To Give Someone Love, even When they Despise you, is a Gift to your Own Heart

We heard Jesus through John say recently:

“I came to know that to give someone love, even when they despise you, is a gift to your own heart.” (1)

Why is that?

Because love must flow and we experience it as it flows through us. Here’s Michael:

Archangel Michael: Love is the energy of the universe. It is the energy of the Mother. And it moves constantly, continually, eternally, infinitely. So, to have an experience of love, it [must move] through you. (2)

There you have it. The whole Plan for this Ascension and all that follows: Love must flow; to experience it, we must call it up, allow it to flow through us, and send it on to someone else. Doing that as a society, we all end up experiencing love and follow it back to the Mother/Father One.
