This one is three dimensional. Looks familiar in the same way that something you've known all your life looks familiar, but just can't remember what it is /right this moment/...

Notice the subtle optical illusion of the thicker radius, though upon reflection they are all equidistant... The region/sector distribution may or may not be significant, though I believe it is as it is a major design element of the circle. On the surface my first thought was of a sliding puzzle box, to be rotated until it matched or opened. Then the image seemed to jump off the screen and align itself in the vertical rather than the horizontal, showing me an etched and worked polygon, which my mind seems to insist is made of thick glass or other translucent material. Like a circular lens or occulum that is not yet complete, or cracked.

i agree with the message for sure... i think for some reason this one has to do with the galactic center or similar, and i love it. we are getting close to august when i think many crop circles and strange happenings actually happen, (meteor showers etc.)
