Yes....very True...Body Is Talking to Us all the time especially through Uncomfort and Pain and
THAT IS The MOST IMPORTANT TIME TO LISTEN to What it is Trying to say to us !!!

I feel once one starts on the meds wheel, one must keep vigilance so they do not get sucked in to taking more and more meds. All symptoms the body produces is showing you something your spirit wants you to pay attention, slow down and to go within your heart because there is something we have yet to recognize within us. I say this even after 20 years am still looking for what causes a particular pain that leaves and returns. I am getting closer.
