Thanks Patricia for sharing your experiences...yes it is true, all depend on an individual level to fit what is better for him/her. Generally, these tools apply to whatever who need them. Though, this only is a general orientation, there are more advanced and specific methods for you to improve your personal life.

Motivation and Focusing are two keys factors to achieve your goals, it all depends on how desire you build in goal you stablish...the famous ¨WHY¨, is always a good reminder to let you know what you are striving for.

Also guys is important to notice, keep an open mind..generally one stablish good expectatives and when months go passing, you change your goal for another...estimate how long is your goal....then strive for it until the end...if you really want it..

I reccomend you put a phrase for an entire year in your papers....Do it in a present time...why in present time?...because this message go to your subconscious mind, remind you that you are more than ready to achieve your goals...the phrase do it in a exciting form...because this way gives you enough energy to take you into action...for example, when sport teams are going to win a game in whatever sport...they usually said ¨Let's do it!¨, why this way because is exciting, is in present form and motivate them enought to give them energy and take action and also send this message into the subconcious mind.

Yeah, you all right Patricia. Each goal you divide into mini goals and then the mini goals you divide them into tasks..i will put more tips here to help you more..blessings to you all.
