Thanks for adding that. I was going to do it last night, but was whipped. :D  I've been spreading it around FB, and so many people are asking me to give them the info, it's too long and they don't have time to listen.  Well, since I'm not their slaves, I just say to bad. How does one sum up 3 hours of info and highlight it for everyone. They're just out of luck.  I don't have time to cater to people, if they can't turn up the volume and do what they have to do around the house.
