Cravings are going to occur to you. So here's the rule of thumb about eating, or about investing in the stock market, or about anything else: If the impulse comes from a joyous thought that feels good, follow it. If the impulse comes from an uncomfortable thought that felt bad, don't follow it.

Here is food for thought there is no past or future only NOW so when you change your vibration you change your past and future. We did not come here to do anything but for a ride on the river. There is nothing you have to do. We did not come to save the world or change anything in the world. Its so simple that most cant here it. You came for you and you only. You came to experience what you want and what others want does not matter its all about you.You allow others to be and create YOUR reality. What you vibrate creates you and the whole universe revolves around you. Its amazing to know all this.

Little adjustments to our attitude and approach each day can create a major difference in our appreciation of life. On the surface, nothing changes. At the same time, absolutely everything does.

Use your awareness or your imagination to bring happiness to this moment. Find something to appreciate. Do this as often as you remember to do so, and your world will transform.

We’re having the best time driving down the east coast experiencing the most leading-edge seminars ever! Good golly Miss Molly! So much fun. The last two days, we held a two-day land-based seminar at the beautiful Biltmore Estate’s Inn in Asheville, NC and we are still reeling from the power and abundance of new insights. In their closing, Abraham expressed their appreciation and enthusiasm for the over-the-top nature of this leading-edge seminar. We appreciate those people who come to play and co-create with us and with Abraham at our workshops.


Being in Asheville reminded us that it was at an Asheville workshop, a few years ago, that Abraham actually hired Scotty to be our driver, and now Scotty and Sandi are about to take delivery on our third cargo van. We are all living so happily ever after together. Abraham sure did pick a great guy for us!
