Urgent Prayer Request

DHS has rail roaded us and taken our kids and new born grandchild yesterday. We go to court this morning to get them back. Please send prayers and energy to our family and the court to do the right thing. I will post how the court turned out and give more details on the situation.

Next week monday I have my day in court... child services thinks I am a bad parent because I didn't send my son to school ... But there are many issues attached... in the reason why he didn't won't to go to school... and that I will explain in court how circomstances com into your life, that your kid decide not to go to school anymore ... wish me luck ;)  Love to you All XXX

We deeply thank you all for the love, thoughts and prayers. It certianly helped us. I can see in the times of darkness, we should keep spreading the light and stay focused on the out come we want. Yes, I got angry at times, it just gets me frustrated when my loved ones are being terrorized but I put that aside when its time to handle our buisness and stand up to these goones. Vengance is not the answer, but you cant let these people run over you.

 Every thing DHS has done to make the courts think we are not fit parents have failed and worked to our atvantage. They have lied and used dirty tricks and tactics to break this family apart, but the only thing they did was make this family stronger. This family is closer than it ever was.  I do see the light in this whole situation and why it happend to us, I just hope any of you learn from our experience and not have to go threw it your self. 

 

During this situation, I have learend that DHS is not liked by the court system here. Im cant speak for other ares, but I heard through the grape vine that the judges and attourneys involved with DHS hates them. Im not sure if its for the same reasons, but never the less, they are dis liked.

I went to the justice court today to see about Cris's bond.His dad couldnt be there. Court was in sesion and Cris was there. When I walked in we made eye contact and he smiled with relief. I sat there while hearing the other cases and I noticed the judge looking at Cris and me with a puzzled look. After his plea the bond was set to $20000, The the prosecuter said she remembers Cris from family court and that Cris was working and paying child support and she ask the bond be reduced. I spoke up from the back and said that Cris wasnt going any where and that he has been around all along to take responsibility for his action.The judge dicided to lower the bond to $5000. I silently said thank you to the judge and she smiled back. As I was leaving the court room she gave us both a wink. :) Cris is out now, his dad bonded him out. He came by and told me what happend in jail. (for any one who doesnt know if the bond is 5000 the it cost 500 for the bondsman, you only pay 10% of the bond)

They held Cris in jail till he got question by the investigator before he could go to court or have a phone call. The sheriff investigator that questioned him is the same sheriff investigator that questioned us for DHS, hmm The only question she asked Cris is if he and Adrianne lived in the same room. No questions about why he was arested or why he is being charged. I looked at his paper work and the one who filed charges was the sheriff's investigator. So what this boils down to is the only reason they arested Cris and charged his is to get some dirt on Free and me for the DHS workers so that they can terminate our custody of the kids. I have the feeling that the youth court judge was going to send the kids home and DHS delayed that because they thought they could trick Cris in to a statement that would give them enough evidence to charge Free for concenting. That is just absurd. We did every thing we could to keep that from happening. But it happened. I was upset when I found out Adrianne was pregant. But we forgave Cris because he was doing the right thing by being there for his family.

And how could I look into that beautiful grand baby's eyes and wish this had never happened. Cant do it folks. So how could I wish harm on the father. The only answer is understanding and make the best of a situation. That is what we did and that is why the kids were taken.

There has been a lot of whispered information online about the state basically abducting children. I'm sure your family is maintaining contact with the kids as much as you can.

SM dont let them get you like that my friend, I know you probably thinking that I say this cause Im not in your shoes right now, but the thing is that if you start acting in a negetive way, with negetive thoughts, negetive energy, its more for them (DHS) to have as a tool to win, cause they dont have anything right now, they know how to manipulate in a psychological and emotional way to you both, they need it to show something to court... Same with your children and Cris, you both need to send a positive message to them, is the only thing you can do right now till them (DHS) stop with this insanity, I know its not gonna last much so stay firm and strong... we will help you energetically as always, even more now... have faith that everything will end soon and you will have happyness again... trust... the deputys in the parking lot said the sheriff's office still has papers to serve Free at home. Why not serve her the papers right then? this sounds fishy to me

Cris was charged with felony sexual battery. If he had not taken responsibility for his actions and stayed around to be a dad, then he wouldn't be in trouble right now. This is what our children are being taught. If you hang around you will go to jail. The child's daddy want to be there for her and they want him in prision. Cris was 17 when Adrianne got pregant and Adrainne was 14.  

Cris is 38 months older.

here is the mississippi code § 97-3-95. Sexual battery (1) A person is guilty of sexual battery if he or she engages in sexual penetration with: (a) Another person without his or her consent; (b) A mentally defective, mentally incapacitated or physically helpless person; (c) A child at least fourteen (14) but under sixteen (16) years of age, if the person is thirty-six (36) or more months older than the child; or (d) A child under the age of fourteen (14) years of age, if the person is twenty-four (24) or more months older than the child. (2) A person is guilty of sexual battery if he or she engages in sexual penetration with a child under the age of eighteen (18) years if the person is in a position of trust or authority over the child including without limitation the child's teacher, counselor, physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, minister, priest, physical therapist, chiropractor, legal guardian, parent, stepparent, aunt, uncle, scout leader or coach.      We dont need this shit right now. Im worried about Free, this is taking a toll on her physicaly and mentaly.  She is so ready for this to be over. Me? My teeth are beginning to show.
