Transforming Your Ego A Message From Sananda Kumara through Elizabeth Trutwin, December 31, 2012 Greetings Beings of Light on Earth. This is Lord Sananda. A major shift is happening and those attuned can be uplifted. Be In Joy! The Planets who are current Members of the Intergalactic Confederation of Worlds are elated at the success of Ascended Earth.
There are many trillions of our Galactic Family from Home celebrating New Earth in 2013. We are in a period of change. As your midnight approaches there is a very good opportunity to move forward exponentially. It has to do with leaving the old behind. You hold the keys to your Freedom. You may now look forward to a complete Transformation of Ego.
You all have been working very hard at cleansing away anything no longer needed for your growth. What happens is often there are events which happened in your past which are hard to let go of. When you get triggered in an emotional situation then you hold onto past traumas like a ragged teddy bear.
You cling to illusions which are better left in the past. This causes an accumulation of energy which is better left behind. Everyday you have a choice. You can decide that this is a new opportunity to enjoy your world on every level. You can turn all of your experiences with work, nature, family and friends into a fun time.
Or you can grumble about how bad things are on Earth. Spiritual Maturity is at hand. There are tools you can use to keep everything positive. Begin by making a decision that you will have a relationship with negativity when negativity arises. Understand that as you are consciously working at transforming your ego you will be given larger and larger challenges. You can expect negativity to crop up. It will never go away. St. Germain is always available to Guide you with this.
He can help you pass all your tests. Call on him as you will. Having a relationship with negativity means you will face it and have a calm discussion as you decide which step is next to alleviate any pain or suffering. You will no longer roll in a ball and cry, escape or act out in fear by screaming or hitting or insulting others who may be involved.
It is your responsibility as a mature spiritual Being to calmly approach negativity and find a solution which will remove all pain and suffering from the situation for all involved. Do not be afraid of what you thought you may have heard. Often things are not as they appear. A large healing may be in place for those you are in touch with and you are growing in the process as you act as a catalyst for healing others. Whatever you water is what will grow.
Actively pursue Purity of Mind. As your spiritual maturity grows then your final step to freedom is Transformation of the Ego. You can expect to make mistakes. When you make a mistake and allow ego mind to talk you into doing something out of line then start over. Continue to vigorously pursue Transformation of Ego again with a fresh start. There are tips that can help with this. You can keep everything that enters your mind positive.
If you expose yourself to dark novels, dark movies and the main stream media news night and day then you can expect that you are feeding your ego with all it needs to keep you in fear. When you get off the sofa and away from the computer and go outside to enjoy the Sun then everything looks new. Sing. Do Mantra. Help Others. When you do a practice and dedicate it to the healing of others then your heart becomes light.
Meditate and send love to all the impoverished and peoples suffering under the old regime. Have compassion for those who suffer from a lack of love and thank them for the role they have played in Earthʻs Ascension. In a steadfast effort to Transform your Ego consider not searching the news. If that is not possible you may want to experiment with severely limiting your exposure to the constant stream of lies which hold you to the past.
Clean your house. You may have no control over what happens outside of yourself, but you do have control of your Inner Life. In reality 90% of what you are experiencing you have created yourself for your own experience. Only about 10% is out of your control. With that in mind - continue to remove those things from your Inner Life which no longer serve you. Replace these things with beautiful new finds - new ways to spend your time.
Keep changing everything until you find the majority of your day is spent in Bliss. Do not be afraid to tell others around you that you are on a spiritual Path and you are Guided by an Inspired Being and by doing these things you become a better person and you intend on continuing to change, grow and mature in the presence of Love and Truth. Any time you experience negativity then remember who you are. Remember you are Whole.
Although you are Ascending that Personality Self the Spark of Divine within is not changing. It always remains One with Oneness. Humanity tends to ignore the past. Many times in the past tyrants and dark Ones tried to have power and control. In the end they always fell away without realizing their plans.
Where there is Truth there is Love. These two go hand in hand and always have. Now I have embedded into this message a transmission. If you are reading this you are experiencing a Blessing of Divine Grace. Pause here and bring to mind all the experiences, events, things, programming which you prefer to leave in the past. Allow the feelings to arise. Now make yourself a promise that you will release these things.

Note to Readers: This message came after a long hiatus. It took me getting back to my center and releasing all expectations and all fear. It also took me getting out of my own way, listening within and feeling the grins of my guides. They can be quite humorous and always are loving. Happy New Year, everyone!
The Council of Nine – Into a New Year and a New World – 31 December 2012, by Tazjima.
We are the Council of Nine.
Greetings! As the date December 21, 2012, has slipped into your “past”, your world is now slipping quietly into a new phase, a new age. The age of domination through fear is over; the foundations of the old rigid three-dimensional matrix have been removed. The powers that were, are no longer the masters of the earth – you are, the collective you who is humanity, star-seeds of the galaxy.
We rejoice to find you now willing to let go of your old ways of thinking, of being and of doing. Open to the new, the yet undiscovered parts of yourself. Open to the possibility that you are all ascending into the fifth dimension, along with your Mother Gaia, the conscious living breathing being upon which you all live.
In the days to come, you will begin to see and mostly feel the changes that are now slowly begin to manifest into your collective reality. You, the lightworkers, the starseed of this planet have brought the new world into being. For most of you, the new world still resides in the etheric, as yet unmanifested into the physical state. For those who have raised up your personal vibratory levels enough and have merged with soul and monad, you are now able to walk in the new world and partake of its peaceful and beautiful energies.
Even those of you who do not think that they have ascended, at least in part, will slowly begin to see a freshness in your surroundings; colors will be more vivid, sounds brighter, food will taste better. Your senses will come alive. Your psychic senses will begin to come online, especially if you open to the possibility that such a thing could happen. Play with your awareness. Listen within for your heart to speak to you.
Watch the skies for us, your brothers and sisters. We are there waiting for the time when it is safe to land. We monitor the fear levels on the planet. We will not arrive if there is the possibility that we will be greeted by panic or attacked, for your sakes as well as our own. We eagerly wait for our reunion, but it will come at a time when you are ready for us, and not before.
With the coming months, you will find there is now a new lightness in your heart, a new sense of well-being. As the frequency level of the planet increases and humanity responds to the all-enveloping sense of love permeating the atmosphere, you will find your friends, family and neighbors responding to you in much different ways than in the past. You might even find them asking pertinent questions. You do have the answers or at least can point these newly awakened ones to the right sources for information and comfort.
The planet will not overnight become free of war, pestilence, injustice, disease, environmental distress or economic hardship. Yet it will begin to change, gradually. When we can land and are accepted as those who can assist but not govern, then we will be able to help with the changes. However, most of the work must and will be directed by those who are well grounded on the planet. It must be so for both karmic reasons and for reasons of self-enpowerment. We will not interfere with the sovereign rights and responsibilities of a planet as it is an outright violation of Universal law. If we are invited, then we can help.
Do not expect your present governments to make such an invitation. The first changes must come from you the people of this planet, by taking your world back, peacefully but firmly. You are powerful, but do not realize that power. You are even fearful of taking on a powerful presence since you have been abused for so long by those who have seemed to be powerful. We are here to tell you that true power is balanced.
True power is never used to dominate but to work with in cooperation. There will be many changes in the way you govern yourselves, until such time when there will no longer be any need for a government, when all humanity can govern their own inner thoughts and outer actions.
Beloved brothers and sisters, there is much to look forward to and much to get done. We are here in spirit and in etheric presence around your planet. As your vibrations increase and you learn to live as sovereign beings, we look forward to the time when we can walk among you in peace and fellowship.
Call on us to take you in your meditations, dreams and spirit journeys to visit our ships, for relaxation and for teaching. Our brethren, the Arcturians can assist you in healing and raising up your light quotient to allow you to reach the level necessary for ascension. We are here to help in any way we can without violating your sovereignty and disturbing those who are still unprepared for our coming.
With the change in seasons many changes and challenges will come to be. There will continue to be severe challenges due to fluctuations in the weather of your planetary home. Gaia is adjusting her energies and cleansing certain portions of her physical body, through fire and water. Expect the unexpected. Be prepared, but do not go into fear. Whatever happens is what you need to experience in this lifetime.
Know that you are truly blessed, all of you who are embodied upon your rare and beautiful planet, who shortly will undergo a complete transformation into the fifth dimension, while retaining a physical presence in this galaxy. Remember the physical body of the planet is not the same as the third dimension, which is a particular limited mind-set or matrix in which you have all until now been submerged. Gaia is a multidimensional being, as are you, even if you are not aware of this at the moment. You will be, soon enough, as you expand into yourself, into an awareness of your true magnificence, each and every one of you.
We welcome you into the New Year and into a new world, filled with endless possibilities and new opportunities for growth and for enjoyment. There is much work ahead, but you will discover within a new zest and enthusiasm as the energies of unconditional love bath your bodies, minds and hearts. We wish you many blessings and look to see our paths crossing sometime in your near “future”.

Arrivals and Departures
It’s a foggy cold day outside, winter in SE Washington where I am currently residing, physically, but inside, the sun is shining. I can feel its strong, yet gentle glow fill my chest cavity. And I am looking forward to the coming year and what it will bring into my life, as well as bidding 2012 adieu.
So, the infamous year of prophecy, speculation and hype is gone. We have undergone a transition but most people, including myself, are still figuring out what that entailed as well as how it will play out. For myself, the ending of 2012 brought a couple of abrupt changes – one friend who I had relied on heavily to act as a sounding board and mirror for my inner and outer developments – is gone.
I chose to consciously let go of the relationship for now, realizing that I needed to be more self-reliant for the time being. I also realized that my path did not necessarily parallel his right now. So in order to verify that inner awareness, I felt I needed to step away, if only for a while. And then another friend, who I had not seen for over a year and who lives close-by contacted me out of the blue.
We have always been good companions for one another, camping and hiking together in the nearby mountains, as well as spending some casual time going to movies or on walks in town. He is now aware of my writing activity and strongly supports my efforts. And I enjoy his multiple gifts in building furniture, remodeling houses and other practical work.
It is quite apparent that we’re all still here on physical Mother Earth, whether we want to be or not. As I wrote in my previous article on the 23rd, I am one who is very happy to be still present and accounted for, here and now. While we are on the physical body of the planet, there has been a subtle shift in the other bodies of the planet, as well as our own, as we are cells of the planet. As she ascends so do we, at least if we have the intention, focus and soul contract to ascend in this lifetime; not everyone does.
Our lovely and loving planetary consciousness, Gaia, chose to take herself and all life upon her into the higher and lighter vibratory levels of the fourth dimension, on her way to ascending to the fifth. There was no sudden planet-wide destruction, no sudden appearance of ascended masters among the general population, no sudden appearance of thousands of galactic light ships on our shores, no sudden anything.
The passage was quiet, peaceful and uneventful – and puzzling for many who expected fireworks and the disappearance of billions of fellow beings from the earth plane. None of those things happened – thank Goddess! In her infinite wisdom and unconditional love for all, our Mother decided to move up gradually and peacefully.
Yes, all the “problems” of the third dimension still appear to exist. Remember, we all had a hand or thought in the creation of our current collective paradigm. It is up to us, not some ascended masters or galactic neighbors, to pull us out of the swamp. We need to do it ourselves, as a matter of self-empowerment, as a matter of being responsible for what we think, do and act for as long as we remain here on this planet.
Each of us has to learn to consciously unwind ourselves from the paradigm into which we were born and raised, and to take command for what comes into our lives from now on. We can learn to forgive ourselves of past “mistakes” by remembering that there really are no mistakes in life. Whatever we have lived through suffered through or enjoyed, has been of our own making. We are in the process of learning to love ourselves unconditionally.
Only through the application of unconditional love can you learn to love and accept the rest of Creation as Self. For many people this is a huge step to make and so it will take some “time” for love to permeate to the center of their beings. And those of us who are slightly ahead in self-awareness need to exercise patience and apply unconditional love to all interactions with everyone around us, no matter at what level their energy is currently vibrating.
I happen to work in an environment that would be very difficult for a lot of lightworkers to even be in for a short time, a prison. I cannot speak in more specific terms but it has been an environment that has taught me the importance of personal space and being in one’s power.
Being in fear attracts abuse; it always has – it always will. Fear is the lowest common denominator in our world, an emotional state that our erstwhile controllers have sought to keep us in – a state of constant fear for one’s life, property, family, or whatever other descriptive term you could possibly imagine.
Now is the time for those who are awake to step out of fear – fear of the future, fear of being powerful beings, fear of what is to come if someone else doesn’t clean up the place; the fears are multitude and will take us all making a concerted effort to step out of that lowest of the low vibrations and into our god-like power and authority.
Our blessed planet, Gaia, has granted us an opportunity to do such a thing. With our individual and collective will, as we collectively “make” the world around us, we can bring the New World into physical manifestation. At first, we need to work on ourselves and then as we are guided from within, to work on the “outer” world. However, I think that once our inner worlds begin to change we will discover that much has changed in the outer world, as well.
Thought moves in waves and as a wave comes into manifestation. Each of us is a vibrating mass of energy. We have no actual physical bodies, but live in a holographic world created by collective Mind of the Creator, of which we are a part. All that exists within this holographic world has been put here for our learning, for the purpose of expanding understanding at a soul level.
Black and white, bad and good, male and female, whatever polarity you would like to list; it is all a part of experiencing duality. Currently, our world is experiencing the lingering effects of the extremities of polarization. These effects will diminish in the future as each individual takes responsibility for their own thought forms and emotions and consciously makes the decision to move into center, to follow the Middle Way, as the Lord Buddha, the Christ, and many other teachers sought to teach us.
It is important to take care of yourselves in these early days of transition. Give yourself plenty of “me” time to simply be, doing whatever brings you joy, whether it be walking your dog, playing with your children, washing the dishes, working in the gardening, walking in nature, working on creative activities or being with friends.
Be aware of how you feel inside. Take stock of your inner well-being throughout the day. Meditate or pray or just sit quietly; each person needs to discover for themselves how they can approach being comfortable with self. Step away from the use of technology when you can. Learn to cook simple and healthy foods for yourself and your family.
Enjoy the change of seasons and the beauty of our planet. Be kind to yourself and those who you encounter all during the day, for they are a part of the multidimensionality that is the wholeness of what you are. Above all, expect miracles and be a miracle.
Be love and learn to love unconditionally, all that comes into your life. Every instance is an opportunity to let go, let be and to move on, accepting, understanding and growing. Even those things that have sparked anger, frustration, resentment, hatred or fear within you in the past – especially those as they are teachers in your current lifetime – see them as manifestations of the polarity of this world.
You do not need to judge them and you can let them go by not reacting unconsciously to their presence in your world. Through your reaction, you move into fear and give your power away. By learning to hold to the middle way, non-reaction, peaceful non-violent living, you will step into a place where you are emotionally and mentally unbound by fear. Review the life of Gandhi – he showed us the way. Many other teachers have lived among us and now live among us. We are our own teachers, as well.
The past week has been, for me, one of moving back into balance and being quiet. I let go the need or desire to write. There have been no channeled messages and at this time I feel like I need to let that go. If I have a soul contract to be a channel, I will channel. If not, then it will not come to be.
Truth is we all channel our higher selves (which includes the ascended masters, our soul, I AM Presence and others) all the time. We just don’t always take the time to listen or believe that what we are hearing is “real”. Now is the time to learn to channel for yourself and to discover the beautiful inner world that we are all connected to in its many manifestations, rooms and planes.
As this year closes, I want to thank all those who have found their way to these pages. I will continue writing as I feel that it is a gift that I can offer to others, but I hope that all who come to read these words will also come to initiate a voyage of discovery into their own gifts and their own inner beauty. Each of us is a facet of the diamond Mind of God.
Each of us is important to the Whole. Each of us is love and light, a powerful light being. We can bring the new world into manifestation for the whole as we are one being, part of Gaia, part of Creation and a beautiful miracle of life.

5:56...deciding to know your value and knowing when the stove is hot:)...lol.....risking removing my hand from the stove:)....free will is about learning to allow:) It is alot harder to to not allow than to allow.....what can be hard is learning to take risks where there is unfamliar and unexplored territory:)Being a pioneer for the good of your soul is being a pioneer for the good of all:)
