She deep channeled "Tom" from the Council of Nine (if you have read The Law of One Ra sessions, you will recognize the Council of Nine reference), and she was told by "Tom" (spokesman for the council) that the Dolphins here on earth are actually the direct descendants of the Alteans on Atlantis who became far too consumed with sexual experimentation and became off balanced, but wanted to stay here on Gaia and chose the form of Dolphins so that they would be able to serve the greater good of this planet without being sidetracked by previous personal stumbling blocks.
