The Solfeggio Frequencies - How do you feel?

I must say that i love them! i never imagined that pure sound could feel physically so intense!

My legs feel heavy and tingle, i have felt throbbing sensation in my hands and i feel relaxed. sometimes i get a swaying feeling, or a feeling of filling and flushing in my head. When i listened on 11/11, i experienced an immense pressure on my third eye! it was almost unbearable! so intense.

I haven't yet had any 'special powers' of healing or seeing aura, but i would sure love to hear if any of you have experienced this, or any thing else or similar feeling as the ones that i felt.

Hello there i have been listening to these Solfeggio Frequencies for 3 weeks now and dont feel anything till now i have been listening to it 2 times on a day. After listening to it i just felt a bit heavy and a feeling of dizzyines for a first few seconds ;) and few times some kind easy pressure on my thrid eye? And now i would just like to ask if these headphose are good. Because when i crank it all the way up sound is not that clear anymore. And thats probably isnt good right? ^^

Hi Jure,

Those are Surround headphones!! These phones distort the Frequencies.

Just use regular Stereo headphones or earphones which can handle from 16 Hz to 22 or 24 KHz preferably sennheiser as they make some of the best at a good price.

I had a go at a few of the iso tunes. some of them give me a bad headache, but a few have been AMAZING!!

my fav so far was the Chakra balancing which i listed too last nyt. I felt so relaxed, i felt my crown chakra open up, and i was filled with energy. i could feel my arms, and my legs, and ultimately my whole body physically vibrating! i was really buzzing!! and even for 15mins after i was still vibrating, still amazingly relaxed and seeing the energy flows.

Incredible stuff!!! Love the Solfeggios!!

If you have blocked chakras or toxins lodged in your system the nausea felt would be very uncomfortable. I had to stop for a while myself at the beginning when I couldn't handle it.. but used to sleep like a baby :) So don't worry about the discomfort.. its just the cleansing process that your body is going through. Drink lots of water, preferably spring water ,untreated and sold in glass bottles or tap water filtered through a porous filter and not Reverse Osmosis / ionic or a UV filter based. Bottled water from plastic containers should be avoided as the plastic contaminants do leach into the water.

So, please be very very careful about what you drink when you body is detoxing.

about the dreams you're having, it could probably be your higher self connecting to the higher dimensions and you remembering them as the dreams get very vivid... normally a few minutes after REM you don't remember your dreams.. but with solfeggio you do... do a test with yourself, by asking the higher dimensional beings to help you to connect them to your conscious self through your higher self... and you'll be channeling after it happens!! To remember what to ask say the question in your mind thrice and ask yourself to remember when they appear in your dreams.

If you can feel the activation of your chakra from your present system, the way youre listening is fine. Dont change it.

I listened to them for about 5 days straight and then started noticing a weird sinus congestion happening and my kidneys felt really swollen. It felt like I was releasing really old toxic stuff possibly from past life. It got to be so much that I had to stop for a few days to let everything calm down. So I started listening again and I can feel my chakras respond and spin as soon as the tones start. I have had amazing dreams each night - the ones I remember most are always about starships and connecting with other beings - they are exciting. The most powerful one was that there were thousands of ships in our skys right now but we just aren't at the frequency yet to see them The message was that after we change our vibrations we'll be able to see them.

Have you or anyone else experienced physical reactions that felt like you were getting sick after listening to the frequencies? Also I listen to them on my ipod ear buds or on my bose stereo which is one unit so not sure how much the stereo effect works. How important is the sound quality and would this limit the healing effect of the frequencies?

I tried the frequencies for Lucid dreaming about a week ago. It was probably the busiest my dreams where in a long time. There where hundreds of things happening at once. It was like 2 weeks worth of dreams crammed into one night. Not a bad experience but different.

Will try some more tonight and post the results tomorrow.

Hi, I have been listening to solfeggio frequencies for about a month now, and the results have been truly amazing, the first things i experienced when i fully focus on the tones my whole body gets a rush of energy and produces goosebumps all over my body and i get an uplifting relaxing feeling.
Recently i have been having these amazing experiences nothing i have ever been able to do before, when i listen to the tones i can look at an object with my two eyes open then close my eyes and when i really concerntrate hard i can produce this image as bright white light its truly amazing.
I watch videos of the solfeggios on you tube and when i focus on thes i can close my eyes and see my computer monitor the pattern from the video and even numbers if they appear in the video its great!!
I was wondering if this is my third eye in action and ask if there are any other people that are experiencing this?

Hi Bishop,

Yesterday thursday november 20 was my eight day listening to the solffegio frequencies. until that day i hadn`t felt anything. So i decided to download the less ambience version of the solfeggio. After that i listened to it and i felt like a huge amount of energy!! flowing down through my crown chakra to my entire body.

So, one thing that i recommend to all. Listen to the less ambience version and maybe you will feel more changes than using the normal version.

I will tell about future changes in myself until then.
