Actually, i think this may very well be a missile test gone wrong

Worth to notice it was seen in an extremely large area aprox 1000 miles in radius.

There is also a HAARP facility up in northern norway (where this "thing" was seen).

Movieclips also exist. The blue color was seen in the air some time after the happening also.

There is a HAARP project in Alaska that could have cause this!
Please research this out for yourselves.....see below two websites or check out Others under Google HAARP Project! Hard to Tell if this could have been.....but Would NOT Be surprised if this was done by Haarp!!!

They'll need to do better than that. I don't know if this is hollographics or not, but what I do know, is that it doesn't instill fear in me at all. There's this video here, but I remember seeing that the first time about a year ago, in a video taken from a chinese airline flying over somewhere and that very same spinning thing going on. I can't seem to find it, but yeah, some of you may know what video i'm talking about.
