RUNE OF THE MONTH: Fehu “cattle, wealth”. This month, we are required to examine our resources with care. Do we use them well? Do they go to waste? Are our finances in order or are we tied by debts? Does our income match how much we spend? Are we able to save? A good measure of abundance is to always save 10% of everything we earn and give 10% to charity, which leaves us with 80% to use for our daily needs and enjoy.

Mercury turns retrograde on Friday 9/9 at 8:38 PM till October 2, from 8º55’ Libra to 24º41’ Virgo. Its shadow period remains until October 17. While technology has the tendency to break down, appointments are forgotten, confusion sets in, message are erased, trips are postponed and general mayhem happens, when Mercury is retrograde we also remember projects we had forgotten, people we hadn’t seen in a while re-emerge, and we reconnect with places we hadn’t been to in a long time. With this particular retrogradation a long-lost relationship could resurface, we could complete studies we had abandoned, and investigate deeper topics related to health and nutrition. ...+
