    when I do automatic writing I find it easier to type it, because my kids are often interrupting, lol, so I can save frequently hehe

    Hi! I'm not sure if I do automatic writing or not but sometimes the information I come up with comes from somewhere I'm not exactly sure where however the concept of automatic writing for the information intrigues me a lot.
