Being a helper to the healing of the world doesn’t require hatred toward the cause of each hurt.

Hatred feeds the hunger inside those who hurt to hurt more people.

Healing dissolves the hatred by neutralizing the hunger it feeds from in our conditioning.

Whether for yourself, others, or humanity as a whole, being a helper deepens and furthers the healing that transmutes the hunger and hatred of unconsciousness.

This is the heart of alchemy.

This is why it’s essential to love yourself more, not less – no matter how deeply you hate the hatred in view or act it out in response to others.

Our hearts are with each family that has lost loved ones due to violence in schools, in churches, at restaurants, in domestic disturbances, or in war zones.+++
