For me sungazing works at best around 7 o'clock in the evening ... I sit down and I slowly start looking at the Sun, at first I look beneath  and slowly moving my vision upwards the Sun and what then happens is realy amazing... the sun is coming closer but keeping the focus ask a lot of concentration ... now I think about it I can't remember when the sun turns blue, because you keep that blue spot quite a while. but the energy  that is coming in is in One Word  Amazing WOW ~*L*~

And Richard for what it is worth, I  wear sunglasses because many times when I am outside the light is hurting my eyes I see continuous little sparkels and I can't look in the sky!!!

I've never needed to wear sunglasses.Does that mean I'am a good candidate for sun gazing?
