Beloved Ones,
In these days that are upon you, much is being revealed that was previously not known. It is information that needs to see the light of day so that it can be looked at and faced, not only individually but on a national and global scale.
All activity that was not of the highest integrity and in alignment with the highest in all is being exposed with more and more frequency. The world needs to be cleansed of all that has kept its inhabitants in illusion as to how to live their daily lives in an acceptable manner.
These truths are difficult to accept at first as the people begin to awaken to the way things have actually been occurring and this enables them to see the paradigm they have been living in from a totally different perspective.
This perspective is very uncomfortable and disillusioning to experience, for it means that the world’s people must face the shadows within themselves, their loved ones and within their societies. The understanding comes only after seeing through the illusions that have been woven into the very fabric of modern civilization in such a way as to make all distortions of the truth of life seem acceptable.
The people of the Earth are moving quickly through this period and are aligning with the truths that live within their hearts. Those who have perpetuated these myths are still desperately trying to hold onto the power they have wielded throughout the ages but the higher cosmic energies that now permeate the planet will not allow such activity to continue.
The light wields its power in such as way as to bring to the surface all that has not been serving the highest good of the planet and its inhabitants. All must be revealed, all must be reflected upon, all must be awoken from the shadows where it has lay hidden below the surface.
The daily life of each individual in every corner of the world is changing and with this change, there will be some chaos until all is resolved and released. The incoming energies work relentlessly to accomplish this change within each individual and within the framework of all systems of operation that serve the common good of the people and the planet.
The power of the people joined together in commonality of purpose will create these changes.
As these changes continue to occur, you who have been prepared for these times are doing a tremendous service by maintaining your light, your integrity and your courage and steadfastness by anchoring the light into the core of the Earth.
It is helping the Earth to remain in a greater state of stability than was previously possible. Do not become discouraged by the outer appearances of these changes. All is well and the Earth is moving into a higher dimension.
The Earth is most grateful for the assistance she is receiving on a daily basis from those who send her light by being willing to be the conduits for the higher energies.
These times are most amazing and those who have gathered to watch the process of ascension that is occurring on this planet have the greatest of respect and admiration for the people who have chosen to be a part of this great work by being willing to add their light to this effort.
It is by the strength and determination that each of you carry in your hearts for your intention for all of humanity to ascend with the Earth and given this great opportunity for movement into a greater light which has moved this process into a new area that is now anchoring and beginning to permeate its influence through all facets of life upon this planet.
We, who have served this planet and all its peoples and all its inhabitants throughout the many ages are deeply grateful for the light that is growing within each human heart.

We wish now to discuss with you the expanding awareness of Self. You will note that we have written that with a capital S.
We do not wish you understand that we are referring to the parts of yourselves which are currently conscious for most of you.
And we say most of you because your state of awareness varies widely from individual to individual.
What is consistent, however, is that all of you, from the most conscious to the least, are receiving an empowering light from your Creator which is causing an expansion of that awareness.
The more aware of you are receiving this and its resultant growth with gratitude and appreciation. This is causing you to evolve in ever more wonderful ways and is actually speeding the process for you.
Others, being more determined to remain as they are, which is an impossibility by the way, are not understanding at all what is happening and are at a loss as to how to deal with what they are feeling.
Quite a bit of the ‘acting out’, as you term it, is a result of this. Again we counsel you to offer whatever is asked for, but not to feel responsible for healing the entire populace. Those who choose not to see have free will also.
You will see also some very remarkable turn-arounds in those about you as and if they allow themselves to get a glimpse of what their alternatives are. It is not in anyone’s nature to choose pain over gain, so you need not worry yourselves, even though you may not see at this time how their particular turn-around might occur.
You are not aware of all they have seen and heard, nor are you aware of their inner responses. All will be as it should be.
Dedicate yourselves to the continuing expansion and upliftment of yourselves.That is what you are here to do, and that is the way in which you may most help the world and every sentient creature upon it. No, you do not fully appreciate that fact, as yet.
But when you have reached the awareness we speak of, you will understand it.
Your responsibility to your Self is your responsibility to All. Of course, as you reach ever upward, you find yourselves sharing more and more with everything around you.You just don’t see yet that the sharing continues out into the infinite. We assure you that it does. And the overall weight, the power, of what you are creating is soon to result in a world beyond your fondest dreams.
Be ever more deeply and constantly in your hearts now, dear ones, dear angels, and we will speak again soon. Good day.

You Are in a New Situation
Hello Dear Ones and Greetings to You,
We are most honored to participate with you in this soar fest. At this time on Earth there is an incredible intense process unfolding for you and so continually orienting to your higher levels and returning to the vibration of an ascending energy within your collective stream, is most beneficial.
More and more clarity is becoming expanding in your world. What this feels like to each of you will vary, but a lot of it is having moments of realization. You may find that within these moments of realization that you cannot still see the whole, the newness in a coherent way as it takes shape. You may be unclear what you life is headed into. How you will shape it, what you will be doing, how it will all work. Many of you are feeling a big upheaval and it feels hard.
Many of you are noticing that you also at the same time, have access to more high vibrational energy more often. Despite not knowing how life is going to work and in many moments not being able to see the pathway in front of you, you are nonetheless still experiencing more and more periods of high vibrational energy and your comfort with this higher energy has also increased.
Today is a day where we come together and we hope to explain some things to talk about some things which will further your sense of realization, because it is this ongoing realization process that is happening as you awaken to the expanded presence of your own fullness, which opens you up. In the moments of realization and in your trusting of them, you step beyond what was for you. You step out of what used to be for you. You simply move beyond it, into a new enlarged spaciousness that is initially disorienting, but which you gradually acclimate to. But it is as if you hardly realize you are acclimating because as you are acclimating and beginning to work within this newness another realization comes, and you may find these to be very seemingly small things, small insights, ways you realize you bought into an idea that limited you, ways you made something right and wrong within your life that you didn't need to, it could be a small thing reflecting on an interaction with someone you love, it could be a seemingly superficial thing like realizing you didn't see what was really meant by the person at the grocery store who irritated you, it doesn't matter…these insights and realizations are happening more and more now and what is happening in them is you are finding ways you connect to everyone. You are noticing how you can relate to everyone and everything. You are seeing beyond boundaries.
This is creating wave upon wave of openness in your experience, so what it feels like is often quite disorienting and quite like you are doing fine and you know you're fine, but you keep not quite getting settled, you keep not quite figuring it out and then it changes again. You keep not quite getting enough sleep. You keep not quite knowing what's next for you, although you sense things.
This is happening because you are empowering enormous infusions of all that you are to reorganize your presence here. And as this takes shape, as your presence is continually reorganized to accommodate and take guidance from the fullness of your being, as the lower levels integrate with the upper levels of your energy field in a peaceful wholeness, which is happening little by little, this integration, then you feel different and yet like you and like actually MORE of you. So we hope that by explaining this a bit you will begin to internalize this orientation to your experience and that it will soften up your desire to get so explicit in naming and understanding things in the ways you used to do things.
In the newness you are coming into and being as, you will not require the same detailed information about things to create things to make decisions to live and flow and move and shift and change and be here on Earth. You will actually operate from a more generalized sense of knowing that speaks very articulately to you in this exact present moment. So in the present moment you will have all the specificity you will need but in looking beyond the present moment you will only sense general direction and impressions. This is an empowered perspective. In being more fully present in the NOW, the eternal non-self-ness of you can come forth and your Royal Divine True Nature, the fine, incredible, expanded, SOURCE OF YOU, can come in and make things happen. Open up the world and the situation and your experience. This can only happen in the present moment and so it is through this total attentiveness to the fullness available to you in the present that you actually open up what's next as well as feel the fullness of your being.
And so we encourage you to begin to build a greater knowing about your way of being now and to see and feel that the world is really totally different for you as a result of your embodiment. And this is the beginning of feeling and knowing and orienting to physical reality in entirely new ways. This is the promise of Earth's ascension and your divine embodiment, coming together in through and as your presence in this incredibly uplifted human form.
Your bodies, dear ones, oh my word your bodies! Such incredibly intelligent systems of energy and light! informing you here and now so that you might faciliate your presence and our presence and all that flows through you to be here now in this physicality on this leading edge where no one has been before because it is only unfurling in this moment of aliveness and light and love and being and expanding WHOLENESS!
We are alive within you! We are alive within you and it is glorious. So do feel a sense of accomplishment and use your realizations to know you are continually opening into more spaciousness and realize you ARE this eternal non-self-ness and you are completely supported and safe and all is well all the time and you can really relax finally and there is no rush with any of this.
And you can just let your field fill up with all of you and you can take whatever time you need to get used to this new way of being in all this spaciousness.
And you can really celebrate all the insights and realizations you have which at this point are empowering your wholeness in realy substantial and significant ways, as they open up boundaries and former patterns, and the spaciousness, yes, it can be like not knowing what's up or what to do, but it can also be a new situation.
A new situation which will not need to be met in the ways you met the old situations in the old energies. In this new situation you don't need to be so in control. you don't need to micromanage your experience. You don't need to choose choose choose all the time. You can turn over your focus to all that you are and be in a pure state of experiencing being.
And loving the life that flows through you and trusting it to further your exploration and experience along this leading edge. And wow, how easy that can all get and be and what a light you are for everyone who is not here yet where you are. What a light you are. So reassuring to everyone and everything that it's all coming out into newness in a way that is encouraging and building confidence in those who are still trying to decide if they can trust their inner voice, their inner knowing, that inner call to greater being which is sounding throughout everything and everyone on Earth at this time. The greater energies of all that you are, are here within your planet and within each of you now and those of you who have opened to this, who are participating in this consciously, who are inviting this in, wow, wow, wow are you empowering and expanding wholeness.
We thank you for your realizations! And the ability it is giving all that is to stretch out into a new spaciousness and take it in, and feel the expansion and just reveal in the ease and the liberation of light into form.
We love you so very much. Please know this.

Energy Update - 25 May Eclipse - Multidimensional Ocean and SaLuSa by Laura
May marks an important change for many of us on a personal and on a planetary level. Many of us can feel unsettled, uncertain about the future, and feel the veil of the unknown in a more oppressing way than at any recent times.
There is a sense of darkness and fear about as well due to the unsettled world events impacting our daily lives.
Extra meditation is required at this time to help the higher-self connection and to find grounding.
Find quiet place for you to rest at regular times during the day, make sure to have extra rest, and watch the quality of your food intake as well.

Important world events are around the corner
These world events have been long into preparing and we have seen some of the results manifest already concerning the willingness to spread truth and a fair system for every Earth soul. Now it seems that the energy of the eclipse is stealing our recent positivity and creating many doubts.
More good news are in the making and the light will carry out an amazing victory provided we can work in peace, and in agreement. Events are slowing down now due to the eclipse influencing most souls on Mother Earth. This is a time to come with in for most of us, to confront our own shadows, which is never comfortable. As a result the entire outlook seems darker and uncertain.
Many of you have come to realize that the outer events are of little consequence to your own wellbeing; however there are still events where you must make your voice heard and express yourself in a peaceful manner.

SaLuSa: These are among the most uncertain times for you and for Mother Earth. The inner and outer trembling must be seen, and witnessed in order to move on in a positive direction. There is no point in suppressing what concerns you, or in living in denial. Keep an eye on your inner doubts and fears; acknowledge them, like you would acknowledge an irritating family member. Give it the attention is seeks, the time it seeks, and the light it needs.
Many of you have come together to bring to light the galactic presence during the Citizen’s Hearing, you have spread the news and will gladly continue to do so. There is a sense of the need to come together to make your democratic voice heard, and to no longer submit to the bureaucratic unrealistic ways of politicians.
You need to make it clear that they are your elected representatives and that they must obey to you, not the other way around. The power the hold is due to you, and you can remove that power from them at any time. You will need to set into place such a safety net to remove politicians who are not representing your interests at best. The need for such procedure is felt by many of you.
There is also a need for opening real dialogue with the countries which are currently at war, and to bring an end to war and terrorist’s attacks. It is time to bring an end to the fear of weapons and violence. This also must be taken into account by your representatives. It is time to live at peace with the nations and with your neighbours.
This process of peace keeping should be in your hands, however, there is much propaganda and manipulation to spread hatred of minorities and fear of the unknown. There is no reason for the fear of others; it is a result of feeling apart from one another.

Inner Work
There is a need to rest more, eat healthy, be gentle and kind to yourself, but also to family, friends and pets. We need to take it one step at a time, and learn to live in the moment again. This period requires more meditation and letting go than previous periods, as there is much ending for many of us, which places us into a semi-panic mode.
Changes are good, even if they seem scary at times. Envisage the most positive outcomes always and in all, and do your best to ensure that the wanted results will be reached. Put in the extra time and work to that end is recommended at this time, as there are many delays and unexpected events that can affect you at this time.
SaLuSa: Focus on your inner world, on your inner energy, allow it to blend with your body, and with your higher brain. Allow your feelings to surface also, to have their say. Listen to them through your body, through your chest, but also use discernment.
Many of you live at such a pace, that there is no time for your higher energy to sink in and connect with your ordinary brain waves. This results in a “not knowing” situation on your part. This includes not knowing your own feelings, thoughts and physical needs at a deeper level.
We encourage you to connect with your own emotions regularly throughout the day, and acknowledge them. The path will come to you when you are feeling calm and whole.

MY DEAR ONES, I AM SANANDA!
It is quite a while since I spoke to this channel. I observed her following her own heart to communicate what her soul wanted to express and I Am pleased that she gave herself permission to do this!
Likewise I encourage each one of you to find your own way to express your heart and to allow your soul to come forward - if you haven’t done so yet - because each one of you is bearing a unique precious gift to share with others.
Each one of you is equal in this and is part of the totality of all souls of humankind Who exists as the One Great Soul and Consciousness of humanity.
Each one of you is an individual and specific vibration in the united song of humanity. And if only one of all these vibrations is missing, humanity’s Grand Song is not complete.
The wisdom of each soul is flowing from the Eternal Source in Which it exists, and each soul has its own color or unique combination of colors. But together all colors are transcended into the One Great White Light.
However none of you is separated from this One Great White Light! A soul that seeks to Unite with its Origin Is very much blessed, as this soul is starting to surrender to the Greater Existence in Which it is arising.
With It the tone of the soul starts to vibrate on a greater scale and a volume, that is not louder but is increasingly expanding multidimensionally until it Unites with Source.
It is due to the Blessings of this time that is is now possible, that a soul is able to participate in the expanded Field of Divine Consciousness, - simultaneously while being the individual soul. This is a new Divine Creation That was unknown to humanity as a whole. In the past only very few extraordinary souls could do this. This is one of the important aspects of this evolutionary quantum leap in the Heart of the Divine: to be conscious as an individual and as the Ultimate at the same time.
Before this new creation a soul who entered the Ultimate lost its existence in the Vast Ocean of Divine Love-Bliss-Consciousness.
How can an individual soul be both? Understand that this is a matter of a kind of “channeling”. The soul “channels” the Infinite Source and opens itself to Its Vastness, but can switch in the blink of an eye back to the more limited state of its individuality at will.
So that this could happen, the Divine Creator Forces have changed the structure of the soul in a way that it is more translucent and less solid in its geometry as it has been before. Meaning that the soul of the human being has now more scope to change from a particle to a waveform, to use this analogy! And this can be done by will, as soon as the Absolute has become conscious to the experience of the soul.
It has been your observation that as soon you integrated a new scientific insight into the nature of creation, that this always coincided with expanded consciousness. Expanded awareness and new insights in your scientific endeavours signified therefore also the evolutionary expansion of your spiritual growth.
I suggest that you all use your understanding of quantum physics, which is in the Knowing of your heart, to expand the awareness of your soul. The symbolism that is expressed in your advanced science of physics is a doorway to understand yourself and the Nature of Consciousness better.
Ultimately you will find, that many observations in the field of physics which are depictions of reality, point to the same Truth. And soon you will be able to interchange them, recognizing that they describe the same what your soul increasingly is able to feel, intuit and Know as Divine Reality.
However, this applies only to the world of phenomena. As soon as structure is released there is no science and no spirituality. Both are transcended in the Gigantic, Infinite and Undivided Source of Ultimate Reality, in which no structure exists, but from which all structures are arising.
This is important to understand, because without this understanding you cannot recognize what is beyond your soul and you cannot surrender to What is Greater than your soul. Although your soul is a beautiful Emanation of the Divine, it is still in some sense separated from its own Source. You can comprehend this, because you know that there are many souls, not just yours.
And this tells you that the soul is not the Ultimate, in and of itself. But Source is Only One, and not many. It cannot be divided, It cannot be diminished. It Is Pure Radiance, Infinite Consciousness in Which and from Which Everything arises.
What arises can be given a name and can be objectified. Source cannot be objectified. It Is forever Subjective Substance of all objects. When you Realize Source, you transcend any object-subject relation, and objects are recognized from a Subjective “Point of View”. However this is not something we can speak or think ‘about’, it must be Realized, you must become It.
It is dear to My Heart to show you your Infinite Perspective, to inspire your soul to growth and expansion.
