The Solfeggio Frequencies - How do you feel?

This is a discussion page for you to express your feelings and experiences from Solfeggio frequencies.

I must say that i love them! i never imagined that pure sound could feel physically so intense!

My legs feel heavy and tingle, i have felt throbbing sensation in my hands and i feel relaxed. sometimes i get a swaying feeling, or a feeling of filling and flushing in my head. When i listened on 11/11, i experienced an immense pressure on my third eye! it was almost unbearable! so intense.

I haven't yet had any 'special powers' of healing or seeing aura, but i would sure love to hear if any of you have experienced this, or any thing else or similar feeling as the ones that i felt.

I just listened for the first time to the newer set of frequencies. At various points I felt a slight tingling in my hands, which is not too unusual as I am used to it from working with Reiki and energy. I even felt a a slight sensation from my third eye and crown chakra, but not as strong as I am used to feeling when I focus on them.

I did notice a slight pain coming from my belly - nothing too obnoxious and it eventually went away while listening. I also felt a slight heat at my belly around the time the pain went away.

I do feel a bit lighter after listening. It will be interesting to see what further listens bring about.

Hi Steve,

If the discomfort / tingling was near the solar plexus or the abdomen.. it could be one of those or both of the chakras activating.

I started with them back in November I think. I used them pretty much everyday for 3 months... amazing. Negativity and judgments of people dropped away. That was the biggest thing for me. I have not been listening to them much since but when I do, I get "the rush" as each frequency hits. Amazing.

I am going to get back into my regime with them again as I feel like I need a little buzzing up!

I do believe it was my solar plexus chakra doing some work there. Also, I generally have dreams and remember them pretty well, and last night was no exception. It was a rare "bad" dream, though I have not felt emotionally reactive to those in quite sometime. It was violent, and I pretty much never have violent dreams. I was threatened by two people with knives in this dream. In the waking world, I would try to dissolve the situation or run away, as I am not really a violent person and am not one to get into fights. In the dream, though, we were on an overpass, and I somehow threw one of them off and the impact of the fall killed them. I turned towards the other person, who was now trying to back off and pleading with me. I ended up throwing that person off of the overpass as well.

I woke up after that, and it was definitely disturbing to think that I had done that in the dream. But I let that go pretty quickly, as I know that is not who I am. That dream makes me think even more that it dealt with my solar plexus chakra, considering that deals with personal power, is a chi center, etc.

The other night I thought I felt my throat chakra tingle a little bit - it is hard to tell, as I really had to pay attention to notice it.

I know an often mentioned side effect of the Solfeggio Frequencies is a headache. Is this something that shows up during/shortly after listening, or is it a delayed response? I think I may have had such a response this morning, 10 hours after listening, but I may have just confused it for the extreme groginess I felt this morning and that pretty much has lasted all day. I wasn't mentally at my best either. So is this just a delayed side effect or something else entirely?

I think the headache could be due to something else. Usually the headaches surface right after listening and subside in the next few hours.

Hi there! I feel some pressure in the skull. Mainly my in my jaw and sinuses. Like they're being pulled or expanded.
Also there's pressure in my forehead. But I can't say I feel much happening anywhere else on my body.

Hi there, I'm new to this site and thankful I can share my experiences w/o someone thinking I'm "crazy"....I did the Reconnection with Eric Pearl about six months ago and then eventually ended up on Brad Johnsons site. I LOVE the sound files...I mostly listened to Ravi's files with less ambience. I did it for about 4 months almost every day. I notice my intuition increased tremendously. I would answer questions before they were asked of me....my market analysis became even more accurate (using sacred geometry with Fibonacci relationships) ...then I stopped for a while...just started again 3 days ago and now I'm waking up again and seeing things in my room...and most of all...I see mini flying saucers backing away from me and flying off.... can anyone shed some light on THAT??... it sounds crazy......... Well this morning I listened to both Ravi's file once and most of the Sedona 1111 files.....The base of my spine was activated and my legs started to hurt....I had to get up and walk around...it finally subsided.......but I'm thinking these are pretty powerful....!!

Hi Carolyn,

If you could feel the energy flows at the base of your spine, this could be related to the activation of your root / base chakra. The activation of this chakra is very critical as with this activation you would come in resonance with the Schumann Resonance Frequency or the frequency of Gaia / Mother Earth.

See if you could feel the other chakras opening up as well, as you progress. It starts off with a tingling sensation and then you can feel the energy flows through them. Once all the chakras are activated the climax point of all this would be the activation of your kundalini ( the energy vortex connecting all the chakras )...
