to be all nonsense? What would happen to you?
In reality these control mechanisms are all related to your attachment to a physical reality that in many ways is only a small part of your real existence.
What you do is you place these attachments and belief systems also within your spiritual reality and in this way your spiritual reality becomes attached to the physical reality as well.
You can only see such a small part of the spiritual reality, and yet you let the spiritual reality be ruled by the human belief systems and attachments.
With the physical eyes many can only see the physical reality and the spiritual reality is hidden behind the many veils. Not just physical veils, but also spiritual veils as you place them upon your spiritual eyes.
It might be time to take a step back and focus on what is spiritual, what is physical as in reality both are one. What you see as physical is just like you already know, energy as well.
Yet your attachments to what you consider to be physical and spiritual as well as your belief systems as to what should be physical and spiritual prevent you from seeing both the physical and spiritual as one.
You cannot see the movement of energy; you cannot see each particle of energy as it moves in the physical reality and at many times you cannot see it in the spiritual reality as you place your attachment to the physical reality within the spiritual reality as well.

I wanted to talk about the recent dramatic escalation of strange 4D Astral sights, sounds, voices, faces, thumps, bangs and abundant other weird images and strange bumps in the night type nonphysical phenomena.
Some of you have been seeing, hearing, feeling, perceiving fifth dimensional and higher energies and beings also, but those things look and feel very different from these lower dimensional 4D Astral things.
This is about these other bleed-throughs that more and more people are experiencing at greatly increased rates very recently.
For the past month or two I’ve experienced a substantial increase of nonphysical phenomena. I’ve perceived this increase through clairaudiently hearing nonphysical sounds, voices, and other unrecognizable nonphysical noises while both awake and asleep.
I’ve also been experiencing this substantial increase through clairvoyantly seeing all sorts of strange nonphysical faces or “head shots”, full or partial bodies, and/or groups of both humans and nonhuman beings/bodies moving through my higher visual field of perception.
I’ve also been feeling what seems to me to be actual physical movements of my house, my bed, the floor under me, or a wall or walls around me moving a bit and so on.
Also, strange and sudden shifts and/or slower movements of physical objects by nonphysical people, beings, energies etc. In other words, a wide variety of colorful nonphysical phenomena bleeding-through into this dimension, world, and timeline.
Sometimes it’s rather entertaining, other times it’s annoying and highly disruptive, and other times it can be downright shocking and disturbing.
One example was the other night while in my bed I distinctly felt the top mattress move and depress slightly as if something had landed on it.
My cat was not in the room at that time, plus he’s heavier and I easily know when he has jumped up on my bed. What I felt was a nonphysical something or someone that caused a small area of my physical bed to physically move.
(This same night my Mom experienced the same phenomena of her bed moving, depressing slightly from some nonphysical something or someone.) I’ve experienced this many times over the past nearly 15 intense Ascension Process years, and some of these situations were caused by living humans that were asleep and in their etheric body moving through my physical space.
Other cases of the mattress being moving from the bottom up were caused by Team Dark attacks but that’s not what I’m talking about here.
What I’ve experienced - as I know more and more of you are too (thanks Cat ) - is what I believe is us perceiving the actual shifting, moving, traveling, dispersing, breaking apart of and the Separation of Worlds and Timelines.
I’ve waited and watched for increased clues that this massive and incredibly important change had begun at a physical level and I think many people are experiencing this recent and substantial increase of nonphysical phenomena that’s the start of this huge shifting process.
The more sensitive folks have and will continue to experience, perceive, feel, see, hear, and in varying degrees be effected by these mega other-dimensional and other timeline shifts, bleed-throughs, changes and increasing separations.
I’ve said a few times over the years that greatly increased phenomena would begin, plus greatly increased higher abilities in more people to perceive them.
We’ve reached this point a month or so ago evidently because the wild multidimensional Three Ring Circus has begun like never before!
Another example of this that I’ve experienced for years but has substantially increased recently is sometimes clairaudiently hearing nonphysical human voices talking to each other.
Take that but multiple it a thousandfold and you start to get an idea of what this has been like lately.
The old nonphysical borders and dividers between dimensions and timelines is so strange now, so transparent as to be nonexistent that these extreme and abundant bleed-throughs of 4D Astral energies, humans, non-humans, other beings, entities, thought-form created entities, thought-form created realities and objects etc. are literally in the same space as you are now.
One more symptom of this strangeness before I forget is that I now often find myself dreaming while awake and doing other physical things… like writing or house work or shopping etc.
Now I don’t mean “daydreaming” at all but dreaming like when you’re asleep and out-of-body and in the Astral or higher dimensions dreaming. Needless to say this was rather strange when I first discovered that was what was happening, but now it’s just business as usual.
How quickly we adapt. (This is like another Ascension-related symptom or upgrade of suddenly being able to see physical reality when your physical eyes are closed and your wide awake.)
We’re all moving and some of us are heading in one direction while great numbers of others are moving in many other directions and if you’re sensitive, clairvoyant, clairaudient etc., then you’re hearing, seeing, and feeling these multidimensional Grand Central Station-like chaotic shifts and changes.
It’s sort of like trying to change lanes or merge into a bumper-to-bumper freeway and everyone is trying to change lanes to get to someplace different and all at the same time!
It’s crazy, chaotic and with a high potential for multiple car accidents, road rage and so on. Welcome to the physical level start of the Separation of Worlds and Timelines and it’s only going to get more intense for the next couple of weeks.
From my perspective these past two months have been like there’s thousands of movies and TV shows playing and making noise all around me simultaneously and I’m having to hear and see many of them whether I want to or not.
It’s just highly contested territory that I am, you are, we are traveling through now and, at times, the tremendous noise levels and insane inter-dimensional overcrowding bleed-throughs are simply WAY too much to cope with on top of everything else.
When this happens I become over stimulated energetically, and sometimes emotionally, and absolutely HAVE TO shut down and get very, very quiet in the cool darkness of the day and relocate my High Heart and get my vibrating, electrified, glowing, buzzing, overstimulated, exhausted self back into it and stay in that High Heart space/place during this greatly increased wild storm of change and separations.
When you feel yourself sliding out of that higher stable place due to these many timelines and worlds bleeding through into this world, and/or seeing, hearing, feeling 4D Astral debris and other weird anomalies and strange wormhole type business, get quiet and calm and shut out as much of the multidimensional, multiple timelines
Three Ring Circus as you can for as long as you need and get into your High Heart space and balance and self empower once again.
Say the ‘I am the I AM that I am’ mantra three times that Cosmic Awareness gave humanity recently as it helps tremendously with these amplified energetic wormhole surfing separations we’re going through now.
