Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are in the process of receiving our own upgrades and activations. We receive energies from above, just like you do, because we are in the ninth dimension, and there are twelve dimensions in this universe. If you count the Source dimension, there are thirteen. We are continuing to evolve, just like you. We know that we can do better at sharing with you everything that we have to share. Daniel knows that he can do better as well, but we are not as hard on ourselves as he is.
