Simone i could be mistaken and possibly read that article wrong but doesn't it say that decision was made a year ago?

somehow i think very little. Think about how much info has just rolled out in the past week. The Washington Post just published a 16 page scathing article about the secrecy of our government. Here we are almost a week later and ther is nobody out with torches and pitchforks. Yep, evolution at its best....maybe we need to rename evolution and call it apatheticism. We seem to be real good at that....sigh.
