Take a deep breath; let this be a moment where we enter into the inner stillness that is always present.

In that stillness we find that we can be, and are meant to be, a perfect reflection of the wonder, the glory and the power that dwells within us. From the place of inner stillness, we reflect that glory and that wonder.

Walk through this day and let everything that happens be seen through the eyes of the reflection of the I am that is breathing you, loving you, guiding you, and helping you, this very day.

I know in my soul that each of us act as nuerons, quite literally, for Sophia, Gaia. We are her eyes, ears, mind and heart, she knows the world through us. I and this tiny part of she are only properly awake and illumined when we are consciously present.
