I was guided to record and put this meditation up right now, as an alternative to the 'Essential daily Practices' in the lead-up to the 11.11.11. My guides seem to think it's essential to connect with our Angelic Higher Self daily instead! Actually, it has many of the important steps of the usual 'Daily Practices', plus much more :)
