For the past 3-4 days ive been coughing, feverish and my nose ran like a tap
the common flu that my colleague passed to me while my body was not in balance.
So just now (its saturday afternoon here) I was mocking at my dad's new taichi/qigong video, as it has many weird movements that looked kinda funny to me.
So i was following it, mucking around, while my dad tested my balance to see if i got the stance right
Apparently, he used his whole body strength to push me but i still stood upright. I could feel the 'coring' of myself to the earth when i got the positions right. When you get your 'coring' right, people cant push you around at all, but you feel as if not much strength is used to counter them
After 15 mins of amusing myself and following the vid, i found that i was sweating like i was in a sauna...irony was, doing those movements werent exhausting at all!
The revelation came a minute later... i looked at my dad and told him... 'I dont feel sick any more...!'
My phlegmy voice was gone, no more cough, not much of a runny nose left and i felt clear-headed and fine.
It works....! im so happy, that i just had to come over here and tell you guys
