On Sunday 14th February 2010, Lieutenant General Dhafi Khalfan Tamim, Dubai’s police chief, stated during a press conference that the assassination team which carried out the killing of Hamas commander Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in a room at the Al-Bostan Rotana hotel in Dubai on Wednesday 20th January 2010, consisted of six British passport holders, three Irish passport holders, one German passport holder and one French passport holder. Mahmoud al-Mabhouh was found dead after being injected with a drug which induced a fatal heart attack. Dubai has supplied Interpol with the names of the death squad assassins. According to the Al-Quds Al-Arabi newspaper (London), the names are: Michael Lawrence Barney (UK), James Leonard Clark (UK), Steven Jonathan Lewis Graham (UK), Daniel Hodge (UK), Paul John Keely (UK), Melvin Adam Mildainer (UK), Kevin Davron (Ireland), Ivan Diningz (Ireland), Gael Voallard (Ireland), Michael Bodenhaimer (Germany) and Peter Ilevenger (France). Al-Quds Al-Arabi is an independent pan-Arab daily newspaper which has been published in London since 1989. The paper is owned by Palestinian expatriates.
