Thanks for the kind phrase about being a leader, well in my opinion we will have to redefine that concept as we enter to a new society of interdependency...i think that in this new society will be like a team..all of us being leaders in our concerns...i think would be like starwars..lol...where there is a kind of council to make decisions...Well about others things i was wondering if you could help me with a "detail" that i do not see about a calculation...i am doing of project of mine about Solar energy to graduate me in Engineering in electronics...So if you can solve this would be very happy :

The "detail i tell you is in this page, there at end of page there is an economic analysis about a residential. In point 4, 2nd. column there is (609), i would like to know how they solved this, how do they obtained this value.

the value i tell you (609) is present value of what they call Salvage Value(it is explained in the above page also...)...Well, Many thanks in advance. If you cannot do it please tell me because i have not much time to finish the project...So i could ask other person to help me....
