History: It began in Genesis, when God gave all of us the precious gifts of Life, Liberty and Property along with the free will to enjoy them and the responsibility to respect the rights of others. As people started to live together in societies, there was nothing to prevent individuals from infringing upon the rights and freedoms of each other. Once that happened, there were only two choices, either protect ourselves or elect a group of individuals to protect our rights for us. We chose the latter and thus Law was born to protect our rights and freedoms. It was, and still is, the duty of every human being to protect these gifts, not only for themselves, but for our fellow human beings. The Law of the Bible, and the Common Law that has developed over time, has but one purpose. That sole purpose is to protect our fundamental rights and freedoms of Life, Liberty and Property. The purpose of Law was never to restrict or destroy our rights and freedoms. Its sole purpose, then and now, is for the preservation and protection of these gifts. Throughout history (see Cycles of Civilizations) Law has been corrupted and used in ways it was never intended to be used. Laws have been created to control and enslave people for the sole benefit of those in power. Today we live in a world where we are told that our fundamental rights still exist, but there are times when we wonder how this can be so. For example, we can have the full force of the law brought down upon us with a traffic violation, income tax irregularity, refusing to fill in Census forms, etc. These offenses do no harm to another human being and in no way violate any individuals fundamental rights and freedoms, so we ask "how can this be?". The answer is that your fundamental rights and freedoms are still intact as a natural-person, but you have been tricked (see Government Tricks) into believing that you have to follow the Laws created for the artificial-person. Following the Second World War, the United Nations Assembly prepared the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.  The Assembly called upon all Member countries to publicize the text of the Declaration and "to cause it to be disseminated, displayed, read and expounded principally in schools and other educational institutions, without distinction based on the political status of countries or territories." I have never seen this done in any school. Have you? The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states, in Articles 1, 3 and 4: Article 1. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood. Article 3. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. Article 4. No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms. It is from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights that we cannot be held in slavery, as all employees are (because they are not human beings - employees are artificial persons). It is very important that you read and fully understand your Human Rights as declared in that Declaration. It is well worth reading. Does Canada Exist? There appears to be a fundamental problem with the manner in which Canada was formed. Here is some further reading on the history of the formation of Canada. The reader is advised to do his own research to verify the authenticity of the document.
