Channeler: Shelley Young How to Surrender and BE ~ Channeled February 24, 2013 Greetings, Dear Ones! How pleased and honoured we are to be with you today. We honour you for coming in service to anchor the energies of the group, and, of course, when we say group, we mean not only those who are in the room at this time but also those who will be experiencing this transmission on your internet at a later time.
Feel the energy. When you connect in a channel in this way, you are connected to your guides, to the angelics, to the Christed council, to your ancestors. Feel that love envelop you, loving you, supporting you, healing you and assisting you through the Shift of humanity that you are now stepping into, fully, in earnest.
So many of you ask for our guidance on how to move forward, how to enlighten, how to become everything that you wish to be in this earthly expression of self, and our most common answer is to surrender. We tell you to surrender, to stay in the flow, to consciously create, and to BE, and what we are finding is one of the most common questions our dear partner in transmission gets asked is, “How do I surrender?”
We would like to address that today. We understand that for many of you, particularly those who may be feeling battered and worn, surrender can seem like a scary prospect. If you are feeling like your life expression is not going in the direction you desire, the idea of giving up control seems like it would not be helpful, but hear us when we say that when you are attempting to control anything, you are allowing your ego self, that part of you that seeks to keep you small, to take the lead.
And it will, at all costs, sabotage your growth. The ego self has absolutely no interest in enlightenment. Your controller, the part of you that seeks to control, to keep you small, to keep things predictable, cannot move you forward in your growth. It seeks to keep you in a contracted space, while your soul is seeking to expand and grow and bloom.
Staying small and disempowered will always lead humans to a very, very uncomfortable place, indeed. Most humans will only surrender when they are too tired, too exhausted, too worn out to resist any longer. We are here to tell you that it does not need to be so. Surrender does not mean that you will be careening about wildly, Dear Ones.
Some of you imagine that it will be like a pinball that has been shot and is bouncing around wildly all over the place and nothing could be further from the truth. The act of surrender is deciding to move forward in your mastery with the most help available to you in the universe. It is the path of grace and ease. It is moving forward with help, with assistance, with support.
The supports that come are those that are best qualified to help you navigate your path. Think of it in this way. If you were lost in the forest and trying to find your way out, it would be very difficult. You might walk in circles, you might end up far away from where you would like to be because you simply do not have the vantage point to see the way out.
But if you had a friend who was in a helicopter above communicating directions to you, you would get out of it very quickly, because they would have the vantage point to help you, in the most direct way possible, to help you achieve your goal.
This is the same as surrendering and working with your guides. When you surrender, you are working with your higher self, the part of you that is consciously connected to all, that part of you that knows what you are here to experience.
You are choosing to take the most direct path to your highest life expression. The act of surrender is so very important because it gives your guides, your helpers, permission to get in and help you. When you are choosing to go it alone, they must honour your free will.
There is great joy when you surrender, because it finally allows them to offer the assistance they have been longing to give you all along. There are no special rituals that need to be done in order to surrender. All that is required is to sit quietly and with your heartfelt intention, state that you are now surrendering.
You can surrender to God, you can surrender to Source, you can surrender to Jesus, you can surrender to the angels, you can surrender to Buddha, you can surrender to your higher self, you can simply surrender to more, if you don’t know what to call it.
The act of surrender is a very sacred and honoured thing, and when a human being is about to move into that divine act of surrendering, their guides and helpers and their higher self get very excited. They gather closest to you and they wait with bated breath for the big moment and they rejoice in that moment of letting go and finally getting out of your own way.
So, it is about your heartfelt intention to start to move and navigate your life in the most empowered way possible, with the most assistance available to you. Then, it is staying out of your way and staying in the flow and allowing the magic to happen.
Surrender will not accomplish much if you do not stay in the flow. You must surrender and then flow down the path of least resistance. By doing so, you will be moving forward very quickly. You can achieve things that you have not been able to achieve in the entirety of your lifetime, in record time, using the tools of surrender and flow.
It is a beautiful thing to behold, a human being using their mastery through the tools of surrender and flow. But many people hear this and they are still caught up in the idea that there is no way to steer this thing. That would be a fallacy. You all have within you, right now, the ability to steer the flow and it is through using gratitude. Gratitude is the steering wheel of the flow.
It is how you give feedback to the universe. It is how you co-create with the universe. If you use surrender, flow and gratitude you will be moving very quickly, in a much more empowered way, down a path of ease that will hold many, many synchronicities and miracles.
It is the path of joy, Dear Ones. It is truly understanding that by using these tools, you can have the life expression that you dream of and you can be having a life that is fun and exciting and supported. Again, we say to you the days of struggle are over but it is up to you to choose the path of ease, and you do so through surrender, flow and gratitude.
So, as you can see, once you surrender there’s not much to worry about. So what will you do in all that free time? (laughter) Well, that is when you can practice BEing. BEing is embracing your divinity. BEing is accepting that you are part of a greater whole, that you are a divine and beloved piece of Source.
It is embracing the fact that you are that special, that beloved, that integral to the entire process. BEing lets you shine in your truth, in your transparency, in your authenticity. It is a calm and beautiful energy. This is not about puffing yourself up with delusions of grandeur or beating yourself up with your negative self talk. There is no room for that in BEingness. BEingness is embracing your energetic truth, as a divine being, as a human being of light, on the planet, at this time.
And as you do that, as you shine in your truth, your life can only improve. As you are just as you are, as you allow that to shine, you will draw to you all of the wondrous things that you hold. This is mastery, Dear Ones, this is how you do it. People say, “Well, Gabriel, that sounds so simple, that sounds too simple to be true.” We would ask, “If it is so simple why are you not doing it?” (Laughter) It IS simple. Do not complicate it.
Simply try. Experiment, have fun with it. You can surrender in one grand act. If you find yourself knocking yourself out of the flow through fear and doubt, you can re-surrender. You can wake up and surrender your day to the highest outcome possible. Play with it, Dear Ones! Have fun! It is joyous to step into your mastery, and we cannot wait to see what you will create for yourselves. This is what we wanted to share with you for today.

Archangel Michael: Humanity is in the Midst of Dramatic Changes of Profound Proportions by Steve Beckow
Archangel Michael’s message through Ronna Herman (1) was so profound this month that I felt a strong desire to review some of what he says in it. It really is not to be missed.
He tells us that “the evolutionary process for humanity is in full-swing and moving forward at an astounding pace.” He reassures us that “humanity is ready to take a giant leap in consciousness.”
However, he reminds us, this is just one small part of the overall journey from God to God and we’ve experienced many levels of it prior to coming to Earth on this mission.“Yes, humanity is in the midst of dramatic changes, an evolutionary process of profound proportions. However, remember, it is just a part of the never-ending spiral. All of you who are awakening to your God consciousness have experienced a great variety of momentous transitional processes throughout this universe.”
Moreover, we’re the dreamer dreaming and, having passed the halfway mark, we’re about to begin our journey back to the One.
“You are the dreamer as well as the dream. It is in this Sacred Space [of realization] that you will begin your journey back into the wholeness (holiness) as you strive to recreate yourself into a SUN CHILD of our Father/Mother God. This has been preordained; it is your Divine Heritage.”Ascension is not a constantly-accelerating process; there has need to be pauses along the way.
“Be aware that there is an ebb and flow to the process of ascension. There are great pulsations of new higher Cosmic Ray vibrational patterns bombarding the Earth, with quiet times in-between so as not to create an overload situation.“Ascension is not a steady, forward-motion process. It is an insurgence of energy and new information, and then a time of assimilation, integration and manifestation. Many of the sensations seem more pronounced to you at this time.
“You may feel as though you have taken a great leap into the unknown at times or taken a step backward into uncertainty. At other times you may feel an intensified sense of vulnerability. By now, you should be somewhat accustomed to the ebb and flow of magnified, accelerated frequencies; however, when you are pushed to the next level of awareness, it often sets off an alarm of varying degrees in your physical/mental/emotional bodies.”
We starseeds are here to help others make the transition.
“You are called Star Seed for a reason, for as you return to Self-Mastery, you will initiate the process of integrating highly-developed crystalline, Life-Code Seed Atoms; a new, advanced evolutionary process to be used in the next forthcoming Golden Age.”We don’t need to fret or be concerned that our interdimensional faculties will not be returned to us.
“Your inner perspective will automatically broaden as you gradually change your way/mode of thinking and perceiving.”We’ll be given the resources we need to see to our missions as wayshowers.
“We have said that many special dispensations are being given to those who bravely step to the fore and claim their heritage. As the masses awaken and cry out for assistance, solutions, information and encouragement, you will be needed more than ever, my brave ones.“We are waiting to empower you, to gift you with wisdom, abilities and knowledge beyond your wildest imaginings.”
As it is, we’re being showered with nourishing energies and our “level of comprehension and awareness will increase with each download of higher frequency energy.”As we move farther along our journey, the inbuilt longing for liberation will kick in and pull us towards God. Archangel Michael describes it here:
“At some point in every person’s Soul journey throughout time and space, there is a yearning to return to the higher realms-a Divine discontent sets in that cannot be denied.First you must become aware of the voice of your conscience. The whispers of your Soul will grow louder and more distinctive as you begin to pay attention to the call of Spirit.
“A sensitivity grows within your feeling nature as you become attuned to higher vibrational patterns of people, places, thoughts and actions.Eventually you will learn to distinguish the Soul Song vibrations of your Soul family, and of the different masters and angelic Beings.”
All is soon to be flux and we won’t want to lag behind.“Please take heed: no longer will you be allowed to stagnate or even stay at a certain level very long-time and the process of transformation are moving too rapidly.
“Your language is changing; your thought forms are different. The old areas of your brain which contain your past are gradually being refined or dissolved, so it is beginning to seem as though everything that happened before, even last year, is a vague dream.”We’ll learn to think in new ways and find ourselves becoming impatient with the old.
“New areas of your brain are being activated and you must learn to think in a whole new way. Light packets of information, holographic pictures of great significance and sacred geometric patterns will begin to come into your consciousness, and you must learn how to decipher these.“It may seem as if those whom you are moving beyond no longer understand you, or you cannot find words to carry on the old mundane patterns of conversation. You will also find that you do not need to verbalize every thought as you begin to telepathically pick up the energies and thoughts of those around you.
Your intuitive abilities will increase, and you will not be easily deceived. You will speak your truth with spiritual integrity, and you will not be willing to engage in the negative games of the past.”
It’ll become increasingly important to remain detached.“We implore you: do not become attached to any way of being, any one modality, any philosophy that is too narrow or structured, or buy into any agreement that gives power to someone outside yourself. Discernment, discernment, discernment-we cannot emphasize this enough, for as quickly as an apparent truth comes forth and you incorporate it into your belief system, it may be superseded by a higher truth or a new concept.
“In looking back, can you not see that much of the knowledge you now accept as your absolute truth was beyond your wildest imagining ten years ago, or even six months ago? Be aware that many of the things you are so certain about today will undoubtedly change tomorrow or in the near future.”
We’re being bombarded with the new and will tap into higher and higher dimensions.“Mentally, new ideas and concepts are bombarding your consciousness. Nebulous at first, but gradually solidifying as you use your enhanced reasoning abilities to unfold and decode the formulas and inventions of the future.
“As you tap into the higher planes of the fifth dimension, you will begin to remember facets of the blueprint of Creation for this Sub-universe: how to hold a pure thought until it is brought to fruition and how you assisted in the creation of a great variety of wondrous things. Many of you will begin to see geometric shapes, sparkling crystals, and brilliant new colors as you move through and beyond time and space into realms of Light.”
There’s so much more Archangel Michael says that is relevant and important to us in Ronna’s monthly message. But the article would become too long if I reviewed all of it. He closes by inviting us to open fully to the wonders materializing before us.
“Open your minds and your hearts, beloveds, and embrace the infusion of Divine Love/Light that awaits you. Bask in the glory of reunion with us as we move forward together on this incredible journey into a new reality. We are with you always. You are loved most profoundly.”
As the months of 2013 rapidly pass by us, we can see one messenger after another affirming that the process of Ascension continues and rushes towards its culmination. By no means are we in a trough or has the process ended. Instead we are alternately being washed in profound energies and allowed to rest and assimilate as we move towards “dramatic changes … of profound proportions.”

How to Clean up the Pineal Gland
Cleaning up the Pineal Gland is useful for those wishing to develop their multidimensional perception. The Pineal gland will naturally make its own DMT when fully operational and we will be able to remain in a visionary state most of the time. An awakened pineal gland brings the ability to consciously astral travel, explore other dimensions, foresee the future and receive communications from loving dimensional beings.
DMT is a component of Ayahuasca - a plant medicine from the Amazon that brings profound physical and heart healing through its purgative effects and the perception of other dimensions. Those that use this medicine go into a period of “work” where issues come into awareness and can be healed with the insights that come from DMT consciousness.
The advantage of cleaning up our pineal gland so it makes its own DMT is that we can be in a continuous state of spiritual “work” and we are spared the purgative effects of drinking the ayahuasca. Thus we no longer need any medicines as an adjunct to our spiritual lives.
DMT is a totally natural substance that the human body will manufacture and distribute when it is in a healed state. Thus it would appear human beings were intended to be visionary beings and be able to tap into the information in other dimensions. This dimensional perception transcends the ego and rapidly heals our sufferings, conflicts and thus karmas.
Here are some basics for pineal detox:
1. Mercury - this is really bad for the pineal gland. Its poison. Dont let this get into your body. Mercury tooth fillings are pineal toxins. Have them removed. All medical vaccines are also mercury tainted. Thimersal (a vaccine preservative) is methyl mercury and is very difficult to get out of the brain once its in there. Avoid eating fish and bottom feeders such as shrimps and prawns. Tuna and dolphin meat is particularly bad for mercury - the bigger the fish the higher the concentration of mercury in its body tissue.
Eco light bulbs - if one is smashed mercury vapour is released into the room and inhaled. Avoid at all costs breaking one indoors.
Mercury can be removed from the body by the daily use of chlorella, wheatgrass and spirulina. Cilantro herb taken daily can help remove mercury from brain tissue.
2. Fluoride - in toothpastes and tap water. Its another heavy duty poison. Avoid it at all costs. It calcifies the pineal tissue and basically shuts the gland down.
3. Organic foods - some pesticides are pineal toxins. Organic healthy food with a high ratio of raw is supportive to pineal detox. Meat is not helpful either. Some people who channel seem to not be affected but for many the toxicity and density of meat will pose challenges and we want to make the work easy if we can.
4. Alcohol + Smoking. Naturally these need to go along with the emotional attachments to using them (usually boils down to self worth issues or unresolved trauma).
5. Heart Healing - raises the overal vibration of the being and heals fear - a useful advantage for when we start seeing other dimensions.
6. Other Toxins - if something is toxic do not put it in your body. If you cant say its name its most likely bad. Toxins include artificial sweeteners (aspartame K) , refined sugar, phylenanine (in squashes), E numbers beginning with 1, deodorants, cleaning chemicals, dental mouthwashes (saltwater is suffice) and air fresheners.
7. Raw Chocolate. Raw cacao is a pineal gland stimulant / detoxifier in high doses because of the high antioxidant content.
Being disciplined with steps 1-6 for a year or so will certainly bring about pineal awakening. Step 6 is optional but very useful too.

Greetings my dear Soul Beings, keepers of the Christ Consciousness in your very being. I am Sananda at your service, as you are also, to all Beings on Earth and beyond.
It is time to re-orient yourselves into your new Reality, my dear ones. I say re-orient because of course as you know, you are already, as you have always been, magnificent Souls of God Consciousness, of the Divine Consciousness of Creator of All That Is. You are just realizing that identity, and also manifesting that identity, into your Reality more and more as you receive the new energies and re-orient yourselves into what you have always been.
The time is Now to fully orient and experience that essential part of you, dear ones, in everything you do, think and say, for you are the Masters of your Universe, the creators of your Soul’s experiences, as you know already.
The expansion of your energies to date has been immense and you are integrating the incoming energies nicely. We have seen such progress with you as you allow and surrender to receiving the new energies and engulf them and integrate them in each moment.It is truly a beautiful sight to see, as we observe your pulsing energies glimmer and sparkle as they expand and adapt to the new milieu of energies being presented to you as we speak. Harken to what is being offered, receive what is being offered, with full and present abandon.
My dear Souls, the time is nigh to throw away your concerns with where you are going and to be present with the ride, with the full impact of the ride and the insurgence of Pure Light Energies being offered to you.
I take you in my stride and in my heart and guide you to your new illustrious beginnings, in progress now, the beginnings of what really has always been there for you, but just hidden.You are being exposed more fully to it dear ones: to the Divine totality of your very Being, so majestic and full of the Divine Essence of Creator that your Soul is made of, as it integrates with your physical being and becomes one with it.
Take a moment now to ponder this, dear ones: Do you know that your Soul’s energies are part and parcel of Creator?Do you know that your Soul’s energies are becoming more and more available and accessible and present as you allow and surrender to the new energies being made available to you for your immediate taking and integration? Are you truly and essentially aware of that? Are you open to this Truth?
Are you open to this Reality? Are you open to the wonders it will bring you as you accept and allow it to manifest within your very Being?
I trust that many of you are. And I trust that you are also becoming acclimated to it all as if you are trying on a new suit of clothing. It may feel strange at first, but lo and behold, it soon becomes a comfortable part of you.My dear ones, if you could see yourselves from our perspective, you would be astounded. For now you may be too close, as to “not see the forest for the trees”, to coin a phrase, but that will change as well and your orientation will be much different, much more encompassing and expansive as is our orientation, for you are just like us, and it just takes awareness to develop for it to be more apparent.
For now, suffice to say that you are coming along superbly and it will just take patience and acceptance of the process, for you are well on your way to completion of this next phase of ascension, well on your way to discovering your True Selves, your beautiful Souls, unique unto themselves but also so connected and part of Source.
Can you feel it? Are you beginning to feel it? Are you allowing yourselves to accept it? Excellent!My dear souls, I congratulate you on coming this far, and I commend you for continuing on this unprecedented journey of ascending in your physical bodies, of coming back to your True Selves as angels and messengers and aspects of Creator, as we in the Celestial Realm are aspects; we are just waiting for you to fully realize it.

With empowerment of the soul so we see the dawning of all that is the Creator manifesting as a reality on the Earth for true and sacred experience and confirmation.
It is with the deepest of love that I, Archangel Metatron, step forward to greet you, I share the light of the Creator with you as a friend and a support to assist you in accessing all that is within your being. With the emergence of the soul our connection will enhance as the presence of your soul allows for a clear vision and understanding of the truth.
As you acknowledge my energies and sacred power, recognising all that I wish to provide to you from the beloved Creator is that you realise with greater intensity the truth and sacred power of your own being and self.
As I come forwarded to unite my energies with yours, my purpose is to demonstrate to you all that you are. Sometimes it is easier to understand yourself more fully when you look in the mirror, otherwise it can be difficult to acknowledge yourself, recognising yourself as you truly are.
The Creator provides many mirrors in order to assist you in realising and becoming acquainted with the energies within your being. I ask you, can you connect with my energies, look upon or experience my energies, viewing and understanding yourself in all that I am and present to you?

However you perceive my energies these are the qualities of your own being. This is a most beautiful realisation that can enter the mind but it is truly accepted and understood when it is felt and acknowledged by your heart and entire being.
Every master or archangel that crosses your path acts as a mirror for you to accept the divine within your being. Your soul naturally
calls forth certain beings of light and even certain people on the Earth to act as mirrors for activating and most importantly realising the divine energies, frequencies and qualities within your being.Every experience in your reality whether on the physical pane, in everyday life, in meditation or in sleep state is a mirror that allows you to understand yourself more fully. Once you truly hold the understanding that to know yourself more fully as a sacred and divine soul on the Earth is to understand and become one with the Creator everything flows with greater ease and perfection.
You
no longer see challenges but observe beautiful opportunities in your reality to connect more fully with the presence of the Creator within your being, so you are empowering your soul which is an aspect of the Creator.It is also a beautiful understanding to realise that although you hold an aspect of the Creator within your physical being you know and understand, like friends and family, every single aspect or soul of the Creator as well, because in truth they are all a part of you, they are all an aspect of yourself that you fully comprehend and feel completely familiar with.
This realisation allows you to connect with your greater self, the Creator, therefore it is only natural that you see, acknowledge and comprehend yourself more fully by observing and connecting with those that cross your pathway.
Many may say that the Creator is a distant uncomprehendable energy, but it is often that what is closest to you that cannot be seen with clarity. The Creator is so familiar to you that there is sometimes an aspect of your being that cannot comprehend your divine relationship with the Creator, this aspect is often fear which blocks your vision of the truth.
When fear is mastered and overcome so the beauty of your being can be seen by yourself. With self-understanding and acceptance you manifest the beauty of the Creator within your reality for you to experience and build upon. It is the practice of experience of the divine Creator which is unfolding upon the Earth in this new phase of
ascension.Everything you do, think and accept about yourself and this reality has a powerful meaning and purpose of awakening you to experience your divine self and soul. This can only occur when you allow and give consent to yourself to recognise your familiarity with the Creator.
In many ways through conditioning and illusion you have created an understanding of separation; the most powerful separation is between yourself and the Creator. There is a need for separation to be dissolved as it no longer serves your reality. Separation can be experienced as split or withdrawal; it comes from a place of fear.
Once some kind of separation has been experience you can become fearful of more separation and so become stagnant and afraid of consequences of separation, thus creating separation in all areas of your reality because it has become your focus. Even within a physical body there are always opportunities of oneness because everything that you choose to
experience flows from within your being.You have the opportunity to experience the deepest loving connection with the Creator within your being. Your physical body and soul are temples for experience and becoming familiar with the Creator. From the experience of the Creator within your being so you create, project and manifest the experience of the Creator in your outside reality.
If you experience profound love within your being and recognise your familiarity with the vibration of love then this will first filter into your reality, cleansing and clearing your reality of all that is not of loving
vibrations to create love in abundance within your reality and therefore your experiences.
Become familiar within you with all that you wish to experience and create in your reality.Your ability to allow yourself to accept your natural familiarity with the Creator is a powerful tool of awakening, inspiration and empowerment. If you do not see the love of the Creator in your reality then it is first appropriate to seek the love of the Creator within your being, this discovery will allow for you to become familiar once more with the vibration of love, therefore projecting it into your reality.
Your projection allows for your physical reality to become a powerful mirror of acknowledging with greater detail and experience, that which is within you. As I stated earlier, it is sometimes hard to contemplate something when it is so close and familiar to you, by projecting it into your reality you are able to observe and realise all that you are.
It is my wish to ask you to focus more fully with awareness and consciousness as to what you are choosing to become familiar with and projecting from within your being each day into your reality.
Recognise the people that cross your path, the masters and archangels that come to you. Each of them holds qualities present within your being for you to become aware of.When you become aware of what you are connecting with within your being and projecting naturally through your energy vibration then you can understand the situations, reality and opportunities you experience daily. To alter your reality only needs for you to form that vibration of familiarity within your being, choosing the
vibration you project.Thus you empower yourself and co-create a beautiful reality with the Creator or the greater aspect of yourself for you to fully embody and experience in your reality.
Accepting your soul is simply accepting and becoming familiar with a part of the Creator, a part of yourself, there is always more to discover but by realising your oneness, your familiarity and the fact that you are all aspect and every aspect demonstrates to you yourself.You understand with greater clarity the purpose of the Earth. This allows you to feel content, awakening and opening your being and truth up with less restriction and limitations. Truth is after all a feeling of familiarity with the
Creator because it is through your contentment and awareness that you dissolve separation allowing divine beauty in all its forms to flow.With this powerful tool and embodiment you give yourself consent to exist as your power and divine self, from this state you realise that you can no longer be hurt or experience pain, unless you allow yourself to. With familiarity with the Creator forming within you a powerful loving presence manifests which allows for further detachment from the dramas and attachments of the Earthly experience.
Everything becomes less of a drama and experience of pain and more of an opportunity to seek within, exploring further your familiarity with the Creator within your being, thus the creation and realisation of the Era of Love manifests and an opportunity to truly experience the divine Creator in a physical reality.
I have one last question which you may wish to contemplate, do you feel you have been experiencing the Creator in a physical reality or have you been experiencing the Earth as a physical influence upon the sacred vibrations within you?
Now is the time to realise that your simple choices can alter the reality you experience. The reality you experience is immensely important as it is a reflection of your connection and familiarity with the Creator within your being.
Encourage yourself to choose to dissolve separation and fear, the more you let go of your familiarity with fear the greater your experience of the Creator’s love and sacred vibrations. You will then notice that fear or experiences
of fear are no longer present within your reality because you are no longer projecting them as a familiar energy from within your being.
I recognise my familiarity with the Creator and my soul, I choose to enhance, empower and project my familiarity with the Creator from within.It is with love that I show myself to you today so that you may see the love within your own being, recognising yourself fully within me.
