this was my first attempt at automatic writing...had to clean this up though...

Let us learn from eachother today...and everyday...

The golden rule is no longer in effect anymore...infact the exact oppisite is true now...we could almost care less about eachother...

Yet noone is really feeling throught their emotions anymore and are only using instinct...this only makes things more difficult to see what is really infront of us all...the beautiful world that is hidden from us all...

*Use these key ideas and theories to begin to make a huge change in all of our lives...*

We are all the same...our blood is the same and our hearts are all connected...to love ourselves is the love everything around us...give to everyone for no reason and for no personal gain...give just to give...even if it is just a smile...

Karma is real...and all the energy you put into something is what will return to you...so give love to all you do with maximum passion and good intent and all will change for the good...

Live everyday for your own pursuit of happiness...allow things to flow into your heart and see the good in all people...see a total stranger and picture yourself there standing...because if you were the one there someone else would be watching you as well...and so on and so forth...

Love is all we need...no matter what the situation is...love is the only way to make peace and light of all situations...even in the worst of times...love is all...and no matter how dark life is...it only takes a small spark to light your way through it all...

See the world around you for what it is...feel the breeze and watch all the animals around you...even a stray dog or cat shows you about what is around you...enjoy time out in the sun sitting and letting it warm you...watch the birds and the trees sway in the wind...watch people in a crowded place...

Enjoy silence and time in silence with others..become intune with the voice in your head that tells you the truth about yourself...your conscienceness...your innerself...and learn to listen to others and talk to them this way as well..use love as a conduit...

Follow your intuitions they are the truth put there to allow you to do good and keep you the happiest...let things happen to you...do not fight yourself and ALLOW life to happen to you...conflict only leads to negativity...

Never allow others to bring you down and slow and lower your vibration..give others your energy and let them see good in you as you see good in them...

Choose to be happy every morning and help others find what they need to be happy...this inturn lets them do this for others and the chain continues...this chain is super strong and when started is very hard to break...

Feel through all situations...and when you sense someone is sad find a reason and a solution...Karma will follow...and positive energy will follow you the rest of your day...

When given anything...see it as a gift and enjoy it for what it is...a gift...all life is a gift and should be appreciated...

And finally...be happy with yourself...you are perfect in everyway...and you were born perfect...forget all you hear in religions and the mainstream media...you were not born with sin...and you were made from love...

Be as a child...learn to give it all...and never have doubts or regrets...use love...be love...find love...have love and give love...

Read and enjoy all that you know is truth...if this not what appeals to you...then it does not resonate with you...and listen not to me...just do what will make you all happy...and nothing else matters...
