IF Project Bluebeam was operating wouldn't they try to make tons of these ufo's all over the place instead of just one? Why waste some holographic technology on one small ufo over paris france?

I know about holographic technology but i don't believe this is it. I do have some doubts and i'm not sure if it is real or not, but it does look pretty darn real.

Wow! It doesn't look like an airplane or helicopter! Amazing rotation of lights around center. Hmmmmm
