u close ur eyes
then you slowly imagine yourself lifting up to the roof of ur home
and observing the cars and homes around u
then lift to the sky and observe the clouds and airplanes and homes below
now lift to space
and observe below you earth
and observe all the closest planets in the solar system to ur position
then lift to a dimensional space where there are Blue portals or vortexs there is one green vortex with a yellow center go into that vortex and whirl slowly and blissfully into the yellow center feel ur self entering the yellow center and heating up to it.This is only part of my new meditation it is still in development you will feel like u are fading away when u open ur eyes.I will work on it try imagining wat that green vortex will lead u to but really believe that it will lead you there. Yes cool, I have seen similar in astral before, think more so in dream states though - I did hover in earth orbit a few times looking down.

Indeed, most people on the internet see "LOL" as either "Lots Of Laughs" or "Laugh Out Loud" rather than "Lots Of Love".
