Sungazing Stance

If you are practicing sungazing safely, say early in the morning and facing east consider the following stance

forget everything you might have heard about the guy above but observe his left footed stance. In his left hand he holds zinc (receiving, earthed, female energy) and in his right hand an equal measure or weight of copper which is emanating energy, male. Left foot forward.

I suspect the sun gazing part is the most important for one to master first.

I do sometimes, but I never heard of holding zinc in one hand and copper in the other. I can see why its used, because of its electrical properties. I know that one can place a zinc rod in the ground and a copper rod in the ground and there is voltage collected between them, depending how deep the rods are and how far apart, and what direction they are placed.

Very energizing. I've been doing it more in the evening, rising sun is better if you can get out of bed lol.

i took the afternoon of work today as it was sunny! i cant STAND being stuck inside working when its nice out!

No Sweetie Not with sunglasses at all!!! No with your bare eyes ..  start slow with watching the energy beneath the sun, no at first concentrate on your breath, several times deep and then start gazing...  try to keep the spot in the middle :)

HiTrudy, so is it ok if done with sunglasses? Don't the sunglasses block the energy you are receiving?

I have! felt energized!

Evening sun works best cause its dimmer and you're not as bleary eyed as in the mornings.

chips I have no sun in the morning in my backyard ... oh dear I must go sit outside and sit on the pavement hahaha cause there is east my oh my , people will think I am going crazy ;)
