US Army intelligence analyst, Bradley Manning, is reported to have encrypted US Military disclosure material sent to the Wikileaks whistleblower website. It is suggested that AES-256 ZIP was used to encrypt the Collateral Murder Iraq video. PGP key servers show one Bradley Manning user whose key was generated on Friday 29th January 2010. Manning said that the diplomatic documents he provided to Wikileaks exposed almost criminal political back dealings. They explained, in detail, how the First World exploits the Third World. Bradley Manning said that he hoped the release of the videos and documents would lead to worldwide discussion, debates, and reforms.
