This is unbelivable!

It's not a protest...is purely for looting and for the evilness of it! It makes me sick!

They are even setting fire in people's homes! Mostly are teenagers that know nothing will be done against them...

Even in my neighbourhood, that is one of the 'safest' in London there was some disturbance tonight.

It is my honest opinion dearest Simmy that it is the underclass against the goverm ... the police shot dead a young boy and then it all started ... and another option is that it is the movement against the organization of the olympics!!!

I'm sorry Patrick, but these thugs are doing this for the wrong reason and they are hurting innocent people. It is not underclass vs government, as a cry for change; it is pure ignorance and evil. The kids were interviewed and when asked why were they doing this, they answered "It is fun!".

But hey that is even the case with demonstrations and riots in  Italy Spain and Israël ... nothing to see on the mainstream media, that is why I look to Al JaZeera, they show it all!!!

I look at Al JaZeera all night, and what surprised me... nothing on the dutch tv, not even on the special news channel  until this morning !!!

My sister and Father live in London too! I called my Dad  today and he says it's very close to where he lives but nothing is happening to close to him. My sister was coming back from work on her bike and was shocked to witness all the madness. I hope this will stop soon as I am concern for everyone there. I lived in London for years and never witness anything like that! I agree with you PT the is why I left NY. I feel much safer here and we are ready for the most part for whatever comes. I keep thinking it has to real ugly before it will get better unfortunately a lot of people will be affected by all this changes.

Sounds good to me. This justified riot is the ugly first Daffodil of the U.K Spring, as in Revoltion. It does not surprise that it was sparked by the murder of a local black man by the detested Met. That type of thing happens to the underclass. No more ! Revolutions can be nasty in reality, that's why the State has riot squads by the tousand. 'Get back in your hole scum'

I have waited all my adult life to see days like these.
